Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE UM ALQUENO. Um processo para a preparação de um alqueno a partir de um composto oxigenado compreendendo contatar uma corrente de alimentação de reagente compreendendo pelo menos um reagente oxigenado e água e com um catalisador de heteropoliácido suportado a uma temperatura de pelo menos 170ºC, em que o processo é iniciado utilizando um procedimento de partida compreendendo as seguintes etapas: (1) aquecer o catalisador de heteropoliácido suportado a uma temperatura de pelo menos 220ºC, (ii) manter o catalisador de heteropoliácido suportado tratado termicamente da etapa (i) a uma temperatura de pelo menos 220ºC por um tempo suficiente para remover água de ligada a partir do componente de heteropoliácido do catalisador de heteropoliácido suportado, e (iii) sob atmosfera anidra, reduzir a temperatura do catalisador de heteropoliácido suportado tratado termicamente da etapa (ii) a uma temperatura abaixo de 220ºC, e (vi) contatar o catalisador de heteropoliácido suportado da etapa (iii) com a corrente de alimentação de reagente a uma temperatura de pelo menos 170ºC.
