Abstract
? Procedimiento para preparar composiciones químicas útiles en el proceso de craqueo catalítico de hidrocarburos que se caracteriza porque comprende los siguientes pasos: a. Producción del soporte de hidróxido de aluminio tipo bohemita, gibsita, hidrargilita y/o mezclas de ellas. b. Impregnación de sales de bario tipo Ba(NO3)2 o BaCI2, sales de magnesio tipo Mg(NO3)2 y ácido fosfórico en solución sobre las micro-esferas de alúmina calcinadas. c. Secar y calcinar las micro-esferas impregnadas. d. Mezclar las micro-esferas del paso anterior con el catalizador. Procedimiento según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque el soporte se produce a partir de una suspensión de hidróxido de aluminio previamente peptizada, la cual es secada por aspersión para formar las micro-esferas del soporte y calcinada en presencia de vapor de agua. Procedimiento según la reivindicación 2 caracterizado porque la suspensión para producir el soporte tiene una concentración del 30% de hidróxido de aluminio. Procedimiento según la reivindicación 2 caracterizado porque la suspensión de hidróxido de aluminio es peptizada con una solución de ácido fórmico al 45%. Procedimiento según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores caracterizado porque se adiciona como dispersante (NaPO4)6 al agua antes de adicionar el hidróxido de aluminio. Procedimiento para preparar composiciones químicas según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores caracterizado porque las micro-esferas de soporte se producen a partir de una suspensión hidróxido de aluminio que es tratada con una solución de ácido fórmico al 45%, luego es secada por aspersión para formar las micro-esferas del soporte, seguido son sometidas a una corriente de aire/vapor de agua a una temperatura entre 500 y 800°C durante un periodo de tiempo que oscila entre 1 a 4 h y finalmente son tratadas en aire seco a la misma temperatura por 1 hora.
