Claims (12)
- FREMGANGSMÅDE TIL BEHANDLING AF PYROPHEOPHYTIN-HOLDIGE SAMMENSÆTNINGER PATENTRKAV1. Fremgangsmåde til behandling af en pyropheophytin-holdig planteolie, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter etablering af kontakt mellem olien og et enzym, der er i stand til at hydrolysere pyropheophytin, hvor enzymet har et forhold mellem pheophytinase- og pyropheophytinaseaktivitet, der er mindre end 80, hvor enzymet omfatter en polypeptidsekvens med mindst 75 % sekvensidentitet med en hvilken som helst ifølge SEQ ID NO: 21, 23 eller 25 over sekvensens fulde længde.
- 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 hvor enzymet omfatter en pheophytinase eller pheophytinpheophorbidhydrolase.
- 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor enzymet er afledt af Arabidopsis thaliana, Populus trichocarpa, Vitis vinifera, Oryza sativa, Zea mays, Nicotiana tabacum, Ostreococcus lucimarinus, Ostreococcus taurii, Physcomitrella patens, Phaeodactylum tricornutum, Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, Triticum aestivum eller Micromonas sp. RCC299.
- 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor pyropheophytin i olien er hydrolyseret for at danne pyropheophorbid og fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter et trin med fjernelse af pyropheophorbid fra olien.
- 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter et deodoriseringstrin.
- 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4 eller krav 5, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter et trin med silicabehandling.
- 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter to eller flere silicabehandlingstrin.
- 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6 eller krav 7, hvor silicabehandlingen udføres ved ca. 70 til 110 °C.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor olien er udvalgt fra risklid-, soja-, raps-, palme-, oliven-, bomuldsfrø-, majs-, palmekerne-, kokos-, jordnødde-, sesam- eller solsikkeolie.
- 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor koncentrationen af pyropheophytin i olien reduceres med mindst 10 % sammenlignet med koncentrationen af pyropheophytin til stede i olien før behandling.
- 11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, der endvidere omfatter et hexanekstraktions- og/eller degummeringstrin.
- 12. Anvendelse af et polypeptid med pyropheophytinaseaktivitet til fjernelse af pyropheophytinkontaminering fra en planteolie, hvor enzymet har et forhold mellem pheophytinase- og pyropheophytinaseaktivitet, der er mindre end 80, hvor enzymet omfatter en polypeptidsekvens med mindst 75 % sekvensidentitet med en hvilken som helst ifølge SEQ ID NO: 21, 23 eller 25 over sekvensens fulde længde.
