Abstract

Eine Kolbenpumpe hat ein Pumpengehäuse mit einem Ansauganschluss, einem Ausstoßanschluss und einem inneren Hohlraum; ein erstes zylindrisches Element mit einer Zylinderbohrung; einen Kolben, der in der Zylinderbohrung des ersten zylindrischen Elements eingebaut ist, um dadurch eine Pumpenkammer auszubilden, und der geeignet ist, das Volumen der Pumpenkammer durch eine axiale Hin- und Herbewegung zu ändern; ein Ansaugventil, das in dem Kolben vorgesehen ist; und ein Ausstoßventil, das an der Ausstoßseite der Pumpenkammer vorgesehen ist. Ein Umfangsvorsprung ist außen an einem axial mittleren Abschnitt des ersten zylinderischen Elements ausgebildet. Das erste zylindrische Element wird an dem Umfangsvorsprung in den inneren Hohlraum des Pumpengehäuses pressgepasst. Ein führender Endabschnitt des ersten zylindrischen Elements, von dem das erste zylindrische Element in das Pumpengehäuse eingesetzt wird, hat einen Durchmesser, der kleiner als der des inneren Hohlraums des Pumpengehäuses ist.
