发明内容

在操作中,头部限制器组件42相对于椅背组件14的角位是椅背组件14相对于座垫组件12的角位的函数。也就是说,当椅背组件14从图2和5所示的竖直就坐位置(沿图中顺时针方向)摆动倾斜至(向着图3所示的充分斜躺位置的)一个斜躺位置时,最初需要使头部限制器组件42(沿图中逆时针方向)相对于椅背摆动,更靠近乘员的头部以便进一步支承头部。
具体来说,当调节椅背组件14时,即,例如从图2和5所示的竖直就坐位置向图3所示的充分斜躺位置向后摆时,凸轮板72和连接于椅背组件14且随其运动的摇臂80迫使滚轮86沿凸轮槽74从第一端部76向第二端部78运行。如图4所示,凸轮槽74基本呈S形或正弦曲线形,因而当滚轮86沿凸轮槽74运行时,凸轮槽74首先在控制杆90上拉动以便转动杆臂88,使头部限制器组件42逆时针方向摆动。由于滚轮86和控制杆90的第一端部92固定在摇臂80上,因而凸轮槽74可控制控制杆90的运动,因此,控制杆臂88的运动。更具体来说,斜躺机构40的枢轴线43和装在固定的凸轮槽74内的滚轮86之间的径向距离R1的变化迫使滚轮86在椅背组件14的摇动过程中在控制杆90上进行推动或拉动,径向距离R1也可以被凸轮槽74的形状和曲率改变。例如,向着或接近于枢轴线43延伸的弯曲轮廓将缩短径向距离R1,拉动控制杆90,使头部限制器组件42向着椅背组件14的前表面38摆动,即,沿图中逆时针方向摆动。当椅背组件14趋近充分斜躺的位置时,凸轮槽74的曲线或斜度改变以增大径向距离R1,从而推动控制杆90和杆臂88,顺时针方向摆动头部限制器组件42,以便当椅背组件14基本与座垫组件12在一平面上时,基本与椅背组件14的前表面38齐平地对准。当椅背组件14从充分斜躺的位置返回到竖直的就坐位置时出现相反的运动。因此,机构70响应于椅背组件14的摆动,自动连续地调节头部限制器组件42相对于椅背的位置,使该位置最佳化。
