Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Polyamiden mit Urethan- und/oder Harnstoffgrüppierungen
Es wurde ein neues Verfahren zur Herstellung von Polyamiden, die Urethan- und/oder Harnstoffgruppierungen enthalten, gefunden,
das auf einer Polyaddition von aliphatischen oder aromatischen Polyisocyanaten an polyfunktionelle Aminocrotonsäureestern
beruht, deren Substituenten am Stickstoff noch zusätzliche Hydroxy- oder Aminogruppen aufweisen. Das wesentliche
Merkmal dieses Verfahrens besteht darin, daß die Addition der NCO-Gruppe gleichzeitig oder in abgestufter Folge
an der Hydroxyl- bzw. Aminogruppe, sowie stets an dem aktiven Wasserstoff-Atom der
>C=CH-Gruppierung des Amihcrotonsäureesters erfolgt. Die im Aminocrotonsäureester enthaltene
Stickstoff-Punktion katalysiert die NCO-Addition zwar in
nicht unbeträchtlichem Maße, greift selbst jedoch überraschenderweise nicht in die Reaktion ein. Die sich bildenden Polyamide
mit Urethan- und/oder Harnstoffgruppierungen enthalten
noch reaktive Doppelbindungen, die für Additions- bzw. Polymerisationsreaktionen
von Bedeutung sein können.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist somit ein Verfahren zur Herstellung gegebenenfalls vernetzter hochmolekularer Polyurethane
oder Polyharnstoffe, die Carbonamidgruppen als Kettenglieder enthalten, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß man
polyfunktionelle Aminocrotonsäureester der allgemeinen Formel

worin R für Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Aralkyl- oder Aryl-Reste
steht, die eine oder mehrere Hydroxyl-und/oder Aminogruppen enthalten, A den Rest eines Polyols ohne die OH-Gruppen
mit einer Funktionalität von η bedeutet und η für eine ganze Zahl von 2-6 steht, mit organischen Polyisocyanaten umsetzt.
Man erhält auf diese Weise hochmolekulare, gegebenenfalls vernetzte Polyamide mit Urethan und/oder Harnstoffgruppierungen
vom Molekulargewicht 500 - 100 000, die durch ein gemeinsames Strukturelsment der Formel

charakterisiert sind, worin A der polyfunktionelle Rest eines Polyols ohne die OH-Gruppen, B der polyfunktionelle Rest
eines organischen Polyisocyanats ohne die NCO-Gruppen, X Sauerstoff oder die -NH-Gruppe bedeuten und R für Alkylen-,
Cycloalkylen-, Aralkylen- oder Arylen-Reste steht.
Die Polyamid-Bildung läßt sich im KernresonanzSpektrum erkennen.
Das ursprünglich bei 5*0 ppm (lO^ige Lösung in Dimethylsulfoxid)
liegende Signal des Wasserstoff-Atoms einer >C=CH-Gruppierung
des polyfunktionellen Amincrotonsäureesters verschwindet nach Addition eines Polyisocyanates. Der Angriff des
Isocyanates erfolgt demnach stets an diesem aktiven H-Atom der >C=CH-Gruppe. Das IR-Spektrum zeigt bei polyfunktionellen
Aminocrotonsäureestern sowie bei den Polyamid-Polyurethanen
bzw. Polyharnstoffen eine Verschiebung der Carbonylbande der Estergruppen in den langwelligen Bereich, was auf eine starke
Wasserstoff-Brückenbildung hinweist.

