Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种对线缆进行处理的装置,由用于对线缆进行保持和切割的部分构成。
背景技术
在EP0989637A1中披露了一种对线缆端部进行处理的处理单元。处理单元切除线缆端头并利用压接方式将触点固定在被剥离掉绝缘层的线缆端部。处理单元由夹钳单元、刀头、推料器、校准装置和压接器等部分构成,所述部分设置在机框上。用人工将线缆端部向前推移到处理范围,一个触发器对线缆端部的正确的位置进行检测。一旦触发器检测到线缆端部,则开始处理过程,其中利用触点切割器从线缆上将连接不良的接触部分切掉。刀头由一个用于从线缆上切除线缆端头的切割刀和一个用于将线缆端部的绝缘层剥离的剥线刀构成。
已知装置的缺点在于,在触点不良固定的情况下,夹钳单元必须实施向触点切割器的转动。另外为实现处理总共需要三个刀具(切割刀、剥线刀和触点刀)。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种辅助措施。其中提出一种处理装置,所述装置机械结构简单和工作可靠并克服了已知装置的缺点。
所述目的的实现方案在于:
一种对线缆进行处理的装置,由用于对线缆进行保持和切割的部分构成,其特征在于,设置有具有刀对的刀头,利用所述刀头实施对线缆进行处理的步骤,其中刀头对线缆端头进行切割,剥离绝缘层和从线缆端切除掉压接不良的压接触点。
根据本发明的进一步设计,设置有用于在y向上移动的刀头的驱动装置和用于在x向上移动刀头的驱动装置和用于控制刀对的驱动装置。
根据本发明的进一步设计,在刀头上安装有一个用于对线缆进行检测的传感器,所述传感器可与刀头一起随动和可对应于刀头相对移动。
根据本发明的进一步设计,在刀头上设置有一个容器,所述容器用于收集绝缘层屑、线缆屑和被切除掉的压接触点,和可与刀头一起随动,和刀头对应于容器可相对移动。
根据本发明的进一步设计,容器的一个端面设置在刀头上和由传感器机壳形成其另一个端面,在刀头对应于容器相对移动时一个端面用于清除掉容器内的收集物。
本发明的优点主要在于,仅采用一个刀对即可实现整个的切割作业(切割、剥线和切割触点)。因此省去了在触点切割时夹钳单元的回转运动。从整体上说,采用较为简单的结构、用少许的校准作业和另外以较短的时间即可实现处理。另外以简单的方式解决了清除绝缘层屑和被切除的触点的问题。

具体实施方式
图1示出处理线缆端的主要的部件。为建立线缆1的线缆端部1.1与压接触点2之间的压接需要有一个用于导线压接2.1的压接冲头3.1和一个用于绝缘层压接2.2的压接冲头3.2,其中压接冲头3.1、3.2将导线压接2.1和绝缘层压接2.2分别顶压在砧件4上和导线压接2.1和绝缘压接2.2连接片塑性变形。线缆1被向前推移到刀头5.1处和被夹钳对6.1利用相互夹紧的指件6.2夹固。刀头5.1切除掉线缆端1.1头并根据导线压接2.1所需的长度剥离掉线缆端的绝缘层。为建立压接,压接冲头3.1、3.2在垂直方向上下落。其中夹钳对6和线缆端1.1随之降低。如图中示意示出,分别具有向上开口的导线压接2.1或用向上开口的绝缘层压接2.2的带对压接触点进行输送。在图10中示出整个的处理单元。
图2至图9示出对线缆端1.1的处理过程。图2示出位于初始位置的处理单元。可在x/y方向上移动的刀头5.1位于可在z方向上移动的压接冲头3.1、3.2的下面,和可在z方向上移动的夹钳单元6的夹钳对6.1张开。具有线缆端5.1的线缆1已经向前推移到刀头5.1处。
在图3中为对细节加以说明,刀头5.1的上面被截取掉。线缆端1.1向前被推移到传感器7处和夹钳对6.1关闭。刀头5.1的刀对5.2张开。一旦传感器7检测到线缆端1.1,夹钳对6.1关闭和线缆1被夹固。此后如图4所示,传感器7在x方向上移离线缆范围。
图5示出剥线过程,刀对5.2关闭和切入线缆绝缘层,和如图6所示,刀头5.1在y方向上移离夹钳单元6,直至达到所需的剥离长度。然后刀对5.2完全关闭和将线缆端切断,其中由刀头5.1的容器对绝缘层屑与被切断的线缆线股进行收集。
也可以首先在正确的长度上切除线缆端1.1头和接着将绝缘层切透和剥离。
如图7所示,在剥离过程后将刀头5.1在y方向上从压接冲头3.1、3.2附近移开。图8示出压接冲头3.1、3.2在z方向上的移动,进行线缆端1.1与压接触点2之间的压接。图9示出处理好的线缆端1.1。在刀头回程结束时,绝缘层屑8被从容器内清除掉。例如当由一个对压接力特性进行评价的装置判定压接固定不佳时,刀头5.1重新在x方向和y方向上移动,接着刀对5.1将压接触点2从线缆端上切除掉。在刀头回程结束时,被切掉的压接触点从容器内被清除掉。
