Abstract

ZEóLITO CRISTALINO MICROPOROSO, E, PROCESSO PARA CONVERSãO DE HIDROCARBONETO. Uma família de zeólitos de aluminossilicato microporosos e versões substituídas dos mesmos, que são identificados como UZM-8 e UZM-8HS, foi preparada. Estas composições UZM-8 podem ser preparadas usando seja apenas um ou mais cátions de organoamónio, tais que cátions de dietil dimetil amónio ou etil trimetil amónio e opcionalmente um cátion alcalino e/ ou alcalino terroso como agentes direcionadores de estrutura. As composições UZM-8 são descritas por uma fórmula empírica de M~ m~<sym>R~ r~<sym>A1~ 1~<sym>E~ x~Si~ y~O~ z~ e possuem um padrão de difração de raio X único. Os UZM-8Hz são derivados a partir de zeólitos UZM -8 e possuem um conteúdo de alumínio mais baixo do que as composições UZM-8. Estes UZM-8HS são representados pela fórmula empírica M<39>~ m~<39><sym>R~r ~<39><sym>Al~ 1~<sym>E~ x~Si~ y~<39>O~ z~<39> e são preparados por tratamentos, tais que extração ácida e tratamentos de AFS. Ambos os UZM-8 e UZM-8H5 são úteis em vários processos de conversão de hidrocarboneto.
