Предметом изобретения является новый способ получения соединений формулы (IV) или (I), исходя из рацемического алкилоксифуранона формулы (II), при этом Rи Rопределены в описании, новые соединения формулы (IV), а также промежуточные соединения этого способа и применение соединений формулы (IV) или (I) в способе синтеза соединений - ингибиторов фермента преобразования интерлейкина-1бета.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
