In the drawings, the outer portions of the optical axes of the range finder system are denoted by Xd and As. The measuring base of the range finder lies on the axis BB. The axis Xd forms the axis of the part to aim in targeting, while the axis Xs forms the axis of the part for measuring distance the two axes pass through formed from plates completion windows 3 and 5. Figure 7 is a pentagonnies prism indicated by the optical axis Xd in an optical axis section Xd is deflected, which runs perpendicular to the outer axis Xd and lies in a plane which passes through the axis BB of the measuring base and is arranged perpendicular to said axes Xd and Xs. The axis Yd is - as shown in FIG. 2 can be seen - inclined upwards from the exit of the prism 7 at an angle of 2 ° 52 'or essentially of the same order of magnitude. On the axis Yd there is an objective 9, an optical plate 10 for calibration , which can be pivoted about an axis A 12 (FIG. 2) and an optical plate 12 which is also used for calibration and which can be pivoted about an axis A 12 (FIG. 1) which is preferably orthogonal, at least not parallel to the axis A 10 runs. A prism for beam deflection and refraction is denoted by 14, the inlet surface of which is arranged perpendicular to the axis Yd. A pentagonal prism 16 deflects the axis Xs in an opaic axis segment Vs, which also lies in the mentioned plane containing the axis Yd and the axis BB of the measuring base. This optical axis segment Ks is inclined downwards by the prism 16 and in the direction of the center of the measuring base (FIG. 2) and meets the entry surface of a second prism 18, which is arranged perpendicular to it, for deflecting and refracting rays, which is located (according to FIG the representation in Figure 2) is located below the prism 14 and is connected to it. The axis Ys is parallel to the axis Yd. Both axes Ys and Yd are inclined to the opposite parts of the measuring base BB. An objective 20 and an optical plate 22 are inserted into the section of the axis Ks, the rotation of which causes a displacement of the optical axis Ks parallel to itself and perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the plate 22. The optical plate 22 is pivotable about an axis A 22 which is perpendicular to the axis Ks and is inclined by an angle of 2 ° 52 'to the vertical plane containing the measuring base BB and the axes Yb and Ys.
In front of the mutually parallel exit surfaces of the prisms 14 and 18 there is a special prism 24 which is designed in the manner of a separating prism and which has a partially reflective surface 26 (FIG. 3) located in front of the exit surface of the prism 18, a part 24A designed as a plate has a second partially reflective surface 28 located in front of the exit surface of the prism 14 and optionally a lens 30 on its own exit surface. The focal plane of the objectives 9 and 20 are located in the plane identified by the line ZZ , which runs through the edges 26/4 and 28 / V, which delimit the reflection areas of the two surfaces 26 and 28.
The two partial images recorded by the objectives 9 and 20 are closed by the surfaces 26 and 28 a deflecting prism 32 is reflected. They then pass through a lens system 34, 36 and one of one Pcntaprisma 38 and a prism 40 formed system for double reflection to the eyepiece 42, whereby they pass through a disk 44 provided with a line network or a crosshair. These Disc 44 is preferably movable and is used to introduce the sighting device and / or others Correction elements.
Due to the invention designed according to optical complex, among other things, a substantial reduction of the space requirements as well as one significant weight savings are achieved, in particular prisms are avoided with double reflection, as are usually required to the coincident with the measuring base (the route sections Ks and Yd of the solution according to the invention corresponding) To offset axis segments against each other. The range finder system described above is particularly suitable for use in light weapons and generally in portable facilities.
The invention is of course not limited to the embodiment shown in the drawing So z. B. instead of the optical disk 22 (preferably from two counter-rotating Parts of existing) changeable optical wedge, a sliding optical wedge (with converging Rays) or other equivalent means may be used.
