Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Insektizide und Akarizide
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue unsymmetrische 0,0-Dialkyl-O-vinylthionophosphorsäureester, welche insektizide
und akarizide Eigenschaften haben und ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung.
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß symmetrische O,O-Dialkyl-O-viny1-(thiono)-phosphorsäureester,
z.B. O,O-Diäthy1-0-(2-äthoxy-2-carbäthoxy-vinyl)-thiono-
und O,O-Diäthy1-0-(1-äthoxy-2-carbäthoxy-vinyl)-phosphorsäureester
(vergleiche Belgische Patentschrift 755 934 und Deutsche Auslegeschrift 1 199 251) und O-Äthyl-O-(2-carbäthoxy-2-cyano-1-methyl-vinyl)-äthanphosphonsäureester
(vergleiche Belgische Patentschrift 654 748) insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften haben.
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die neuen unsymmetrischen 0,0-Dialkyl-O-vinylthionophosphorsäureester

R und R für gleiches oder verschiedenes Alkyl stehen,
sich durch eine starke insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit auszeichnen.

Weiterhin wurde gefunden, daß die neuen unsymmetrischen 0,0-Dialkyl-O-vinylthionophosphorsäureester
der Formel (I) erhalten werden, wenn man O-Methyl-0-n-propylthionophosphorsäurediesterhalogenide

R und R die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Säureakzeptors und gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart
eines Lösungsmittels oder Verdünnungsmittels umsetzt.
Überraschenderweise zeigen die erfindungsgemäßen unsymmetrischen 0,O-Dialkyl-0-vinylthionophosphorsäureester eine bessere
insektizide und akarizide Wirkung als die bekannten symmetrischen 0,0-Dialkyl-0-vinyl(thiono)phosphorsäureester und die
O-Alkyl-0-vinylphosphonsäureester analoger Konstitution und
gleicher Wirkungsrichtung. Die Stoffe gemäß vorliegender Erfindung stellen somit eine echte Bereicherung der Technik dar.
Verwendet man beispielsweise O-Methyl-0-n-propyl-thionophosphorsäurediesterchlorid
und 1-Äthoxy-l-formyl-essigsäure-isoprop3rlester
als Ausgangsmaterialien, so kann der Reaktionsverlauf durch das folgende Formelschema wiedergegeben werden:

Die zu verwendenden Ausgangsstoffe sind durch die Formeln (IV),
(V) bzw. (V a) eindeutig definiert. Vorzugsweise stehen darin jedoch
R und R für gleiches oder verschiedenes, geradkettiges oder
verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6, insbesondere 1 bis ki
Kohlenstoffatomen.
Das als Ausgangsmaterial benötigte O-Methyl-0-n-propyl-thionophosphorsäurediesterhalogenid
(IV) ist bekannt und kann nach literaturbekannten Verfären hergestellt werden, ebenso wie die
1-Alkoxy-l-formylessigsäureesterderivate (V) bzw. (V a), die
durch Kondensation von 1-Alkoxyessigsäurealkylestern mit
Ameisensäurealkylestern gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart von Alkoholat
hergestellt werden.
Als Beispiele für die 1-Alkoxy-l-formyl-essigsäureester derivate
(V) seien im einzelnen genannt: 1-Methoxy-, 1-Äthoxy-, 1-n-Propoxy-, 1-iso-Propoxy-, 1-n-Butoxy-,
1-sec-Butoxy- und 1-iso-Butoxy-l-formylessigsäuremethyl-
bzw. -äthyl-, -n-propyl-, -iso-propyl-, n-butyl-,
iso-butyl- und sec.-butylester.
Das Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen wird bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter Lösungs-

insbesondere aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol,
Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol, oder Äther, z.B. Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther,
Dioxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methyl!sobutylketon, außerdem Nitrile,
wie Aceto- und Propionitril.
Als Säureakzeptoren können alle üblichen Säurebindemittel Verwendung
finden. Besonders bewährt haben sich Alkalicarbonate und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat, -methylat
bzw. -äthylat oder Kalium-tert.-butylat, ferner aliphatische,
aromatische oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthylamin,
Trimethylamin, Dimethylanilin, Dimethylbenzylamin
oder Pyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines größeren Bereichs variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen O und
10O0C, vorzugsweise bei Io bis 600C.
Die Umsetzung läßt man im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck ablaufen.
Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens legt man das 1-Alkoxy-1-formylessigsäureesterderivat
vorzugsweise in 6 bis 20 %igem Überschuß zusammen mit dem Säureakzeptor in einem der oben genannten
Lösungsmittel vor und versetzt die Mischungen tropfenweise mit dem O-Methyl-0-n-propylthionophosphorsäurediesterhalogenid
Nach beendeter Reaktion fügt man ein organisches Lösungsmittel, z.iB. Toluol, zu und arbeitet die organische Phase in üblicher
Weise durch Waschen, Trocknen und Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels auf.
Die neuen Verbindungen fallen in Form von ölen an, die sich
meist nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen, jedoch durch so-

