Claims (10)

1. An automatic riveting machine of iron sheet movable sheet contact is characterized by comprising:
a base (100);
the riveting assembly line (200) is provided with a temporary storage station (210), a movable sheet spot riveting station (220), an iron sheet feeding station (230) and a combined riveting station (240) which are sequentially arranged;
a transport assembly (300) disposed on the base (100) and proximate to the riveting line (200);
an iron sheet feeding assembly (400), wherein the iron sheet feeding station (230) is arranged in the transportable range of the iron sheet feeding assembly (400);
a movable sheet feeding assembly (500) provided on the base (100);
the movable sheet temporary storage assembly (600) is arranged between the transportation assembly (300) and the movable sheet feeding assembly (500), and the movable sheet temporary storage assembly (600) comprises a rotating disc (610) and a plurality of movable sheet placing jigs (620) arranged on the rotating disc (610);
a first riveting assembly (700) disposed on the base (100) proximate to the moving blade spot riveting station (220);
a second riveting assembly (800) disposed on the base (100) proximate the gang riveting station (240).

The automatic riveting machine for the contact of the movable iron sheet according to claim 1, wherein the transportation assembly (300) comprises a three-axis movement mechanism (310) and a moving plate (320) arranged on the three-axis movement mechanism (310), a temporary storage claw (330), a point riveting claw (340), a combined feeding claw (350) and an assembled feeding claw (360) are sequentially arranged on the moving plate (320) at equal intervals, and the spacing distance between the temporary storage station (210), the movable sheet point riveting station (220), the iron sheet feeding station (230) and the combined riveting station (240) is equal to the spacing distance between the temporary storage claw (330), the point riveting claw (340), the combined feeding claw (350) and the assembled feeding claw (360).

The automatic riveting machine for iron sheet movable sheet contact points according to claim 1, wherein the iron sheet feeding assembly (400) comprises an iron sheet feeding vibration disc (410), an iron sheet conveying rail (420) connected with the iron sheet feeding vibration disc (410), and an iron sheet placing mechanical arm (430) arranged at the tail end of the iron sheet conveying rail (420), an iron sheet clamping head (440) is arranged on the iron sheet placing mechanical arm (430), and the iron sheet feeding station (230) is positioned below the iron sheet clamping head (440).

The automatic riveting machine of iron sheet movable sheet contact points according to claim 1, wherein the movable sheet feeding assembly (500) comprises a movable sheet feeding vibration disc (510), a movable sheet conveying rail (520) connected with the movable sheet feeding vibration disc (510) and a movable sheet pushing arm (530), a plurality of movable sheet placing jigs (620) are arranged at the edge of the rotating disc (610), and the rotating disc (610) can convey the movable sheet placing jigs (620) to the conveying range of the movable sheet pushing arm (530).