Geeignete Hydroxylpolyäther sind lineare· oder verzweigte PoIyalkylenätherpolyole
mit Molekulargewichten von 500-3000, welche 2.B. durch Polyadditionsreaktionen von 1,2-Alkylenoxiden
in Äthylenoxid, Propylenoxid, 1,2- und 2,3-Butylenoxid,
Epichlorhydrin, Styroloxid, Cyclohexenoxid allein oder in
Mischung miteinander mit sich selbst oder an niedermolekularen
Startmolekülen wie* z.B. Wasser f :;^ykol v/i© Hexandiol-(1,6),
1,3-Butylenglykol, Polyole wie Trimethyloipropan, Glycerin,
Pentaerythrit, Sorbit, Itono- und/oder Oligosaccharide wie
Rohrzucker, Glucose, Lactose, abgebaute Stärken, erhalten werden können. In Frage kommende Hydroxylpolyäther sind
auch Polytetrahydrofuranpolyäther oder Polyoxycyclobutanpolyäther mit Molgewichten von 500 bis 3000. Geeignete
Polyole sind ferner: tertiären Stickstoff enthaltende lineare oder verzweigte Polyalkylenätherpolyole, die aus den oben
beispielhaft genannten 1,2-Alkylenoxiden in gleicher Weise
wie die neutralen Polyalkylenätherpolyole durch Polyadditionsreaktion an Amine bzw. Aminoalkohole erhalten werden können.

mit nach herkömmlichen Verfahren hergestellten Polythloäthern,·Polyacetalen, Polycarbonaten, die gegebenenfalls
noch Urethangruppen aufweisen können. Im Sinne der Erfindung
sind als Verbindungen mit reaktionsfähigen Waseerstoffatomen
weiterhin höhermolekulare Verbindungen geeignet, wie z.B. gemischte aliphatisch-aromatische Polyätherj die man durch
Kondensation von Bischlorraethylderivaten aromatischer
Kohlenwasserstoffe mit aliphatischen Polyolen erhält, Copolymere mit endständigen Hydroxylgruppen aus Olefinen, cyclischen Acetalen oder Polyacetalen, Polykondensate aus PoIysäuren und Polyalkoholen, hydrolysiertβ Copolymere aus
Xthylen und Vinylacetat oder Hydroxyalkylmethacrylaten, Polyallylalkohol, Copolymere aus Styrol und Allylalkohol,
Polystyrol, oder Polybutadien mit endständigen Hydroxylgruppen.
Eine andere ebenfalls bekannte Darstellungsweise-der polyfunktionellen Acetessigsäureester beruht auf der Umesterung
▼on Acetesaigsäuremethyl- oder -äthyleeter mit Polyolen.

Die so erhaltenen polyfunktioneilen Acetessigsäureester
werden anschließend durch Einwirkung von aliphatischen Aminoalkoholen,
sowie von Diaminen mit unterschiedlicher Reaktivität gegenüber dem polyfunktionellen Acetessigsäureester,
ζ. B. solchen, die primäre und sekundäre oder andererseits aliphatische und aromatische Aminogruppen im Molekül besitzen,
in an sich bekannter Welse unter Wasserabspaltung in die entsprechenden polyfunktionellen Aminocrotonsäureester der
oben angegebenen .Formel überführt« Die Kondensation erfolgt mit der aliphatischen primären Aminogruppierung ohne oder in
Gegenwart eines Katalysators bei Temperaturen zwischen 0 und 150°, vorzugsweise bei 60 - 120°» Hierbei ist es häufig von
Vorteil, in Gegenwart eines mit Wasser in der Hitze ein Azeotrop ^bildendes und in der Kälte wenig mischbaren Lösungsmittels
zu arbeiten. Vorwiegend werden Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Benzol, Toluol oder Halogenkohlenstoffe wie Chloroform
oder Tetrachlorkohlenstoff eingesetzt. Zur Abscheidung des Reaktionswassers läßt sich vorteilhaft einer der bekannten
Wasserabscheider verwenden, Als Katalysatoren kommen Säuren wie z.B. Salzsäure, Ameisensäure, Eisessig oder
andere Verbindungen wie Jod, Kationenaustauscher oder Aktivtonerden in Frage, Wird die Kondensation unter obigen Bedingungen
durchgeführt, so erhält man je nach der Wahl des
Polyols bzw, der Aminkomponente bewegliche oder ölige Flüssigkeiten,
viskose, wachsartige oder feste Hassen in sehr guten Ausbeuten. Der Reaktionsablauf läSt sich durch Kontrolle
des abgespaltenen Wassers leicht verfolgen»
Die Umwandlung der polyfunktionellen Acetessigsäureester in die Hydroxyl- oder Aminogruppen enthaltenden polyfunktionellen
Aminocrotonsäureester gelingt in bereits beschriebener Weise mit Hilfe von Aminoalkoholen oder Diaminen.

