Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种全干式中心管式气吹微型光缆,包括有外护套和包覆在外护套内的松套管,松套管内布设有光纤,其特征在于所述的松套管内敷有阻水纱,所述的外护套外表面沿周向设置有纵向沟槽。本实用新型直径小,重量轻,可以在5/3.5mm甚至更小的塑料管中较大距离地气吹敷设;外护套外表面的纵向沟槽不仅有助于光缆的开剥,而且使光缆在气吹过程中降低与管壁的摩擦力,促进空气流动,而低摩擦系数的护套材料的使用更进一步降低了气吹过程中气吹阻力,光缆敷设距离进一步提高;阻水纱的使用免除了光纤接续过程中的清洗,大大缩减了熔纤时间,提高了施工效率。本实用新型占用了更少的管道资源,降低了工程费用。

全干式中心管式气吹微型光缆
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种全干式中心管式气吹微型光缆,可在微型塑料管道进行气吹敷设。 
背景技术
随着FTTH快速发展,在城域网和接入网中,微型光缆已被大量应用于气吹敷设的光缆网络中。由于管道资源的局限性,气吹距离远和使用方便是对所有产品的普遍要求。现有的气吹微型光缆有普通的层绞式结构和中心管式结构,层绞式微缆结构的直径较大,最小尺寸一般在5mm左右,只能在10/8mm管道内气吹;中心管式微缆直径略小,大致在4.0mm左右,也只能在7/5.5mm管道内气吹;而在国外FTTH建设中到户使用的基本上全是5/3.5的集束管,而且施工环境复杂,传统中心管式气吹微缆由于直径大,光缆表面与管道接触面积大,因而摩擦阻力大而造成气吹距离短,同时套管内含有纤膏,在熔纤时清除纤膏特别费时,且污染环境。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术存在的不足而提供一种全干式中心管式气吹微型光缆,它具有敷设性能好,气吹距离长,结构简单和使用方便的特点。 
本实用新型为解决上述提出的问题所采用的技术方案为:包括有外护套和包覆在外护套内的松套管,松套管内布设有光纤,其特征在于所述的松套管内敷有阻水纱,所述的外护套外表面沿周向设置有纵向沟槽。 
按上述方案,所述的外护套直径为2.0mm~2.8mm。 
按上述方案,所述的松套管直径为1.4mm~2.2mm。 
按上述方案,在外护套和松套管之间按拉力大小设有抗拉元件。 
按上述方案,所述的光纤包含有1~12根。 
按上述方案,所述的外护套外表面周向设置的纵向沟槽为4~36条,纵向沟槽宽度最大处为0.05mm~1.2mm,纵向沟槽的径向深度为0.05mm~1.0mm。 
按上述方案,所述的外护套由HDPE或无卤阻燃材料制成。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于: 1、直径小,重量轻,可以在5/3.5mm甚至更小的塑料管中较长距离地气吹敷设; 2、外护套表面的纵向沟槽不仅有助于光缆的开剥,而且使光缆在气吹过程中降低与管壁的摩擦力,促进空气流动,光缆气吹距离进一步提高;3、松套管内敷设阻水纱取代纤膏,减少了熔纤过程中的清洗,节约了施工时间,施工效率提高,并可降低工程费用;4、更符合低碳环保要求,还具有阻燃特性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本实用新型的实施例。 
包括有外护套5和包覆在外护套内的的松套管2,松套管内布设有3根着色光纤1;外护套直径为2.4mm松套管直径为1.8mm,松套管内含有阻水纱3;所述的外护套由HDPE或低烟无卤阻燃材料制成,外护套外表面沿周向设置有纵向沟槽,纵向沟槽为20条,纵向沟槽的径向截面呈三角形,纵向沟槽宽度最大处为0.2mm,纵向沟槽的径向深度为0.2mm。在外护套和松套管之间按拉力大小可设置抗拉元件4,抗拉元件为1~2根,所述的抗拉元件为芳纶纱或其他非金属材料。 

Claims (7)

1.一种全干式中心管式气吹微型光缆,包括有外护套和包覆在外护套内的松套管,松套管内布设有光纤,其特征在于所述的松套管内敷有阻水纱,所述的外护套外表面沿周向设置有纵向沟槽。
2.按权利要求1所述的全干式中心管式气吹微型光缆,其特征在于所述的外护套直径为2.0mm~2.8mm。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的全干式中心管式气吹微型光缆,其特征在于所述的松套管直径为1.4mm~2.2mm。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的全干式中心管式气吹微型光缆,其特征在于在外护套和松套管之间设有抗拉元件。
5.按权利要求1或2所述的全干式中心管式气吹微型光缆,其特征在于所述的光纤包含有1~12根。
6.按权利要求1或2所述的全干式中心管式气吹微型光缆,其特征在于所述的外护套外表面周向设置的纵向沟槽为4~36条,纵向沟槽宽度最大处为0.05mm~1.2mm,纵向沟槽的径向深度为0.05mm~1.0mm。
7.按权利要求6所述的全干式中心管式气吹微型光缆,其特征在于所述的外护套由HDPE或无卤阻燃材料制成。
