一种微槽型气吹高性能光纤单元,包括光纤及其外护层,在光纤之间设有固化树酯,在外护层表面设有轴向微槽。本实用新型由于在外护层表面设有轴向微槽,气吹敷设时,外护层与管道内壁的接触面积小,减小了与管道内壁的磨擦力,因而可以增加在管道内气吹距离,满足长距离气吹敷设的需要,减少光纤接点,提高光纤利用率。而且,由于在光纤之间设有固化树脂,提高了本实用新型的抗拉、抗折弯性能。

本实用新型涉及一种通信光纤单元,尤其是用于在管道内气吹敷设的光纤单元。
背景技术
现有在管道内气吹敷设的光纤单元一般在接入网***的室内场合或局域网之间、小区之间的室外场合使用,其结构一般为光纤外包覆外护层。这种光纤单元在管道内气吹敷设时,由于外护层与管道内壁的磨擦力大,故气吹距离短,不能满足敷设需要。
发明内容
本实新型的目的是克服现有气吹光纤单元的不足,提供一种微槽型气吹高性能光纤单元,能够在管道内气吹敷设时减小外护层与管道内壁的磨擦力,增加在管道内气吹距离,满足长距离气吹敷设的需要。
本实用新型提供的一种微槽型气吹高性能光纤单元,包括光纤及其外护层,在光纤之间设有固化树酯,在外护层表面设有轴向微槽。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于在外护层表面设有轴向微槽,气吹敷设时,外护层与管道内壁的接触面积小,减小了与管道内壁的磨擦力,因而可以增加在管道内气吹距离,满足长距离气吹敷设的需要,减少光纤接点,提高光纤利用率。而且,由于在光纤之间设有固化树酯,提高了本实用新型的抗拉、抗折弯性能。