Die nach der dargelegten AusfUhrungsform gewonnenen polyfunktionellen
Aminocrotonsäureester sind Ausgangsprodukte für das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren.
Pur die erfindungsgemäße Umsetzung mit diesen polyfunktionellen
Aminocrotonsäureestern eignen sich z.B, die folgenden

dieser beiden Isocyanate, ferner Phenyl-1,3- und Phenyl-1,4-diisocyanat,
Diphenylmethan-4,4'-diisocyanat,
Naphthylen-1,5-diisocyanat, Diphenyläther-4,4'-diisocyanat,
2,2«-Dimethyldiphenylmethan-4,4'-diisocyanat, 2,2'-Dirnethyldiphenylmethan-4,4'-diisocyanat;
durch Anilin-Pormaldehyd-Kondensation und anschließende Phosgenierung hergestellte

Polyisocyanate können entweder für sich oäer in Amisehung
miteinander eingesetzt werden. Auch dimer© Polyisocyanate können eingesetzt werden, z.B. das 3,3'-Diisocyanato-4,4fdimethyl-diphenyluretdion.
Brfindungsgemäß kommen auch die naoh der deutsehen Patentschrift 1 092 007 hergestellten

Polyisocyanate, sov/ie die durch Polymerisation von 2,4- oder 2,6-Diisocyanato-toluol gewonnenen Polyisocyanate mit
Isocyanuratstruktur in Betracht. Des weiteren eignen sich
NCO-Addukte, die zwei oder mehrere NCO-Gruppen enthalten, und durch Umsetzung eines Überschusses der vorstehend genannten
Polyisocyanate mit niedermolekularen Polyolen, wie Äthylenglykol, Propylenglykol, Butylenglykol, Trimethylolpropan,
Hexantriol, Glycerin, Sorbit sowie Rizinusöl, Ethylendiamin, oder mit hochmolekularen Polyolen, z.B. Hydroxylpolyäther
oder Polyester, hergestellt worden sind.
Zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens können
verschiedene Wege beschritten werden. Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform
des Verfahrens besteht darin, daß die polyfunktionellen Aminocrotonsäureester für sich allein mit einem
Polyisocyanat in einem Verhältnis von NCO zu aktivem Wasserstoff ~- 1 eingesetzt werden, wobei die Menge des Isocyanates durch das Molverhältnis der OH- bzw. NHp-GTuppen,
sowie der aktiven 5»C=CH-Gruppierung des Polyaminocrotonsäureestere
bestimmt wird. Diese Operation kann in Gegenwart
oder in Abwesenheit von Lösungsmitteln durchgeführt werden.
Als Lösungsmittel kommen z.B. in Frage: Äthylacetat, Chlorbenzol, Dioran, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Aceton, Essigsäurebutylester, GlykolmonomethyläVtheracetat,
Tetrahydrofuran und auch aromatische und aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe einschließlich technischer Gemische.
Die Verfahrensprodukte können farblose Pulver sein, die
aufgrund ihrer Unlöslichkeit in' Lösungsmitteln ausfallen, oder höhermolekulare Stoffe, die-bei geeigneter Wahl der
Lösungsmittel und Ausgangskomponenten klar gelöst bleiben.
Nach Abdampfen des Lösungsmittels hinterbleibt dann ein durchsichtiger elastischer oder harter Film. Wenn auch die
Stickstoff-Funktionen der polyfunktionellen Aminocroton-

