Claims (15)
1. Катализатор для очистки выхлопных газов, содержащий смесь первого цеолита, промотированного переходным металлом, и второго цеолита преимущественно, по меньшей мере, в одной из форм: Н+ форма, NН4 + форма, форма щелочного металла или форма щелочно-земельного металла, причем первый и второй цеолиты имеют одинаковое строение структуры, и при этом строение структуры выбирают из CHA, AEI, AFX, LEV и SFW.
2. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором первый цеолит замещен ионами меди.
3. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором второй цеолит содержит кальций.
4. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором второй цеолит практически свободен от переходных металлов.
5. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором второй цеолит практически свободен от металлов, не входящих в его структуру.
6. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором первый цеолит и второй цеолит имеют разные соотношения кремнезема к глинозему.
7. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором первый цеолит имеет более низкое соотношение кремнезема к глинозему по сравнению со вторым цеолитом.
8. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором первый цеолит и второй цеолит независимо друг от друга имеют соотношение кремнезема к глинозему примерно от 10 примерно до 35.
9. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором первый и второй цеолиты имеют одинаковые соотношения кремнезема к глинозему.
10. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором второй и первый цеолиты присутствуют в относительном соотношении от примерно 0,1 до примерно 1.
11. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором первый и второй цеолиты имеют структуру CHA.
12. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором первый и второй цеолиты имеют структуру AEI.
13. Каталитический элемент для очистки выхлопных газов, содержащий пористую сотообразную подложку, содержащую катализатор по п. 1.
14. Способ очистки выхлопных газов, включающий контакт потока выхлопных газов, содержащих NOx с восстановителем в присутствии катализатора по п. 1, в котором при контакте, по меньшей мере, часть NOх селективно восстанавливается до N2 и воды.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором упомянутый контакт происходит при температуре примерно 150-600°С.