genanntes "Andestillieren", d.h. durch längeres Erhitzen
unter vermindertem Druck auf mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise
gereinigt werden. Zu ihrer Charakterisierung dient der Brechungsindex.
Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemäßen unsymmetrischen 0,0-Dialkyl-O-vinylthionophosphorsäureester
durch eine hervorragende insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit aus. Sie wirken gegen Pflanzen-, Hygiene- und
Vorratsschädlinge. Sie besitzen bei geringer Phytotoxizität sowohl eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende als auch fressende
Insekten und Milben.
Aus diesem Grunde können die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen mit Erfolg im Pflanzenschutz sowie auf dem Hygiene- und Vorratsschutzsektor
als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel eingesetzt werden.
Die Wirkstoffe eignen sich bei guter Pflanzenverträglichkeit
und günstiger Warmblütertoxizität zur Bekämpfung von tierischen
Schädlingen, insbesondere Insekten und Spinnentieren, die in der Landwirtschaft, in Forsten, im Vorrats- und Materialschutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor vorkoraen. Sie sind gegen
normal sensible und resistente Arten sowie gegen alle oder einzelne Entwicklungestadien wirksam. Zu den oben erwähnten
Schädlingen gehören:

Der Wirkstoffgehalt der aus den handelsüblichen Formulierungen
bereiteten Anwendungsformen kann in weiten Bereichen variieren.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentration der Anwendungsformen kann von 0,0000001 bis zu 100 Gew.-# Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen
0,01 und 10 Gew.-96 liegen.
Die Anwendung geschieht in einer den Anwendungsformen angepaßten üblichen Weise.
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge
zeichnen sich die Wirkstoffe durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung auf Holz und Ton sowie durch eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekalkten Unterlagen aus.

Diese Formulierungen werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also

Dann wird das Lösungsmittel abgezogen und der Rückstand andestilliert. Man erhält 23 g (74 % der Theorie) O-Methyl-0-npropyl-0-(2-carbäthoxy-2-äthoxy-vinyl)-thionophosphorsäureester
in Form eines gelben Öles mit dem Brechungsindex n^5: 1,469ο.

Die als Ausgangsverbindungen benötigten 1-Alkoxy-l-formylessigsäurealkylester
werden z.B. wie im folgenden beschrieben hergestellt:
0CH-CH(0-C2H5)CO-OC2H5
Zu einer Mischung aus 132 g (1 Mol) Äthoxyessigsäureäthylester und 81,5 g (1,1 Mol) Ameisensäureäthylester werden
portionsweise 112 g (1 Mol) Kalium-tert.-butylat in der Weise
gegeben, daß die Reaktionstemperatur 4o°C nicht übersteigt. Dann wird das Reaktionsgemisch 4 Stunden bei 2O°C nachgerührt,
anschließend in 1 1 Wasser gegossen und einmal mit 2oo ml Methylenchlorid extrahiert (der Methylenchlorid-Extrakt
wird verworfen). Die wässrige Phase wird mit Salzsäure unter Eiskühlung angesäuert und mit Methylenchlorid extrahiert. Nach
dem Trocknen über Natriumsulfat wird das Methylenchlorid abgezogen. Man erhält Io3 g (64 % der Theorie) 1-Äthoxy-i-formylessigsäureäthylester
vom Brechungsindex η? :1,4452.

2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von unsymmetrischen 0,0-Dialkyl-O-vinylthionophosphorsäureestern,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man O-Methyl-0-n-propylthionophosphorsäurediesterhalogenide
der Formel

3. Insektizide und akarizide Mittel gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1.
4. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1
auf die genannten Schädlinge bzw. deren Lebensraum einwirken läßt.
5. Verwendung von Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben.
6. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Insektiziden und akariziden
Mitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 mit Streckmitteln und/oder
oberflächenaktiven Mitteln mischt.