säureester die Reaktion der NGO-Gruppen mit den aktiven
Wasserstoffatoraen in nicht unbeträchtlichem Maße beschleunigen,
so ist es doch zweckmäßig, besonders bei hochmolekularen linearen Ausgangsprodukten, mit zusätzlichen Katalysatoren
wie z.B. organischen Zinnverbindungen vom Typ Zinn(II)äthylhexoat, oder anderen bekannten Aktivatoren, wie tertiären
Aminen, z.B. Diazabicyclooctan oder permethyliertem Diäthylen- -triamin eine Beschleunigung der Umsetzung herbeizuführen.
Die Anwendung von Katalysatoren empfiehlt sich naturgemäß immer dann, wenn bei niederen Temperaturen gearbeitet wird.
Oft ist es auch ratsam, die in Formen gefüllten Reaktionsmischlingen
kurze Zeit bei 80 - 100° auszuheizen, um in kürzester Zeit
einen vollständigen Umsatz zu gewährleisten. Je nach Y/ahl
der Ausgangskomponenten erhält man harte, plastische, flexible oder gummielastische, oftmals in konventionellen Lösungsmitteln
nicht mehr lösliche Verfahrensprodukte»
ßine weitere Ausführungsvorm des Verfahrens besteht darin,
daß die polyfunktioneilen Aminocrotonsäureester mit einem
Polyisocyanat in einem Verhältnis von NCO zu aktivem Wasserstoff von >1, vorzugsweise 2, umgesetzt werden. Dies kann
in Gegenwart oder in Abwesenheit von Lösungsmitteln geschehen. Die Härtung der Isocyanatgruppen aufweisenden Polyurethane
bzw. Polyharnstoffe, die noch Polyamidgruppen enthalten, erfolgt dann mit den in der Isocyanat-Chemie üblichen
Verhetzungsmitteln, wie z. B. Wasser, Polyole, welche auch Heteroatome wie tertiäre Stickstoffatome enthalten
können, Aminoalkohole, Polyamine oder Dicarbonsäurehydrazide. Bei Verwendung von Wasser genügt auch die Feuchtigkeit der
Luft, welche eine dünne Schicht der Verfahrensprodukte im Verlauf von einigen Stunden in einen unlöslichen Film verwandelt.
Die Verfahrensprodukte eignen sich daher als mit
der Luftfeuchtigkeit härtende Einkomponentenlacke. Die Härtung
der Verfahrensprodukte verläuft schon bei Raumtemperatur,
bei höheren Temperaturen werden naturgemäß schnellere Abbinde-

zeiten erzielt. Als Katalysatoren zur Luftfeuchtigkeits-Härtung können z. B. tertiäre Amine oder in organischen
Lösungsmitteln lösliche Metallverbindungen verwendet werden. Die Verfahrensprodukte eignen sich besonders für die Herstellung
von Flächengebilden auf Unterlagen, wie sie bei Lacken, Klebstoffen, Kaschierungen oder Beschichtungen
ζ. Β. gegeben sind.
Eine weitere Ausführungsform des Verfahrens besteht darin,
daß die polyfunktionellen Aminocrotonsäureester in Mischung mit anderen reaktionsfähigen Wasserstoff aufweisende Verbindungen
umgesetzt werden können. Solche noch reaktiven Wasserstoff aufweisende Verbindungen sind z.B.:
Polyäther, die unter alkalischen oder sauren Bedingungen durch Additionspolymerisation eines oder mehrerer Alkylenoxide
mit einem oder mehreren Polyolen oder Aminen hergestellt worden sind, und zwar nach bekannten Verfahren,
"beispielsweise beschrieben in "High Polymers", Bd. XIII, "Polyethers",Teil 1 (1963), von Norman G. Gaylord, herausgegeben
durch Interscience Publishers. Das Molekulargewicht der Polyäther kann je nach dem Verwendungszweck verschieden
sein. Es liegt im allgemeinen im Bereich von 300 bis 3000, vorzugsweise zwischen etwa 400-2000.
Ferner eignen sich als Polyester beispielsweise die nach
bekannten Verfahren hergestellten Umsetzungsprodukte eines oder mehrerer Polyole, wie Äthylenglykol, Diäthylenglykol,
Butylengiykol·, Glycerin, Hexantriol mit einer oder mehreren Polycarbonsäuren, wie Oxalsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Adipinsäure,
Pimelinsäure, Maleinsäure, Phthalsäure oder Terephthalsäure. Das Molekulargewicht der Polyester kann je nach
Verwendungszweck unterschiedlich sein und liegt im allgemeinen im Bereich von etwa 300 bis 3000, vorzugsweise
zwischen etwa 400 - 2000.

