背景技术
根据改善交通运输工具的环保性能的需要,出现了交通运输工具的至少部分电气化的不同方法。
这些方法中的一种是所谓的插电式混合动力汽车,它是具有电动式以及内燃技术式驱动的机动车,其蓄电池既能够通过内燃机充电,也能够在电源上充电。
大众汽车股份公司的混合动力模块VW DQ400在能耗、低成本的生产、空间需求、换档舒适度和使用寿命之间显示出几乎最佳的比例。
在DE 10 2009 038 344 A1中示出了一种用于机动车的驱动系模块,具有电动机、内燃机和配备多个挡位的变速器,并以及双离合器以和分离离合器。被设计为转子离合器的分离离合器用于将扭矩从模块输入轴传递至双离合器。
然而,相对于这类的混合动力模块,还需要进一步减少制造成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种用于机动车的驱动装置,在低成本制造的情况下,将低能耗和低空间需求与较高的换挡舒适度和较长的使用寿命联系起来。
该技术问题通过根据实用新型的驱动装置解决。该驱动装置的有利的设计方案在实施例中给出。另外,还提供了具有根据本实用新型的驱动装置的机动车。
权利要求的特征能够以任何技术上有意义的方式组合,其中,对此能够参考下面说明书的阐述以及具有本实用新型的补充设计方案的附图的特征。
本实用新型涉及一种用于机动车的驱动装置,具有电动机、内燃机和具有多个挡位的变速器,以及多离合器,特别是双离合器。变速器的第一传动件,特别是第一齿轮或第一齿轮对与多离合器的第一转动件抗扭矩地连接,并且,变速器的第二传动件,特别是第二齿轮或第二齿轮对与多离合器的第二转动件抗扭矩地连接。电动机的转子抗扭地与多离合器的第三转动件连接。内燃机与变速器的第三传动件,特别是第三齿轮抗扭矩地连接。

内燃机直接地并且优选地在没有分离离合器的介入的情况下通过传动级与变速器连接,由此能够设计用于不同转速-或扭矩范围的内燃机以及电动机,因此使得用于驱动系必要的结构空间的能够实现最小化设计。
然而,本实用新型不强制要求设计不具有内燃机和变速器之间的分离离合器。
因此,本实用新型示出了所谓的集成的混合动力传动***,其中,变速器优选地是自动变速器并且设计多离合器为湿式双离合器。在此,电动机是主驱动装置,而内燃机是可选的并且能够被切换的辅助驱动装置。
优选地设计,与内燃机连接的第三传动件是用于实现变速器的第四挡传动的齿轮。
内燃机通过齿轮啮合,特别是通过圆柱齿轮啮合与变速器机械式地连接,使得从内燃机引入的扭矩和转速部分地通过内燃机和变速器的传动件之间所选择的传动确定。
在该设计方案中,用作第三传动件的齿轮是变速器的第四挡传动的驱动轮。
此外,内燃机与第三传动件的连接能够通过自由轮、能切换的接合套或差速器实现。
内燃机在通过自由轮连接的情况下由附加启动器进行启动,和/或在通过接合套连接的情况下由双离合的借助滑摩工作的第二分离合器进行启动。
为了在由电机实现最大速度的情况下还能够通过上述方式启动内燃机,实现最大速度的挡位是奇数挡位。
此外,根据本实用新型的驱动装置还有利地设计第一转动件是多离合器的第一离合器盘,并且第二转动件是多离合器的第二离合器盘。
第三转动件则应当是多离合器的离合器壳体。固定离合器盘,使得离合器盘在离合器断开时相对于离合器壳体合能够转动,并且在离合器接合时相对彼此旋转,由此在分离合器接合时在离合器盘之间能够传递扭矩。通过这样的方式,能够在离合器盘和离合器壳体或驱动系的与离合器壳体连接的部件中能换挡地传递扭矩。
此外,在一种有利的设计方案中,将多离合器至少局部地并且优选全部地安置在被电气式驱动机的转子包围的空间中。这样确保进一步减少所需的结构空间,这特别是因为根据本实用新型能够省略的、位于内燃机和变速器之间的分离离合器。
此外,变速器能够具有行星齿轮系,该行星齿轮系特别能够是具有能够切换的空心齿轮,其中,用于实现另外的传动的行星齿轮系被安置在传动件之间。能切换的空心齿轮在此特别用于通过行星齿轮系实现的传动比的扩充(Spreizung)。
