Abstract

本发明涉及一种主轴电机,其包括:转轴、固定到转轴上并使得转轴转动的转子盖、用于可旋转支承转轴的轴承、保持轴承的保持架、以及直接安装到转子盖的内壁上的保持磁体。在本发明中,保持磁***于轴承之上,以防止油从轴承泄漏到外面。

本申请要求2005年12月12日提交的题为“主轴电机”的韩国专利申请第10-2005-0121753号的优先权,其全部内容以引用方式结合于本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种主轴电机,特别是一种减少了部件数量并提高了产率的主轴电机。
背景技术
如本领域技术人员所熟知的那样,主轴电机是一种安装在光盘驱动器上驱动转盘的装置,从而可转动安装到转盘上的光盘。如图2中所示,主轴电机200通常包括旋转单元201和静止单元205。
旋转单元201为电机200的旋转部分,包括转轴211、转子盖221和磁体231。
转轴211用于转动转盘(未示出)。
转子盖221用于转动转轴211。在转子盖221的中央形成有装轴孔222,这样转轴211被装配到装轴孔222之中。防漏油件223安装在装轴孔222的端部,以防止油从轴承215泄漏。此外,转子盖221在周向方向上延伸,并且转子盖221的边缘向下弯曲以遮盖住定子235。
磁体231形成一个磁场,并固定于转子盖221的内壁224上。
静止单元205为电机200的固定部分,包括轴承215、保持架225、定子235和基座245。
轴承215可转动地支承转轴211。
保持架225保持住轴承215以将轴承215固定到预定位置。轴承215稳固地连接到保持架225的内圆周表面。
当将外部电源施加给定子235时,定子235形成电场。定子235稳固地连接到保持架225的外圆周表面。
此外,保持磁体236通过后磁轭237连接到定子235的内圆周表面的上部,并且保持住光盘,以防止光盘(未示出)在转动时被损坏。
基座245用于支承整个电机200。基座245的中央部分向外延伸,从而限定出***孔246。印刷电路板247安装到基座245的上表面,并且控制用于驱动电机200的信号。
然而,上述结构的传统的主轴电机200的问题在于,电机200具有后磁轭237以安装保持磁体236,并且具有用于防止油从轴承215泄漏到外面的防漏油件223,因此部件的数量增加,制造工艺复杂化,并由此而降低了产率。
发明内容
因此,本发明基于现有技术中的问题而提出,本发明的目的在于提供一种主轴电机,其这样构成,即保持磁体直接安装到转子盖上,从而减少了部件的数量并提高了产率。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种主轴电机,其中保持磁体靠近于轴承的上部安装,从而无需使用额外的部件就可防止油从轴承泄漏到外面。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种主轴电机,其包括:转轴、固定到转轴并使得转轴转动的转子盖、用于可旋转地支承转轴的轴承、保持轴承的保持架、以及直接安装到转子盖的内壁上的保持磁体。
在本发明的主轴电机中,保持磁体安置于轴承之上,以防止油从轴承泄漏到外面。
此外,保持磁体以靠近于转轴的方式安装到转子盖上。

具体实施方式
在下文中将根据本发明的优选实施例并参照附图来详细描述主轴电机。
如图1所示,主轴电机100包括转动单元101和静止单元105。
转动单元101为电机100的旋转部,其具有转轴111、转子盖121、磁体131、以及保持磁体141。
转轴111转动转盘(未示出)。
转子盖121用于转动转轴111,在转子盖121的中央形成有装轴孔122,用于将转轴111装配到装轴孔122之中。此外,转子盖121在圆周方向上延伸,并且转子盖121的边缘向下弯曲以遮盖住定子135。
磁体131形成一个磁场,并且固定到内壁123上,该内壁设置在转子盖121的向下弯曲的边缘上。
保持磁体141安装在转子盖121的内表面,从而防止光盘在转动时被损坏。与现有技术不同的是,保持磁体141未利用后磁轭而直接安装在转子盖121上,并且靠近于转轴111安置。此外,为了防止转轴111转动时油从轴承115泄漏到外面,保持磁体141靠近于轴承115来安置。
静止单元105为电机100的固定部,其不旋转并且具有轴承115、保持架125、定子135、以及基座145。
轴承115可旋转地支承转轴111。
保持架125保持住轴承115,以将轴承115固定在预定位置。轴承115稳固地连接于保持架125的内圆周表面。
在外部电源施加到定子135上时,定子135形成电场。定子135具有固定在保持架125的外圆周表面上的绕线筒137和缠绕到绕线筒137上的线圈136。
基座145用于支撑整个电机100。在基座145的中央部开孔,并且开孔部的边缘向外突出,从而形成了***孔146。印刷电路板147安装到基座145的上表面上,并且控制用于驱动电机100的信号。
尽管出于例示的目的对本发明的优选实施例进行了描述,但是本领域技术人员应理解的是,在不脱离权利要求中披露的本发明的范围和精神的前提下,各种变化、添加以及替代都是可行的。
如上所述,本发明提供了一种主轴电机,其中保持磁体直接安装在转子盖上,并且保持磁体靠近于轴承的上部来安装。这一点与现有技术不同,在现有技术中保持磁体通过后磁轭安装到定子上并且安装有用于防止油从轴承泄漏到外面的防漏油件。因此,减少了部件的数量并提高了产率。

Claims (3)

1.一种主轴电机,包括:
转轴;
转子盖,其固定到所述转轴上并使得所述转轴转动;
轴承,其可旋转地支承所述转轴;
保持架,其用于保持所述轴承;以及
保持磁体,其直接安装到所述转子盖的内壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的主轴电机,其中,所述保持磁***于所述轴承之上,以防止油从所述轴承泄漏到外面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的主轴电机,其中,所述保持磁体以靠近于所述转轴的方式安装到所述转子盖上。
