Abstract

Es ist eine Halterungsanordnung vorgelegt. Die Halterungsanordnung umfasst eine Vorrichtungsschnittstellenanordnung zu einem Zusammenpassen mit einem Testobjekt und eine Testerschnittstellenanordnung zu einem Zusammenpassen mit der Vorrichtungsschnittstellenanordnung an einer Seite und einem Tester an einer zweiten Seite. Bei dem Verfahren und der Vorrichtung der vorliegenden Erfindung umfasst die Vorrichtungsschnittstellenanordnung ein Sondenfeld, das für ein Testobjekt spezifisch ist und verändert werden kann, um eine unterschiedliche Vorrichtung aufzunehmen, ohne die Testerschnittstellenanordnung zu verändern. Die Testerschnittstellenanordnung umfasst ein anwendungsspezifisches Elektronik-Modul und ein standardisiertes Elektronik-Modul, die beide mit einer PCB-Schnittstelle in der Testerschnittstellenanordnung gekoppelt sind. An sich kann sowohl ein standardisierter als auch ein spezialisierter Test ohne ein Neuentwerfen der Testerschnittstellenanordnung modifiziert und verändert werden.
