技术领域
本发明一般地涉及一种驱动机构,更具体地,涉及一种空心轴电动机组件。
背景技术
用于座椅移动和人机工程支承移动的电动机驱动装置是已知的。通常,电动机具有轴,并且在该轴上安装有齿轮传动组件。在已知的设备中,只能从电动机的一端获得来自电动机/齿轮传动装置的输出。一些时候,需要双输出电动机和行星齿轮传动装置。这种设备可以提供紧凑且成本低的成套组件,以驱动任何数量的座椅机构。在本领域,仍然需要紧凑且成本低的具有双输出的电动机和齿轮传动装置组合。

发明内容

在操作中,接合所述空心轴电动机组件10。此后,所述空心轴电动机10转动所述壳体22。继而,该壳体22将座椅靠背212移动到所希望的倾斜度。

传动轴(52);
具有空心轴(12)的电动机(11),所述空心轴(12)具有外径(14)和内径(16),所述空心轴(12)适于在所述内径(16)中接纳所述传动轴(52);
可操作地连接到所述空心轴(12)的第一齿轮(20);
与所述第一齿轮(20)从动联接的行星齿轮传动组件(30);以及
传动轴架(40),该传动轴架与所述行星齿轮传动组件(30)从动联接,并与所述传动轴(52)驱动联接;其中,所述空心轴(12)使所述第一齿轮(20)转动,所述第一齿轮(20)与所述行星齿轮传动组件(30)接合,所述行星齿轮传动组件(30)使所述传动轴架(40)转动,并且所述传动轴架(40)使所述传动轴(52)在所述空心轴(12)中转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空心轴电动机组件,其特征在于,所述空心轴(12)具有第一端部和第二端部,所述第一齿轮(20)连接到所述第一端部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空心轴电动机组件,其特征在于,还包括连接到所述电动机(11)的行星齿轮传动组件罩(22)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空心轴电动机组件,其特征在于,所述传动轴(52)连接到至少一个从动件(50)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空心轴电动机组件,其特征在于,所述传动轴(52)具有小于所述空心轴(12)的内径(16)的直径。
6.一种导轨驱动机构,其特征在于,包括:
第一导轨(112);
从所述第一导轨(112)偏置的第二导轨(114);
适于与所述第一导轨(112)接合的第一锁止机构(120);
适于与所述第二导轨(114)接合的第二锁止机构(122);
可操作地连接到所述第一锁止机构(120)和所述第二锁止机构(122)的解锁轴(140);
可操作地连接到所述解锁轴(140)的闩杆(142);
具有空心轴(12)和壳体(22)的空心轴电动机组件(10);
可操作地连接到所述空心轴(12)的导轨驱动轴(160),所述导轨驱动轴(160)具有上部(162)和下部(164);
适于与所述第一导轨(112)接合并可操作地连接到所述导轨驱动轴(160)的所述上部(162)的第一齿轮(170);
适于与所述第二导轨(114)接合并可操作地连接到所述导轨驱动轴(160)的所述下部(164)的第二齿轮(172);以及
可操作地连接到所述壳体(22)的凸轮(150),所述凸轮(150)适于与所述闩杆(142)接合,以便当所述空心轴电动机组件(10)接合并且所述凸轮(150)转动时,所述闩杆(142)转动所述解锁轴(140),从而松开所述第一锁止机构(120)和所述第二锁止机构(122)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的导轨驱动机构,其特征在于,所述第一导轨(112)和所述第二导轨(114)都包括齿条部(116)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的导轨驱动机构,其特征在于,所述第一锁止机构(120)包括第一可枢转锁止件(130),所述第二锁止机构(122)包括第二可枢转锁止件(132),所述第一可枢转锁止件(130)被弹性偏置,以与所述第一导轨接合,并且所述第二可枢转锁止件(132)被弹性偏置,以与所述第二导轨接合。
9.根据权利要求6所述的导轨驱动机构,其特征在于,还包括可滑动地连接到所述第一导轨(112)的第一挤压滑动件(124)和可滑动地连接到所述第二导轨(114)的第二挤压滑动件(126)。
10.根据权利要求6所述的导轨驱动机构,其特征在于,所述空心轴电动机组件(10)包括:
具有电枢(13)的电动机(11),所述电枢(13)用于驱动所述空心轴(12),所述空心轴(12)具有外径(14)和内径(16),所述空心轴(12)适于在所述内径(16)中接纳所述导轨驱动轴(160);
可操作地连接到所述空心轴(12)的第一齿轮(20);
与所述第一齿轮(20)从动联接的行星齿轮传动组件(30);以及
传动轴架(40),该传动轴架与所述行星齿轮传动组件(30)从动联接,并与所述导轨驱动轴(160)驱动联接;其中,所述空心轴(12)使所述第一齿轮(20)转动,所述第一齿轮(20)与所述行星齿轮传动组件(30)接合,所述行星齿轮传动组件(30)使所述传动轴架(40)转动,并且所述传动轴架(40)使所述导轨驱动轴(160)在所述空心轴(12)中转动。
11.一种座椅,其特征在于,包括:
座椅底部(210);
铰链连接到所述座椅底部(210)的座椅靠背(212);以及
与所述铰链连接件同轴的空心轴电动机组件(10),所述空心轴电动机组件(10)包括:
轴(220);
具有空心轴(12)的电动机(11),所述空心轴(12)具有外径(14)和内径(16),所述空心轴(12)适于在所述内径(16)中接纳所述轴(220);
连接到所述电动机的壳体(22);
可操作地连接到所述空心轴(12)的第一齿轮(20);
与所述第一齿轮(20)从动联接的行星齿轮传动组件(30);以及
传动轴架(40),该传动轴架与所述行星齿轮传动组件(30)从动联接,并与所述轴(220)驱动联接;其中,所述空心轴(12)使所述第一齿轮(20)转动,所述第一齿轮(20)与所述行星齿轮传动组件(30)接合,所述行星齿轮传动组件(30)使所述传动轴架(40)转动,并且所述传动轴架(40)使所述轴(220)在所述空心轴(12)中转动;并且
