Description
Abrich£rolle für Schleifscheiben
Die Neuerung betrifft1 eine Abrichi:Tolle für Schleifscheiben
miti einem Grundkörper und einem Schneidbelag,
der aus einer nach einem CVD-Verfahren abgeschiedenen
Beschichtung aus Diamant' oder BornitVi'd besieht·.
Bei einer derartigen in der DE-OS 43 39 326 beschriebenen
Abtfichtirolle ist1 der Grundkörper aus einem Hart'met^all,
Sifahl oder einer? Hocht-emperatfurkeramik gefertigt1.
Der auf einem solchen Grundkörper aufgebrachte Schneidbelag
ist' wenig verschleißfest1, da er sich leicht1
vom Grundkörper löst!.
Aufgabe der Neuerung ist' es nun, die Standzeit? von
AbrichtTollen für; Schleifscheiben zu erhöhen.
Diese Aufgabe wird neuerungsgemäß, ausgehend von einer
Abrichtrrolle der eingangs genannten Arit', dadurch gelöst',
daß der Grundköder, auf den der Schneidbelag
nach einem CVD-Verfahren abgeschieden wird, aus Hartkohle
und/oder Graphit1 gefertigt1 ist1. Ein solcher,
nach der Neuerung ausgeführte Grundkörper bieget' nicht1
nur den Vorteil, daß gegenüber den bisher verwendet-en
Werkstoffen erheblich preiswertlere Stoffe zum Einsatz
kommen. Diese neuerungsgemäß verwendeten Werkstoffe für den Grundkörper haben weiter einen kleineren Ausdehnungskoeffizienten
als Hartmetalle, Stahl oder· Hocht'emperat'urkeramiken, was zu einer festen Verbindung
des nach einem CVD-Verfahren aufgetragenen Schneidbelages
mit1 dem Grundkörper und somit: zu einer Verbesserung
der Standzeit: der Abrichtrolle führt'.
Zur Verbesserung der Haftung des Schneidbelages am
Grundkörper kann weiter eine vorzugsweise galvanisch
— 3 —
aufgetragene Zwischenschicht aus Edelmetall, beispielsweise
aus Gold, Silber, Plat'in oder Iridium, zwischen Grundkörper und Schneidbelag vorgesehen sein.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der; Neuerung wird noch an
Hand der Zeichnung, die eine schematische Schnit/tiansicht'
durch eine Abri'chtVolle zeigt', erläui-erti.
Die dargest'ellt'e Abrichtrolle 1 besieht' aus einem
Grundkörper 2 aus Harzkohle, auf dessen Umfangsflache
ein Schneidbelag 3 aus Diamant' oder kubisch~krist:allinem
Bornit'rid nach einem CVD-Verfahren niedergeschlagen ist!i Zwischen dem Grundkörper 2 und dem Schneidbelag
3 ist: noch eine Edelmetall-Zwischenschicht 4 als Haft?-
vermit't'ler vorgesehen.
Claims (3)
1. Abrichtrrolle für Schleifscheiben mit? einem Grundkörper;
und einem Schneidbelag, der aus einer nach einem CVD-Verfahren abgeschiedenen Beschichtung
aus Diamant' oder Bornitrid besieht', dadurch gekennzeichnet1,
daß der Grundkörper (2) aus Hart'kohle
und/oder. Graphit' gefertigt1 ist'.
2. Abricht'riolle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet;,
daß zwischen dem Grundkörper (2) und dem Schneidbelag (3) eine Zwischenschicht' (4) aus Edelmetall
wie Gold, Silber, Platin, Iridium oder dgl.
vorgesehen ist1.
3. Abr.ichtrolle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet1,
daß die Zwischenschicht1 (4) aus Edelmetall
galvanisch auf den Grundkörper (2) aufgetragen
wird.
