Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种有高光纤密度的中心管式光纤束微型光缆,包括有外护套和包覆在外护套内的松套管,松套管内布设有光纤束,其特征在于所述的松套管为PC材料制成的松套管,所述的外护套外表面沿周向设置有纵向沟槽。本实用新型提高了光缆的温度性能及机械性能;直径小,重量轻,可以在5/3.5mm甚至更小的塑料管中较大距离地气吹敷设;外护套外表面的纵向沟槽不仅有助于光缆的开剥,而且使光缆在气吹过程中降低与管壁的摩擦力,促进空气流动,而防静电料的使用降低了气吹过程中产生的静电吸附力,使气吹阻力减小,光缆敷设距离进一步提高;本实用新型缩减了生产工序,提高了施工效率,占用了更少的管道资源,降低了工程费用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种有高光纤密度的中心管式光纤束微型光缆,可在微型塑料管道进行气吹敷设。 
背景技术
随着FTTH快速发展,在城域网和接入网中,微型光缆已被大量应用于气吹敷设的光缆网络中。由于管道资源的局限性,气吹距离远和使用方便是对所有产品的普遍要求。现有的气吹微型光缆有普通的层绞式结构和中心管式结构,层绞式微缆这种结构直径较大,最小尺寸一般在5mm左右,只能在10/8mm管道内气吹;现有中心管式微缆直径略小,大致在4.0mm左右,也只能在7/5.5mm管道内气吹;而在国外FTTH建设中到户使用的基本上全是5/3.5的集束管,而且施工环境复杂,现有可供敷设的光缆目前有中心管式和玻璃珠式两种结构,现有的中心管式材料均采用PBT做松套管,低温回缩比较严重,光纤传输性能不稳定,气吹距离短。玻璃珠式结构的光纤束光缆,开剥性能差,机械性能差,不能很好地适应恶劣的施工环境。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术存在的不足而提供一种全介质中心管式光纤束微型光缆,它具有使用和敷设性能好,结构简单,制作成本低的特点。 
本实用新型为解决上述提出的问题所采用的技术方案为:包括有外护套和包覆在外护套内的松套管,松套管内布设有光纤束,其特征在于所述的松套管为PC(聚碳酸酯)材料制成的松套管,所述的外护套外表面沿周向设置有纵向沟槽。 
按上述方案,所述的外护套直径为2.0mm~2.8mm。 
按上述方案,所述的松套管直径为1.4mm~2.2mm。 
按上述方案,在外护套和松套管之间布设有抗拉元件。 
按上述方案,所述的光纤束包含有2~24根光纤。 
按上述方案,所述的外护套外表面周向设置的纵向沟槽为4~24条,纵向沟槽宽度最大为0.05mm~0.8mm,纵向沟槽的径向深度为0.05mm~0.8mm。 
按上述方案,所述的外护套由防静电材料制成。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于:1、采用PC松套管,解决了回缩问题,提高了光缆的温度性能及机械性能;2、直径小,重量轻,可以在5/3.5mm甚至更小的塑料管中较大距离地气吹 敷设;3、外护套外表面的纵向沟槽不仅有助于光缆的开剥,而且使光缆在气吹过程中降低与管壁的摩擦力,促进空气流动,而防静电料的使用降低了气吹过程中产生的静电吸附力,使气吹阻力减小,光缆敷设距离进一步提高;4、与同样光纤数量微型光缆相比,缩减了生产工序,提高了施工效率,占用了更少的管道资源,降低了工程费用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本实用新型的实施例。 
包括有外护套4和包覆在外护套内的松套管2,松套管内布设有光纤束1,所述的松套管为PC(聚碳酸酯)材料制成的松套管,松套管直径为1.8mm,松套管内的光纤束包含有2~24根着色光纤,松套管内含有触应变纤膏,使光纤呈自由状态;所述的外护套由防静电材料制成,为防静电PE料,外护套外表面沿周向设置有纵向沟槽,纵向沟槽为16条,周向均布,沟槽宽度最大处范围为0.3mm,沟槽深度范围为0.3mm。在外护套和松套管之间布设有抗拉元件3,所述的抗拉元件为芳纶纱。 

Claims (7)

1.一种中心管式光纤束微型光缆,包括有外护套和包覆在外护套内的松套管,松套管内布设有光纤束,其特征在于所述的松套管为PC材料制成的松套管,所述的外护套外表面沿周向设置有纵向沟槽。
2.按权利要求1所述的中心管式光纤束微型光缆,其特征在于所述的外护套直径为2.0mm~2.8mm。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的中心管式光纤束微型光缆,其特征在于所述的松套管直径为1.4mm~2.2mm。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的中心管式光纤束微型光缆,其特征在于在外护套和松套管之间布设有抗拉元件。
5.按权利要求1或2所述的中心管式光纤束微型光缆,其特征在于所述的光纤束包含有2~24根光纤。
6.按权利要求1或2所述的中心管式光纤束微型光缆,其特征在于所述的外护套外表面周向设置的纵向沟槽为4~24条,纵向沟槽宽度最大为0.05mm~0.8mm,纵向沟槽的径向深度为0.05mm~0.8mm。
7.按权利要求6所述的中心管式光纤束微型光缆,其特征在于所述的外护套由防静电材料制成。
