Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Begrenzen des Durchmessers von Auflaufspulen, die unter Verwendung eines schwenkbar gelagerten, mit der anwachsenden Spule in Brührung tretenden Fühlers arbeitet. Solche Fühler können bekanntlich verschiedene Formen aufweisen und sind an einem einstellbaren Arm angebracht, so daß die Vorrichtung zum Begrenzen der Spulendurchmesser auf verschiedene Spulendurchmesser eingestellt werden kann.The invention relates to a device for limiting the diameter of packages which using a pivoted sensor that comes into contact with the growing coil is working. Es ist jedoch erwünscht, im Augenblick des Anwachsens der Auflaufspule auf einen bestimmten Durchmesser das Stillsetzen der Spul- oder Zwirnstelle praktisch unmittelbar erfolgen zu lassen, insbesondere um die oberen Fadenlagen der Spule zu schonen. Zu diesem Zweck wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, als Fühler einen Hebel vorzusehen, dessen eines Ende eine mit der Oberfläche der anwachsenden Spule in abwälzende Berührung tretende Fühlerfläche aufweist und dessen anderes Ende mit einer Nase versehen ist, die bei Schwenkung des Hebels einen Mikroschalter betätigt. Die Fühlerfläche kann kreisbogenförmig oder exzenterförmig gekrümmt sein. Infolge dieser Kurvenformen wird erreicht, daß jeweils an der Berührungslinie zwischen Kurve und Spulenoberfläche ein ausgesprochener Schub in Richtung des erforderlichen Schaltweges hervorgerufen wird.
