本实用新型是一种蒸汽消毒柜，它是在柜体内腔的底部设有蒸汽发生器，蒸汽发生器由嵌有电热管的发热盒、温控器、盖子组成，盖子盖在发热盒上口，盖子中心制有一用于加水的凹坑，凹坑底有加水孔，盖子的边沿开有出气孔，在发热盒的底上装有温控器。使用时只要在发热盒中加水，通电后即可加热产生高温蒸汽，当水烧干后，发热盒温度超过100℃，温控器自动切断电源，工作结束。蒸汽加热对叠放的餐具具有加热均匀、不会过热损坏的优点，而且蒸汽冷却后的水滴对消毒柜和餐具都可起到清洁作用。

背景技术
家用消毒柜，主要采用电热高温消毒，目前的加热方式采用石英红外线管辐射加热，由于红外线管温度高达500℃左右，且辐射不均匀，安装红外线管的位置受烘烤局部温度高，易引起聚氨酯发泡隔热层变形，餐具上的水沾在红外线管上后，会形成水渍污垢，影响美观。另外，一些塑料餐具如果和红外线管接触还会造成损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种发热均匀的家用蒸汽消毒柜，以解决上述问题。
本实用新型的方案是：一种蒸汽消毒柜，包括柜体、柜门，其特征是：在柜体内腔的底部设有蒸汽发生器，蒸汽发生器由嵌有电热管的发热盒、温控器、盖子组成，盖子盖在发热盒上口，盖子中心制有一用于加水的凹坑，凹坑底有加水孔，盖子的边沿开有出气孔，在发热盒的底上装有温控器。
本实用新型的优点是：使用时只要在发热盒中加水，通电后即可加热产生高温蒸汽，当水烧干后，发热盒温度超过100℃，温控器自动切断电源，工作结束。蒸汽加热对叠放的餐具具有加热均匀、不会过热损坏的优点，而且蒸汽冷却后的水滴对消毒柜和餐具都可起到清洁作用。

具体实施方式
参见图1，实施例蒸汽消毒柜，包括柜体1、柜门2，在柜体1内腔的底部设有蒸汽发生器3，以使水蒸汽自然上行循环。
蒸汽发生器3水平放置。
参见图2，蒸汽发生器由嵌有电热管33的发热盒31、温控器32、盖子35组成，发热盒31由铝压铸成型，为盒形形状，体内底部埋设电热管33，结构类似于电热盘。
盖子35盖在发热盒31的上口，盖子35中心制有一用于加水的凹坑，凹坑底有加水孔34，这样只要将水倒在凹坑处，就可以自然流入发热盒31中。
盖子35的边沿开有出气孔36，高温蒸汽从这些出气孔36释放出来。
在发热盒31的底上装有温控器32，温控器32的动作温度略高于100℃，如105℃、110℃，当有水加热时不会动作，当水全部烧干，发热盒31温度高于100℃时，温控器32动作切断电源。温控器32连接在控制电路中，控制电路与现有红外线管消毒柜的相同。

1.一种蒸汽消毒柜，包括柜体(1)、柜门(2)，其特征是：在柜体(1)内腔的底部设有蒸汽发生器(3)，蒸汽发生器(3)由嵌有电热管(33)的发热盒(31)、温控器(32)、盖子(35)组成，盖子(35)盖在发热盒(31)上口，盖子(35)中心制有一用于加水的凹坑，凹坑底有加水孔(34)，盖子(35)的边沿开有出气孔(36)，在发热盒(31)的底上装有温控器(32)。
