Roasting oven for zinc blende The main patent 419 3o8 relates to a roasting oven
with alternating fixed and rotating levels for zinc blende, in which the
Cover from top to bottom wandered through the oven and, in return, roasted air
is coated. Here, part of the roasting air is fed into the roasting oven when the
Roasted food is supplied from preheated chambers located in the oven sole, the
others hawk through channels under the hearth vault and against that through the middle
Stove opening directed to roasting material, which causes parts at risk from the heat
be cooled and a sintering and agglomeration of the diaphragm is prevented, so
that the roasted material can be smelted better. It should be such a favorable cooling
take place that a melting of the vault and the effect of the transport of the goods
Teeth is prevented.
Even though the main patent 419 308 and the two additional patents 432232 and 440 301 already provide for the air to be introduced into the oven in such a way that it reaches the places where it has the most beneficial effect on the roast and on the oven, in In the sense of the present additional patent, the aim is that the air acts not only on the central, through-flow opening or the material supplied to and passing through it, but also on the sides on the through-flow openings by acting directly or indirectly against them or in them. Air is passed. Advantageously, the floor with lateral through-flow openings stands still and the two adjacent floors with a central through-flow opening rotate. It is already known to arrange a branch pipe over a lateral through-opening and to direct the same so that the air hits the upper edge of the through-opening. In the subject matter of the invention, however, it is a question of arranging the side air supply in such a way that the air supplied flows either under or into the side opening. The latter is particularly advantageous when the roasting material emerges from the oven sole. The air can be supplied under the lateral through-flow opening directly or indirectly, in the latter case in such a way that the air hits the hearth under the through-flow opening and ricochets against the through-flow opening. In all cases, the freely falling roast is hit by the air. The air can either exit through a simple pipe and be directed against the material, or the through-flow opening can be bordered at the bottom by a shower pipe, so that the air introduced into this pipe acts on the toasted material from all sides or over a larger part of the circumference; the air is supplied in an adjustable amount either as cold or warm air, with or without pressure. But you can also arrange the lateral air duct in such a way that the air first reaches the underlying hearth base and acts on the material falling on this hearth base; Here, too, the air encounters slipping and falling goods in the roasting oven, as the air enters the through-flow opening from below.
In the drawing, the air duct of the invention is on one side
shown in section drawn furnace.
Gemäß Abb. i besitzen die Herdgewölbe zentrale Durchfallöffnungen
9 und seitliche Durchfallöffnungen 7. Im Sinne der Erfindung führt gegen letztere
ein Rohr .43, um Luft gegen das die Durchfallöffnung 7 passierende Röstgut zu leiten;
According to Fig. I, the hearth vaults have central through-flow openings 9 and lateral through-flow openings 7. In the context of the invention, a pipe 43 leads towards the latter in order to direct air against the roasted material passing through the through-flow opening 7; the air can be discharged directly or through a distribution element q: 4, which can consist of a shower ring or the like. The air supply lines can be connected to one another in a manner known per se by a common pipe system. In the illustrated embodiment branch accordingly from the Community, known per se standpipe 45 further tubes 46 ab.-zv elclie in the waste channel 13 lead.
Gut.In Fig. Z, only the throughflow openings g and 7 are shown.
The cold or preheated air flowing out of the standpipe 45 is passed through a pipe
47 on one or more hearth soles on the outer periphery of the same below the lateral ones
Diarrhea openings guided, and acts on the passage through these diarrhea openings