Die Hydroxylgruppen enthaltenden polyfunktionellen Arainocrotonsäureester,
die im Vergleich zu den Polyalkylenglykolen eine erhöhte Reaktivität besitzen, lassen sich auch
vorteilhaft zur Herstellung von Schaumstoffen verwenden, wobei die polyfunktionellen Aminocrotonsäureester für sich
alleine oder gegebenenfalls mit noch anderen reaktiven Wasserstoff enthaltenden Verbindungen in Gegenwart von
Wasser oder anderen Treibmitteln, Reaktionsbeschleunigern, Emulgatoren, Stabilisatoren, Porenreglern oder anderen
Zusatzstoffen mit der entsprechenden Menge Polyisocyanat zur Reaktion gebracht werden. Bei Verwendung von
Wasser wird die Kohlendioxid als Treibgas liefernde Isocyanat-Wasser-Reaktion
durch die polyfunktionellen Aminocrotonsäureester nur wenig, im wesentlich stärkeren Maße
jedoch die molekülverknüpfende Polyurethanbildung katalysiert, Ein synchroner Ablauf beider Reaktionen kann durch
geringen Zusatz von tertiären Aminen, wie Diazabicyclooctan oder permethylierter Polyamine ohne Schwierigkeiten erreicht
werden.
Die nach erwähnter Ausführungsform hergestellten Polyamid-Polyurethan-Schaumstoffe
besitzen je nach Wahl der Ausgangskomponenten weiche, elastische oder halbharte Eigenschaften.
Polyamid-Polyurethan-Schaumstoffe lassen sich auch nach dem sogenannten Zweistufen-Verfahren herstellen, bei den
die polyfunktionellen Aminocrotonsäureester durch Umsetzung mit überschüssigem Polyisocyanat zunächst in isocyanathaltige
Voraddukte überführt werden, aus denen alsdann in einem getrennten Arbeitsgang mit Wasser, Katalysatoren und Hilfsstoffen
Polyamid-Polyurethan-Schaumstoffe gebildet werden. Bei der sogenannten Pormverschäumung bringt diese Ausführungsform
sehr oft verarbeitungstechnische Vorteile. Bei Verwendung von polyfunktionellen Aminocrotonsäureestern
auf Basis tertiären Stickstoff enthaltender Polyole

kann bei der Verschäumung der daraus hergestellten isocyanathaltigen
Voraddukte bisweilen auf zusätzliches tertiäres Amin als Katalysator verzichtet werden. Die nach beschriebener
Ausführungsform hergestellten Polyamid-Polyurethan-Schaunstoffe
sind elastisch und zeichnen sich durch hohe Zugfestigkeit aus.
Desweiteren lassen sich aus den polyfunktionellen Aminoerotonsäureestern
mit Polyisocyanaten, gegebenenfalls mit zusätzlichen Vernetzungsmitteln, Kunststoffe herstellen, die als
Formkörper, Vergußnassen oder kautschukelastischen Produkte, gegebenenfalls in Lösung als Anstrich- oder Überzugsmassen,
verwendet werden können.
In nachstehender Tabelle sind die zur Herstellung der polyfunktionellen
Aminocrotonsäureester herangezogenen Polyole angegeben, (Spalte 1). Die Umsetzung mit Diketen zu den
polyfunktionellen Acctessigsäureestern mit der entsprechenden
Viskosität, die Wahl der Amine und physikalischen Eigenschaften der Amino-crotonsäureeater sind aus Spalt« 2? 3 und
ersichtlich.

