Description
Process for the preparation of 4-aminopenten-2 and pentenylated amines 4 Aminopenten-2 and pentenylated amines are not yet known. It was now found that these compounds are obtained by using the halides of pentene-2-o1-4 with ammonia or with primary or secondary amines. The latter amines can belong to the aliphatic or aromatic series. Mixed aliphatic-aromatic can also be used Connections are used. The 4-aminopenten-2 and the pentenylated amines are intended as intermediate products in the manufacture of therapeutically valuable products to serve.
Beispiele i. 2. Darstellung von 4-Dipropylaminopenten-2. Man verwendet 2o2 g Dipropylamin und 104,5 g 4-Chlorpenten-2 und verfährt genau wie bei Beispiel i.Examples i. Preparation of 4-diethylaminopentene-2. 104.59 4-chloropentene-2 are mixed with 146 g of diethylamine and refluxed for some time on the steam bath warmed up. Plenty of hydrochloric acid diethylamine separates out. The reaction mixture boils no longer on the steam bath, so it is cooled, ether is added and the hydrochloric acid is removed Aspirated diethylamine. The ethereal filtrate is distilled off from the ether freed and the residue is distilled. It goes over at 148 to 151 ° and sets an easily mobile, colorless, alkaline smelling and reacting oil. 2. Preparation of 4-dipropylaminopentene-2. One uses 2o2 g of dipropylamine and 104.5 g of 4-chloropentene-2 and proceeds exactly as in Example i.
Das 4-Dipropylaminopenten-2 stellt eine farblose, leicht bewegliche Flüssigkeit dar, die alkalisch riecht und reagiert und bei etwa 182 bis i83° siedet.4-Dipropylaminopenten-2 represents a colorless, easily mobile one Liquid that smells and reacts alkaline and boils at about 182 to 183 °.
Preparation of 4-propy laminopenten-2. The propylaminopentene will prepared in a very similar manner from 104.5 g of 4-chloropentene-2 and 18.5 g of propylamine. It is a colorless, easily mobile liquid that smells and reacts alkaline and boils at about 145 to 15o °.
Preparation of pentenylaniline. 186 g aniline, dissolved in ether, 149 g of pentenyl bromide, also dissolved in ether, are added. It part Hydrobromic aniline is soon removed, and the ether comes into the air by itself Boil. If this subsides, it is heated on the steam bath for some time until the precipitation no longer increases. After cooling, it is sucked off and the precipitate washed out with ether. The ethereal solution is shaken with water, dried with potassium carbonate and distilled off. The residue is fractionated in a vacuum, 'so received the pentenylaniline as a pale yellow colored basic oil, which boils at about 112 ° under g mm pressure.
Preparation of pentenylmethylaniline. The pentenylmethylaniline is made in a very similar manner from 107 g monomethylaniline and 745 g pentenyl bromide shown. It is an almost colorless one, which turns darker in air and light basic liquid boiling at about 115c 'under 7mm pressure.
Preparation of pentenyldiphenylamine. 169.2g of diphenylamine will be reacted in a similar manner with 74.5 g of pentenyl bromide. The one filtered off from the bromine hydrate ethereal solution is mixed with alcoholic hydrochloric acid up to the Congo acid reaction added, then one sucks off the chlorine hydrate, evaporates the ether and treats the Residue with alkali and ether. After the essential solution has dried, the Ether distilled and the residue fractionated in vacuo. The pentenyldiphenylamine thus obtained represents a brownish colored liquid, which under 10 mm pressure at about i, goc ' boils.
Preparation of pentenylbenzylamine. To prepare pentenylbenzylamine, the procedure is exactly as in Example 4. It is obtained as a colorless alkaline liquid which boils at approximately high under 8 mm of pressure. B. Preparation of pentene; r1-ß-naphthylamine. 143.1 9 ß-naphthylamine, dissolved in five times the amount of benzene, are reacted with 74.5 g of pentenyl bromide, also dissolved in benzene, in a manner similar to that in Example 6 and worked up. The pentenyl-ß-naphthylamine is obtained as a pale red-brown colored fluorescent oil which boils at about igo ° under .10 mm pressure.
g. Reaction of pentenyl halide with ammonia. If you put pentenyl chloride or bromide with strong ammonia, one gets, if one gets in the usual way worked up, a colorless oil with a strong alkaline reaction, but which persists through Fractional distillation could not yet be broken down into uniform bodies. Once was tested in addition to lower-boiling, apparently 4-aminopentene-2-containing Proportions of an oil obtained from the composition of dipentenylamine (molecular weight found: 156.2, calc .: 153; N found: 9.17, calc .: 9.1).
