本实用新型公开了一种锅炉余热回收及除尘装置,包括贮水箱和设在其中的换热器,贮水箱上设有烟气进口、烟气出口、进水管、出水管和排气管,烟气进口和烟气出口通过换热器相连通,换热器由进气口连接箱、出气口连接箱、换热管和缓冲沉降箱组成,进气口连接箱和出气口连接箱设在贮水箱上部,并分别与烟气进口和烟气出口相接,缓冲沉降箱设在贮水箱下部,其底部设有除尘口,进气口连接箱和出气口连接箱通过换热管与缓冲沉降箱相连通。高温烟气通过时大部分热量被置换到贮水箱的水中,热回收率高,换热器浸在水中,温度相对较低,使用寿命长,本实用新型热回收率高,使用寿命长,兼具余热回收和除尘功能。

本实用新型属于锅炉余热利用技术领域,具体是涉及一种回收锅炉烟气热能并进行除尘的装置。
背景技术
为有效利用能源和减少环境污染,对锅炉产生的高温烟气,热能回收利用和除尘降污是近年来人们广泛关注和致力于解决的问题,现有普遍使用的方法是在锅炉和烟囱间设置换热装置,现有的换热装置存在着几方面缺点:一是热效率较低,烟气中热能未得到有效利用;二是耐腐蚀性差,使用寿命短;三是功能单一,除尘效果差。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种热回收率高,使用寿命长,兼具余热回收和除尘功能的装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型包括贮水箱和设在其中的换热器,贮水箱上设有烟气进口、烟气出口、进水管、出水管和排气管,烟气进口和烟气出口通过换热器相连通,其结构特点是换热器由进气口连接箱、出气口连接箱、换热管和缓冲沉降箱组成,进气口连接箱和出气口连接箱设在贮水箱上部,并分别与烟气进口和烟气出口相接,缓冲沉降箱设在贮水箱下部,其底部设有除尘口,进气口连接箱和出气口连接箱通过换热管与缓冲沉降箱相连通。
在进气口连接箱、出气口连接箱与缓冲沉降箱之间设有两组换热管,换热管外设有导热片。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于在贮水箱中设有由进气口连接箱、出气口连接箱、换热管和缓冲沉降箱组成的换热器,高温烟气通过换热器的换热管时将大部分热量释放到贮水箱的水中,热回收率高,换热器浸在水中,温度相对较低,不易损坏,使用寿命长,进气口连接箱和出气口连接箱内的空间便于清洗换热管内壁,有效地防止了换热管阻塞和不畅,贮水箱底部设有缓冲沉降箱,烟气降温后,粉尘能快速沉降,并可从其底部的除尘口清除。

具体实施方式
图1和图2所示的锅炉余热回收及除尘装置,包括贮水箱1和设在其中的换热器2,贮水箱1上设有烟气进口5、烟气出口6、进水管9、出水管10和排气管11,其上部和底部还分别设有溢流管12和排污管13,烟气进口5和烟气出口6通过换热器2相连通,换热器2由进气口连接箱14、出气口连接箱15、换热管3和缓冲沉降箱7组成,进气口连接箱14和出气口连接箱15设在贮水箱1上部,并分别与烟气进口5和烟气出口6相接,缓冲沉降箱7设在贮水箱1下部,其底部设有除尘口8,进气口连接箱14、出气口连接箱15与缓冲沉降箱7之间设有两组换热管3,换热管3外设有导热片4。
使用时,烟气进口5和烟气出口6分别与锅炉烟气出口和烟囱相接,通过换热器回收烟气余热。

1.一种锅炉余热回收及除尘装置,包括贮水箱(1)和设在其中的换热器(2),贮水箱(1)上设有烟气进口(5)、烟气出口(6)、进水管(9)、出水管(10)和排气管(11),烟气进口(5)和烟气出口(6)通过换热器(2)相连通,其特征在于:换热器(2)由进气口连接箱(14)、出气口连接箱(15)、换热管(3)和缓冲沉降箱(7)组成,进气口连接箱(14)和出气口连接箱(15)设在贮水箱(1)上部,并分别与烟气进口(5)和烟气出口(6)相接,缓冲沉降箱(7)设在贮水箱(1)下部,其底部设有除尘口(8),进气口连接箱(14)和出气口连接箱(14)通过换热管(3)与缓冲沉降箱(7)相连通。
2.按照权利要求1所述的锅炉余热回收及除尘装置,其特征在于进气口连接箱(14)、出气口连接箱(14)与缓冲沉降箱(7)之间设有两组换热管(3),换热管(3)外设有导热片(4)。