Die Herstellung der polyfunktionellen Aminocrotonsäureester soll an Hand zweier Beispiele erläutert werden.
A Zu 2000 g eines verzweigten Polyäthers (10) mit der OH-Zahl 35 werden nach Zugabe von 1,0 g permethyliertem
Diäthylentriamin oder 1,5 g Triäthylamin bei 50 bis 600C langsam 110 g (1,3 Mol) Diketen zugetropft. Nach
Beendigung des Eintropfens wird noch bis zum Erkalten der Reaktionsmischung nachgerührt und das Überschüssige
Diketen im Vakuum abgezogen. Man löst die Reaktionsmischung in 100 bis 1200 ml Benzol und setzt 78 g
(1,28 Mol) Äthanolamin zu. Es wird nun mit aufgesetzten
Wasserabscheider zum Sieden erhitzt. Nach 4 bis 5 Stunden haben sich 22,0 bis 22,5 g Wasser abgeschieden
(theoretische Menge = 23,0 g). Anschließend wird das. Benzol im Vakuum abdestilliert, worauf man den OH-Gruppen
enthaltenden polyfunktionellen Aminocrotonsäureester
als gelbliche Flüssigkeit mit einer Viskosit£.t von 1900 bis 2050 CP2CO erhält.
B Wird der nach dem oben beschriebenen Verfahren hergestellte polyfunktionelle Acetessigester in benzolischer
Lösung mit 156 g (1,28 Mol) 3-Amino-benzylamin umgesetzt, so scheiden sich beim Erwärmen der Reaktionsmischung auf 80 bis 9O0C innerhalb von ca. 3 Stunden
22,0 g V/asser ab..Nach Abdampfen des Benzols erhält
man den NH2-Gruppen enthaltenden polyfunktionellen Aminocrotonsäureester als gelbes öl mit einer Viskosität

A 50 g des trifunktioneilen Aminocrotonsäureesters D
werden in einer Mischung von 80 g Dimethylformamid und g Methyl-äthylketon gelöst. Anschließend werden

29,5 g (NCO/reakt.Wasserstoff = 0,5) eines Isomerengemisches
aus 80 Gew.-# 2,4- und 20 Gew.-# 2,6-Diisocyanatotoluol
zugesetzt und die Reaktionsmischung leicht gekühlt. Nach Abklingen der Reaktion erhält man
eine zähflüssige Lösung. Der nach dem Abdampfen des Lösungsmittels hinterbleibende noch etwas klebende
Film ist in Lösungsmitteln wie z.B. Tetrahydrofuran oder Dimethylformamid noch löslich.
B Wird dagegen die Mischung von 50 g des trifunktioneilen
Aminocrotonsäureesters D in 80 g Dimethylformamid und 20 g Methyl-äthylketon mit 49 g (liCO/reakt .Wasserstoff
= 1) eines Isomerengemisches aus ßO Gew«-# 2,4- und 20 Gew.-
# 2,6-Diisocyanatotoluol verrührt, so erfolgt unter
stark exothermer Reaktion eine hochgradige Vernetzung, die sich durch alsbaldige Verquallung der Reaktionsmisehu.ig
bemerkbar macht.
A 50 g des bifunktioneilen Aminocrtonsäureesters H und
122 g eines nach der deutschen Patentschrift 1 092 007 beschriebenen Polyisocyanates (UCO = 31 7°) werden rasch
vermischt. Nach ca. 2 Minuten setzt eine stark exotherme Reaktion ein und die Mischung erstarrt nach 5 Minuten
zu einem harten glasigen Produkt, das erst bei sehr starker Biegebeanspruchung bricht.
B Wird die Polyaddition mit 78 g eines Isomerengemisches
aus 65 Gew.-# 2,4- und 35 Gew.-# 2,6-Diisocyanatotoluol
durchgeführt, so erhält man - falls das Gemisch während der Reaktion nicht gekühlt wird - nach ca. 15 Minuten
ein schaumiges sprödes Polyamid-Polyurethan, das in konventionellen Lösungsmitteln nicht mehr löslich ist.

