eine Ventilpatrone in einem solchen Absperrorgan.

Claims (3)
- AneprüoheVentilpatrone, gekennzeichnet durcheinen etwa zylindrischen unteren Hülsenteil (9), in dem eine Huidkammer (26) angeordnet ist, die mit zwei diagonal gegenüberliegenden, in Querrichtung verlaufenden Schlitzen (4) im unteren Hülsenteil in Verbindung steht,einen oberen Hülsenteil (8), der abnehmbar mit dem unteren Hülsenteil verbunden ist, wobei zwischen beiden Teilen eine Verbindung, bestehend aus Ausschnitten (13) und Ansätzen (14), solcher Art vorgesehen ist, daß die Hülsenteile sich als eine Einheit drehen und durch eine Relativbewegung in Achsrichtung voneinander trennbar sind,einen Fluideinlaß (3) im unteren Ende des unteren Hülsenteils (9),und auf dem Umfang beabstandete Anschlagelemente (49» 50, 51)» die sich vom oberen Hülsenteil (8) in Achsrichtung nach außen erstrecken
- 2. Ventilpatrone nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen in den Hülsenteilen drehbar gehalterten Schaft (S), an dem ein von Hand bedienbarer Knopf (K) zum Drehen des Schaftes abnehmbar angebracht ist, welcher Anschlagelemente (53, 54, 55) trägt, die mit den Anschlagelementen (49, 50, 51) des oberen Hülsenteils zur Begrenzung des Drehbereiches von Knopf und Schaft in Anlage bringbar sind, und durch eine Ventilplatte (47), die am unteren Ende des Schaftes sitzt und mit Öffnungen (48) versehen ist, welche mit dem Fluideinlaß (3) in Deckung sind, wenn der Schaft in die Ventilöffnungsstellung gedreht ist.
- 3. Ventilpatrone nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ventilgehäuse (B) vorgesehen ist, das an seinem Oberende Aussparungen (18) hat, und daß von dem oberen Hülsenteil (8) Lappen (16) abstehen, die in den Aussparungen^09883/0365derart aufgenommen sind, daß sie ein Verdrehen des Hülsenteils im Ventilgehäuse verhindern«.4ο Ventilpatrone nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Kappe' (20), die auf das Oberende des Ventilgehäuses aufgeschraubt ist und einen nach innen gebogenen Flansch hat, der sich gegen den oberen Hülsenteil anlegt und letzteren in dem Ventilgehäuse einsperrt, wobei die Anschlagelemente (49, 50, 51) des oberen Hülsenteils durch die Kappe vorstehen..Ventilpatrone nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Schaft (S) in radialer Richtung abstehende Nasen (56, 57) angebracht sind, deren radiale Abmessungen so gewählt sind, daß die Gesamtbreite des Schaftes, gemessen über die Hasen geringfügig größer ist. als der Innendurchmesser der Pluidkammer (26) in dem unteren Hülsenteil, so daß Schaft und unterer Hülsenteil ineinander rastbar sind.309883/0365