此外,有利地设计变速器是双离合变速器,并且多离合器是双离合器,其中,双离合变速器的第一从动轴与双离合器的第一转动件旋转地连接,并且双离合变速器的第二从动轴与双离合器的第二转动件旋转地连接。所述旋转式连接在此被优选地设置为各个转动件或离合器盘通过至少一个变速器的传动级与各从动轴连接。
与常规的驱动装置相比,设计根据本实用新型的驱动装置没有通常设有的发动机侧的分离离合器K0。在这种情况下,电机能够被设计为具有较高转动的总成,有利地对行驶舒适性以及制造成本产生影响。相应地,还能够设计变速器具有高转速并承载较低的扭矩,因此还能成本低廉地提供变速器。
这使得所有的混合动力功能均能够被实现。设计具有驱动装置的交通运输工具在变速器的所有挡位上既能够以通过内燃机的方式行驶,也能够电气式地行驶,其中,所有挡位均能够被动力换挡式地切换。
另外还补充地提供一种机动车,具有根据本实用新型的驱动装置和至少一个借助于驱动装置能驱动的驱动轮。优选地,将根据本实用新型的驱动装置安置在前轮驱动的轿车中。

具体实施方式
在本实用新型中建议的驱动装置中,能够通过与内燃机的机械式连接,经由传动件实现相应的优化的传动比。由电机以及内燃机实现的转速能够相互独立地被设置。不需要额外的用于连接内燃机的分离离合器,由此能够减少生产技术的费用并且能够提供附加的结构空间。
下面结合图1和图2阐述根据本实用新型的驱动装置的基本结构。图 1示出具有连接电动机10的驱动装置,并且还没有将内燃机与该驱动装置连接。该驱动装置除了包括电动机10,还包括变速器30以及在此被设计为双离合器的多离合器40。由电动机10产生的扭矩通过多离合器40和变速器30被传递到从动装置60上。
变速器30具有用于实现1-4挡的多个传动级。在这种情况下,1和3 挡的齿轮作为第一传动件31与第一从动轴35连接,并且2和4挡的齿轮作为第二传动件32与第二从动轴36连接。
第一从动轴35能够与多离合器40的第一转动件44通过离合过程抗扭矩地连接,并且第二从动轴36能够与多离合器40的第二转动件45通过离合过程抗扭矩地连接。在这种情况下,第一转动件44是多离合器40的第一分离合器41的离合器盘,并且第二转动件45是第二分离合器42的离合器盘。
离合器盘相对于多离合器40的离合器壳体43能够转动。离合器壳体 43构成多离合器40的第三转动件46,第三转动件46与电动机10的转子 11固定连接。
在转子11相对于电动机10的定子12转动时,能够因此通过接合分离合器41,42将通过变速器30传递的扭矩的路径确定,即不论是经过第一或第三挡的传动路径,还是经过第二或第四挡的传动路径。
图2示出了在图1中示出的驱动装置的实施方式,该驱动装置与内燃机20连接。内燃机20通过离心摆80与变速器30连接。在这种情况下,在内燃机20和变速器30之间不再安置另外的分离离合器,而是内燃机20 通过第三传动件33与变速器30连接,第三传动件33在此还是变速器30 的第四挡传动的驱动轮。通过选择借助第三传动件33实现传动的传动比,产生了用于不同的功率能力的内燃机的广泛的可能性。因此,这还使得能够安置高速转动并且对结构空间需求较小的内燃机20。
图2示出了在驱动装置运行期间,借助于内燃机20的另外的扭矩路径。可以看出,这种情况下,由内燃机20提供的扭矩经过用于变速器30 的第四挡传动的驱动轮34引入变速器30,并且经过第二从动轴36传导至第二分离合器42,从第二分离合器42传导至离合器壳体43,并且从离合器壳体43传导至第一分离合器41。将扭矩从第一分离合器41传导至第一从动轴35,并且由此经由第一挡的传动提供在从动装置60处。
图3和4示出如图2一样的驱动装置,然而具有不同的功能。图3示出了在这种情况下从第二挡至第三挡的切换过程,可以看出,由内燃机20 提供的扭矩首先经由第四挡的传动比,并且由此经由第二从动轴36传导到从动装置60处。通过操作第一分离合器41以及通过电动机10的运作,扭矩从转子11经过第一分离合器41引至从动轴35中,并且由此经过第三挡的传动级传导至从动装置60。由此在这种状态下进行电动机式的驱动,因此不必运转内燃机20。