200 g des bifunktionellen Arainocrotonsäureesters I und
34 g Naphthylen-1,5-diisocyanat werden bei einer Temperatur
von ca. 800C rasch vermischt. Man läßt auf Raumtemperatur
abkühlen. Nach dieser Zeit erhält man ein blasenfreies gumraielastisches Material von hoher Zugfestigkeit. Die
Unlöalichkeit in organischen Lösungsmitteln deutet auf
eine hochgradige Polyaddition hin.

K und 3 g Butandiol-( 1,4) werden bei 80 C rasch 30,5 g Diphenylmethan-4t4'-diisocyanat zugesetzt
und das Reaktionsgemisch in eine Form gegossen. Nach 15-minütieem
Aus heizen bei 800C erhält man ein elastisches
transparentes Produkt.
Ein ähnliches gummielastisehes Eber weicheres Produkt
als in Beispiel 3 beschrieben erhält man durch Einrühren
von 18 g 1, 6-Diisocyanato~h©xan. in üOO g des polyf-mictionellen
Aiainocrotonsäureestera Q und nachträgliches Ausheizen
bei 8O0C. I>er entstandene Polyamid-Polyharnstoff ist in
allen Lösungsmitteln unlöslich.
Eine Mischung von 200 g des polyfunktionellen Ainlnocrotonsäureesters
P und 18,6 g 2,4—Diisocyanatotoluol ergeben
unter den in Beispiel 5 genannten Bedingungen ein ebenfalls hochgradig vernetztes Polyamid-Polyurethan.
Eine Lösung von 100 g des polyfunktionellen Aminocrotoneäureesters
M, 40 g Glykolmonoraethylätheracetat, 10 g Toluol

und 0,2 g Zinn-(II)-äthylhexoat werden mit 15,5 g eines
Isoraerengeraisches aus 80 Gew.-$ 2,4- und 20 Gew.-^ 2,6-Diisocyanatotoluol
verrührt. Nach dem Auftragen der Lösung in dünner Schicht auf eine Unterlage erhält man nach dem
allmählichen Abdampfen der Lösungsmittel einen elastischen Lacküberzug, der nach ca. 4 Stunden eine klebefreie Oberfläche
zeigt.
500 g des bifunktionellen Aminocrotonsäureesters J werden bei Raumtemperatur unter Rühren mit 155 g 2,4-Diisocyanatotoluol
(NCO/reakt.Wasserstoff =2) versetzt, wobei
sich die Temperatur innerhalb der nächsten halben Stunde auf 5O0C erhöht. Nach ca. 2-stündigem Rühren ist die Addition
beendet. Der NCO-Gehalt der Reaktionsmischung beträgt nunmehr 6,2 i»,
a) Wird das gebildete Additionsprodukt mit dem angeführten NCO-Wert in dünner Schicht auf eine Glasplatte aufgetragen,
so wird nach einer Lagerung von etwa 10 Stunden bei relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit von 50 bis 60 $>
ein transparenter Film erhalten, der in organischen Lösungsmitteln nicht mehr löslich ist.
b) 200 g des oben beschriebenen NCO-haltigen Polyamid-Polyurethans
werden mit 13,2 g Butandiol-(1,4) verrührt.
Nach ca. 10 Stunden erhält man ein weicheres aber völlig vernetztes Produkt.
Die folgenden Reaktionskomponenten (A und B) werden mittels
eines hochtourig laufenden Rührwerks vermischt.