图10示出整个处理单元9。例如利用一个在图中未示出的偏心驱动装置对设置在压接头10上的压接工具3与压接冲头3.1、3.2在z方向上一起移动。压接头10还对一个推杆11进行移动,所述推杆与一个利用悬臂12.2设置在刀单元5上的升降单元12连接。升降单元12具有一个C形托架12.1,在所述托架上设置夹钳单元6。当压接冲头3.1、3.2移动时,夹钳单元6随动,其中被夹钳对6.1夹固的线缆端1.1被分别嵌入向上开口的导线压接2.1和绝缘层压接2.2内。刀单元5的刀头5.1切除线缆端1.1头,剥离绝缘层和从线缆端1.1切除掉压接固定不良的触点。下面将对照下面的附图对细节加以说明。
图11示出刀单元5,所述刀单元由设置在处理单元9的基座9.1上的第一机壳13构成,其中在第一机壳13上设置有一个用于在y向上移动刀头5.1的第一驱动装置13.1。第二机壳14可滑动地设置在第一机壳13的导杆13.2上,第一驱动装置13.1将第二机壳14在y向上移动。杆端也用于对升降单元12的悬臂12.2进行固定。在第二机壳14上设置有第二驱动装置14.1,所述第二驱动装置对滑块14.2沿分别设置在第二驱动装置14.1的每一侧的导轨14.3在x向上移动。
图11a示出具有滑块14.2的第二机壳14,在所述滑块上设置有用于移动安装在刀头5.1上的传感器7。在滑块14.2上还设置有一个杆件15,所述杆件与用于收集绝缘层屑、线缆屑和切除的压接触点的容器16连接。一个压缩弹簧17将杆件15上的凸缘15.1抵压在刀头机壳5.3上。其中容器16的凸起部16.1固定支撑在刀头机壳5.3上。当刀头5.1在x向上返回移动时,容器随动,直至杆件15抵在第二机壳14的止挡18上。这时容器16保持与刀头5.1相对固定,设置在刀头机壳5.3上的一个端面5.4将容器16内的收集物通过底部开口19推移入收集器20内。由安装在刀头5.1上的传感器7的机壳7.1形成相对的另一端面。
图12示出刀对5.2的驱动装置的细节。第三驱动装置14.4对一设置在滑块14.2轴承21上的齿轮轴22进行驱动,在齿轮轴的一端的轴承上设置有一个齿轮23。齿轮又对第一齿杆24进行驱动和对第二齿杆25与前者反向进行驱动。第一齿杆24设置在滑块14.2上和其一端与刀头机壳5.3连接,在刀头机壳5.3上还设置有刀对5.2的刀5.5。第二齿杆25设置在滑块14.2上和其一端与刀对5.2的配合刀5.6连接。弹簧26用于对齿轮23上的间隙进行补偿。
图13示出传感器驱动装置的细节,其中第四驱动装置14.5采用齿轮28通过齿杆27.1对杆件27进行驱动。杆件27设置在滑块14.2上和携带具有传感器机壳7.1的传感器7,所述传感器机壳同时至少部分地构成容器16的与端面51.4相对的端面。在传感器7回缩时底部的开口19被释放。
图14示出具有定位在刀对5.2后面的传感器7的张开的刀对5.2。刀5.5设置在刀头5.3上,配合刀5.6直接与第二齿杆25连接,刀5.5和配合刀5.6相互反向移动。
Claims (5)
1.一种对线缆进行处理的装置,由用于对线缆进行保持和切割的部分构成,其特征在于,设置有具有刀对(5.2)的刀头(5.1),利用所述刀头实施对线缆进行处理的步骤,其中刀头(5.2)对线缆端(1.1)头进行切割,剥离绝缘层和从线缆端(1.1)切除掉压接不良的压接触点(2)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,设置有用于在y向上移动的刀头(5.1)的驱动装置(13.1)和用于在x向上移动刀头(5.1)的驱动装置(14.1)和用于控制刀对(5.2)的驱动装置(14.4)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,在刀头(5.1)上安装有一个用于对线缆进行检测的传感器(7),所述传感器可与刀头(5.1)一起随动和可对应于刀头(5.1)相对移动。
4.按照上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,在刀头(5.1)上设置有一个容器(16),所述容器用于收集绝缘层屑、线缆屑和被切除掉的压接触点,和可与刀头(5.1)一起随动,和刀头(5.1)可对应于容器(16)相对移动。
5.按照权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,容器(16)的一个端面(5.4)设置在刀头(5.1)上和由传感器机壳(7.1)形成其另一个端面,在刀头(5.1)对应于容器(16)相对移动时一个端面(5.4)用于清除掉容器(16)内的收集物。