挡位之间的切换总是由电动机10动力换挡式地完成;内燃机20在切换前被分离开或在刚刚动力换挡后再次接合。
将内燃机20从所述第三档重新起动能够如图4所示地进行。在这种情况下,第二分离合器42被接合,因此扭矩被传递至第二从动轴36,并且从该处经过驱动轮34传导至内燃机20,由此能够启动内燃机20。
图5和图6示出根据本实用新型驱动装置的设计方案,其中,变速器 30与差速器70连接。另外可以看出,在图5所示的实施方式中的内燃机20经过自由轮50连接到变速器30。在图6中示出的实施方式实现了将内燃机20经过行星齿轮系100连接到变速器30,行星齿轮系100优选具有用于调整传动比的能切换的空心齿轮101。
通过与内燃机经过传动件的机械式的连接,能够实现相应的优化传动比。由电机以及内燃机达到的转速能够被相互独立地调整。不需要额外的用于连接内燃机的分离离合器,由此能够减少生产技术的费用并且能够提供附加的结构空间。

1.一种用于机动车的驱动装置,具有电动机(10)、内燃机和配备多个挡位的变速器(30)以及多离合器(40),其中,所述变速器的第一传动件(31)与所述多离合器(40)的第一转动件(44)抗扭矩地连接,并且,所述变速器(30)的第二传动件(32)与所述多离合器(40)的第二转动件(45)抗扭矩地连接,并且,所述电动机(10)的转子(11)抗扭矩地与所述多离合器(40)的第三转动件(46)连接,
其特征在于,所述内燃机与所述变速器(30)的第三传动件(33)抗扭矩地连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,与所述内燃机连接的第三传动件(33)是用于实现所述变速器(30)的第四挡传动的齿轮。
3.根据权利要求2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,用作第三传动件(33)的齿轮是所述变速器(30)的第四挡传动的驱动轮。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述内燃机与所述第三传动件(33)的连接通过如下部件实现:
a)自由轮(50),
b)能切换的接合套,或
c)差速器(70)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第一转动件(44)是所述多离合器(40)的第一离合器盘,并且所述第二转动件(45)是所述多离合器(40)的第二离合器盘。
6.根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第三转动件(46)是所述多离合器(40)的离合器壳体(43)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,将所述多离合器(40)至少局部地安置在被所述电动机(10)的转子(11)包围的空间中。
8.根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述变速器(30)具有行星齿轮系(100),其中,用于实现另外的传动的所述行星齿轮系(100)被安置在传动件之间。
9.根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述变速器(30)是双离合变速器,并且所述多离合器(40)是双离合器,其中,所述双离合变速器的第一从动轴(35)与所述双离合器的第一转动件(44)旋转地连接,并且所述双离合变速器的第二从动轴(36)与所述双离合器的第二转动件(45)旋转地连接。
10.一种机动车,具有根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的驱动装置和至少一个驱动轮,借助于所述驱动装置能驱动所述至少一个驱动轮。