0,05 g Zinn-(ll)-äthylhexoat
0,1 g eines Organosiloxan-Alkylenoxid-Bloekpolymeren
0,3 g Wasser
B = 45 g eines Isomerengemisches aus 65 Gew.—# 2,4-
und 35 Gew.-# 2,6-Diisocyanatotoluol
Die Mischung der angegebenen Komponenten beginnt sogleich aufzuschäumen und bildet nach ca. 60 Sekunden einen elastischen
Polyamid-Polyurethan-Schaumstoff, der sich im Vergleich zu einem Pol/urethanschaurastoff durca eine höhere Stauchhärte
auszeichnet. Das Raumgewicht beträgt ca. 40 kg/m .

Die folgenden Komponenten A und B werden vereinigt:
A a 50 g eines verzweigten Polyäfchers, OH-Zahl = 35
Molekulargewicht = 4800 (10)
50 g des polyfunktionellen Aminocrotonsäureesters Q 0,3 g permethyliertes Diäthylentriamin
0,05 g Zinn-(ll)-äthylhexoat
3,0 g V/asser
3,0 g V/asser
B = 38,0 g eines Isbmerengemisches aus 65 Gew.-$ 2,4- und
35 Gew.-# 2,6-Diisocyanatotoluol«
Nach einer Steigzeit von ca. 70 Sekunden entsteht ein PoIyamid-Polyharnstoff-Schaum
mit leicht geschlossenen Poren. Das Raumgewicht beträgt ca. 40 kg/m .

hergestellt aus 100 g des bifunktionellen Aminocrotonsäureesters I und 50 g eines Isonerengemisches aua 80 Sew.-f»
2,4- und 20 Gew.-<fo 2,6-Diisocyanatotoluol, werden mit 0,1 g
eines Organosiloxan-Alkylenoxid-Blockpolymeren innig verrührt. Anschließend wird eine Mischung von 2 g Wasser,
0,5 g ölsaurem Diäthylamin und 5 g IT-Äthylmorpholin zugesetzt.
Nach einer Steigzeit von ea. 120 Sekunden bildet
sich ein Schaumstoff, der infolge der Geschlossenzelligkeit zur Schrumpfung neigt und deshalb £.ufgedrückt werden muß.

Claims (2)
1) Verfahren zur Herstellung gegebenenfalls vernetzter hochmolekularer Polyamide mit Urethan- und/oder Harnstoffgruppierun^en,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man polyfunktionel-Ie Aminocrotonsäureester der allgemeinen Formel
/Ch5-c=c-co-o-_^ a
H-Ii-R
worin R für Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Aralkyl- oder Aryl-Reste
steht, die eine oder mehrere Hydrox/1- oder Aminogruppen
enthalten, A den Res.t eines Polyols ohne die OH-Gruppen mit einer Funktionalität von η bedeuten und η für eine
ganze Zahl von 2-6 steht, mit organischen Polyisocyanaten umsetzt.
2) Hochmolekulare, gegebenenfalls vernetzte Polyamide mit
Urethan- und/oder Harnstoffgruppierongen vom Molekulargewicht
500 - 100 000, enthaltend das wiederkehrende Strukturelement
A-O-CO-C-CO-IiH-B
worin A den polyfunktionellen Rest eines Polyols ohne die
OH-Gruppen und B den polyfunktionellen Hest eines organischen Polyisocyanates ohne die NCO-Gruppen bedeuten, R für
Alkylen-, Cycloalkylen-, Aralkylen- und Arylen-Reste steht,
und X -0- oder -NH- bedeutet.
