Abstract

燃煤热油炉,现有加热循环导热油均采用电或柴油,成本高,本实用新型设有炉壳,炉壳里设有与炉壳内腔隔离的炉膛,穿过炉壳内腔的加热管与炉膛及烟道相通,炉膛设有炉口、炉箅、出灰口,炉壳上设有出油循环管和回油循环管,本实用新型可以煤为燃料加热导热油,比用电加热降低成本80%以上,比用柴油加热降低成本60%以上。

Description

燃煤热油炉
本实用新型属一种以煤为燃料的热油炉。
在橡胶、鞋材、纺织、印染、化工等行业中很多场合需要用循环高温油进行加热,现有技术多用电或柴油或天然气对循环油进行加热升温,其成本比较高。
本实用新型旨在提供一种以煤为燃料加热导热油,从而可大大降低导热油成本的燃煤热油炉。
实现上述目的的技术方案是(参见实施例图):本实用新型包括炉壳(20),炉壳内设有与炉壳内腔隔离的炉膛(21),穿过炉膛内的加热管(19)下部与炉膛相通,上部与烟道(9)相通,炉壳与炉膛外壁形成可容纳加热油的夹套层,炉膛设有炉膛口(5)、炉箅(4)、出灰口(3),炉壳上设有与循环泵(2)相连的出油循环管(1)、回油循环管(14),鼓风机(23)出风口与炉膛相通。
本实用新型的工作原理是:将煤从炉膛口加入炉膛,在鼓风机作用下燃烧热气经加热管进入烟道,加热与之隔离的夹层套里的导热油,被加热的导热油通过出油循环管和回油循环管输送到需要用循环导热油加热的工位上去。
本实用新型可以煤为燃料提供高温低压的导热油,与消耗电能的热油炉相比,本燃煤热油炉提供的循环导热油可降低成本80%以上。

实施例说明:
本实用新型用煤为燃料加热导热油,所以对炉膛与炉壳内腔的密封隔离有严格要求,从结构上本实施例采用了如下技术措施:本例炉膛21侧壁为圆筒状,顶壁与底壁为与圆筒状侧壁平滑吻合的拱形圆弧面,加工方法是,将圆筒状侧壁上、下开口分别与帽状顶、底壁圆弧面边缘烧焊而成的。这种结构可大大降低因热胀冷缩而造成炉膛裂缝漏油的故障。
本例在炉壳顶部设有高出炉顶的溢流管17和加油管16,高出炉顶的溢流管弯曲向下,同下部设有开口的溢流贮罐22连通。
在加热导热油时,通过加油管可随时加油保持炉壳内腔充满油液,炉壳内腔不留空隙即不易着火,而油液体积因加热膨胀时,可通过溢流管17溢出,流到溢流贮罐23内。
加油管16设置有自动测油加油装置,只要油液低于一定限度,即可自动打开阀门加油。
本例在炉壳内还设有温度传感元件,其输出端接控温器18,控温器输出端接鼓风机23,当油液温度达到予定的上限值时,控温器自动关断鼓风机,停止送风,,温度降至预定的下限值时,又可自动打开鼓风机,送风以提高燃烧温度。
本例烟道9出口通入烟箱8,烟箱与烟筒15相通,在烟道9出口与烟筒入口之间设有可迫使烟道出来的烟绕行、延长烟气行程的挡烟板7,烟筒内设有可控制其开闭烟筒通道的挡板13,挡板向内的烟筒侧壁开有余热通道10,余热通道与烟筒的交连处设有抽风机12,烟箱出口处设有可开闭的滤烟网11,烟箱上设有可开闭的箱门6。
上述这套烟道出口装置的工作原理是:烟从烟道口出来,进入烟箱,在挡烟板的作用下在烟箱内绕行,延长了行程,在此过程中,烟气中尘粒落到烟箱底部的水中,在炉膛燃烧较充分、烟气中所含尘粒不多的情况下,关闭烟筒内的挡板13,打开余热通道的抽风机,将热气抽到余热通道里,送至可利用其热量的场合,充分利用燃烧余热。在炉膛刚点火,燃烧还不充分、冒黑烟的情况下,打开烟筒内的挡板13,合上烟箱出口处的滤烟网11,使烟气经滤烟网滤过后从烟筒排出。当烟箱内沉积的烟灰过多时,打开箱门6排除。
下面是本例烧煤与用电、用柴油加热导热油的经济成本对照表:

从上述例子可看出用本实用新型加热导热油可比用电加热降低成本80%以上,比柴油降低成本60%以上。

Claims (5)

1、燃煤热油炉,其特征在于,包括炉壳(20),炉壳内设有与炉壳内腔隔离的炉膛(21),穿过炉膛内的加热管(19)下部与炉膛相通,上部与烟道(9)相通,炉壳与炉膛外壁形成可容纳油液的夹套层,炉膛设有炉膛口(5)、炉箅(4)、出灰口(3),炉壳上设有与循环泵(2)相连的出油循环管(1)、回油循环管(14),鼓风机(23)出风口与炉膛相通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的燃煤热油炉,其特征在于,所述炉膛(21)侧壁为圆筒状,顶壁与底壁为与圆筒状侧壁平滑吻合的拱形圆弧面。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的燃煤热油炉,其特征在于:所述炉壳顶部设有高出炉顶的溢流管(17)和加油管(16),高出炉顶的溢流管弯曲向下,同下部设有开口的溢流贮罐(22)连通。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的燃煤热油炉,其特征在于:所述烟道(9)出口通入烟箱(8),烟箱与烟筒(15)相通,在烟道(9)出口与烟筒入口之间设有可迫使烟道出来的烟绕行、延长烟气行程的挡烟板(7),烟筒内设有可控制其开闭烟筒通道的挡板(13),挡板向内的烟筒侧壁开有余热通道(10),余热通道与烟筒的交连处设有抽风机(12),烟箱出口处设有可开闭的滤烟网(11),烟箱上设有可开闭的箱门(6)。
5、根据权利要求3所述的燃煤热油炉,其特征在于:所述烟道(9)出口通入烟箱(8),烟箱与烟筒(15)相通,在烟道(9)出口与烟筒入口之间设有可迫使烟道出来的烟绕行、延长烟气行程的挡烟板(7),烟筒内设有可控制其开闭烟筒通道的挡板(13),挡板向内的烟筒侧壁开有余热通道(10),余热通道与烟筒的交连处设有抽风机(12),烟箱出口处设有可开闭的滤烟网(11),烟箱上设有可开闭的箱门(6)。
