Description

本实用新型涉及一种孔加工刀具,用于切削加工各种金属工件。
目前所用的此类刀具(国家标准GB4254-84),其刀头部份的表面粗糙度为Ra=0.32~0.1μm(

9 10),即A、B和D面Ra=0.32μm,C面Ra=0.1μm。用这种刀具镗孔加工后工件表面粗糙度只有Ra=2.5μm左右,如果工件要求稍高则要用磨加工了,这就要增加工序更换机床,影响生产效率,而对于有色金属及其合金的工件一般用磨削加工也很难达到理想的表面质量。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种超精加工内孔用的硬质合金可调节浮动铰刀,这种刀具镗孔时能极易地使被加工工件的内孔表面达到Ra<0.3~0.1μm(

910),免去磨加工工序,提高生产效率。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它由刀头和钢体构成,刀头为对称的两个硬质合金刀头,刀头的各个刀刃面呈镜面。两刀头分别固连在两钢体的反向端头,两钢体的同相端头轴向相叠,通过调节螺钉将其固定。
该铰刀由于刀头的各个刀刃面为镜面,其表面粗糙度达到Ra<0.01μm(
