Description

Im Eisenbahnsicherungswesen benutzt man vielfach das Verfahren, Zahlen, Buchstaben od. dgl. durch Lichtquellen und Linsen auf eine Fläche zu projizieren, um auf diese Weise Meldungen, Anzeigen, Warnungen od. dgl. herbeizuführen. Dies ist z. B. der Fall bei der Zugnummernmeldung. Es ist bekannt, hierbei die Anordnung so zu treffen, daß man mehrere Lampen mit davor angeordneten Linsen halbkreisförmig anordnet und zwischen den Linsen und Lichtquellen ein ebenfalls halbkreisförmig gestaltetes Filmband vorsieht, das mit Zahlen oder Buchstaben versehen ist, so daß diese Zeichen von der Lichtquelle durch die Linse auf dieselbe Stelle einer Gleistafel geworfen werden. Um die Anordnung zu vereinfachen und zu verbilligen, ging man dazu über, an Stelle einzelner Linsen eine mit eingepreßten Linsen versehene Glasplatte vorzusehen, die jedoch nicht mehr halbkreisförmig gestaltet ist. Durch entsprechende Anordnung der Lichtquellen zu den eingepreßten Linsenflächen wird erreicht, daß die Lichtstrahlen von den Linsen aus auf denselben Punkt der Glasplatte gerichtet sind. In beiden Fällen ergibt sich jedoch noch eine erhebliche Raumbeanspruchung für die Anordnung der Lampen und der die Linsen tragenden Glasplatte. Da man außerdem Glasplatten mit eingepreßten Linsen nur in kleineren Ausmaßen herstellen kann, setzt man mehrere Glasplatten mit je zwei Reihen von Linsen nebeneinander für die Projizierung mehrstelliger Zahlen. Zwecks Vereinfachung der Herstellung ist es bekannt, Glasplatten mit so viel eingepreßten Linsenreihen zu verwenden, als herstellungsmäßig möglich sind. Die Anzahl der auf einer Glasplatte unterzubringenden Reihen von Linsen richtet sich nach dem Abstand der Linsen voneinander.
