Verfahren zur Darstellung von Aminen der Cyclohexanreihe Es wurde
gefunden, daß die durch Einwirkung von Halogencyclohexanen auf primäre aromatische
Amine erhältlichen sekundären Cyclohexylarylamine durch Alkylierungsmittel leicht
und in guter Ausbeute in gemischte tertiäre Basen, welche gleichzeitig einen Aryl-,
einen Cyclohexyl- und einen Alkylrest enthalten, übergeführt werden können. Zwar
lassen sich diese hydrierten tertiären Basen nach den Angaben der Patentschrift
38z 714 durch Umsetzung von Cyclohexanol mit sekundären Basen in Gegenwart von Chlorzink
bei 250 ' unter Druck darstellen. Dieses Verfahren besitzt aber insofern
große Mängel, als bei der hohen Temperatur das Chlorzink auf das Cyclohexano unter
intramolekularer Wasserabspaltung unter Bildung von Tetrahydrobenzol einwirkt und
so die Ausbeute an den gewünschten Alkylcyclohexylanilinen stark herunterdrückt.
Im Gegensatz hierzu gelingt die Alkylierung der durch Umsetzung von Halogencyclohexanen
mit primären Aminen dargestellten sekundären Amine der Cyclohexanreihe glatt, so
daß auf diesem Wege die tertiären Basen der Cyclohexanreihe leicht zugänglich geworden
sind. Ihre vereinfachte Darstellung bedeutet einen wesentlichen Fortschritt für
die Darstellung basischer Farbstoffe, Schwefelfarbstoffe usw. Beispiel Zoo Teile

gemacht, das erhaltene Öl abgetrennt, mit Wasser gewaschen und im Vakuum destilliert.
