Description
Prismatic lighting fixtures provided with mirrors, preferably for photographic cameras. The subject of the invention is one provided with mirrors prismatic lighting fixture for illuminating a preferably in the viewfinder beam path object to be mirrored in a photographic camera.
It is known to approximate display marks or light meter pointers to be arranged in the plane of the image field delimitation marks so that they are together with them are reflected in and clearly recognizable. These known arrangements are with associated with the disadvantage that the control means for these display marks or the light meter pointer for constructional reasons mostly not in the vicinity of the plane of the image field delimitation marks are stored and therefore additional means of transmission to control the brands or very long and angled light meter pointers must be provided. To avoid this disadvantage, it is obvious to use the indicator marks or the light meter pointer in the extension of the reflection beam path parallel to the front of the camera to be arranged according to the position of the camera parts whose function is displayed target. Another lighting window on the front of the camera can be installed due to lack of space usually not be attached at this point. The lighting from above one Lens has proven to be inadequate with tolerable lens sizes and heights.
To avoid these disadvantages is therefore according to the invention a Lighting fixture for preferably in the viewfinder beam path of a photographic Camera to be mirrored objects proposed in which two prismatic surfaces as Mirrors are formed through which the light coming from above onto the object is collected, and in the case of which there are two approximately vertical mirrors above one mirror Prismatic surfaces for collecting the light falling from the side on the second mirror and thus are provided on the object.
According to a feature of the invention, the second mirror is a lenticular lens, preferably designed as a concave mirror grid.
It is also advantageous, according to the invention, the first mirror as Execute hollow surface. According to another feature of the invention, the two form approximately vertical prism surfaces parts of a belt lens.

In Figure 1 is to illustrate the subject matter of the invention the upper part of a camera is designated by 1. In the upper part 1 is in a carrier 2 a translucent mark 3 is arranged, which can be colored green, for example can.
This mark 3 is via the housing cutout 4 through the lighting fixture 5 illuminated and reflected in the viewfinder beam path, not shown, via the mirror 6. The exposure meter pointer can then in a manner not shown so be arranged that a red flag, which is arranged on him, in case of insufficient Illumination covers the green mark 3, so that a red mark is then in the viewfinder is reflected. Of course, 3 other brands can be used in place of the brand or display means, for example also for the readiness of the camera to take a picture step.
The lighting fixture 5 is more prismatic and more transparent Body trained. It has a surface 6 inclined with respect to the horizontal, which is fully mirrored and designed as a mirror grid according to FIGS. 1 and 3. Another surface 7 is also fully mirrored, a little less from the horizontal inclined than the surface 6 and bent to a weak concave mirror in such a way that that the light coming from the direction of the arrows 8 and 9 is collected on the mirror 6 and thrown from there onto mark 3.
The concave mirror grid of the mirror 6 has light-collecting again Effect. The surfaces serve to capture the light coming from the side or from the front 10 and 11 of the prismatic body 5. As can be seen from Figure 2, both have Areas 10, 11 together have the shape of part of a belt lens. This will be all light rays which fall approximately in the direction of the arrows 12,13,14 also collected on the mirror 6 and directed from there to the mark 3.
It goes without saying that the lighting fixture according to the invention can be used not limited to photographic equipment.
Rather, it can also be used to illuminate scales, slats and the like on measuring and testing instruments or for reflecting them into an observation beam path these tools can be very beneficial.
