Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有径向胎体加强件的轮胎,更具体地,涉及这种轮胎的侧壁和/或胎圈。
法国专利FR2,699,121和FR2,716,645描述了一种具有径向胎体加强件的小H/S比的轮胎,其中H是轮胎在其轮辋上的高度,S是轮胎的最大轴向宽度,该轮胎用于安装到一个轮辋上,轮辋的至少一个轮辋座向着外侧倾斜并通过一个较小高度的突起部轴向向着外侧延伸。所述轮胎包括至少一个具有如下特征的胎圈:

如图所示的轴向外壁450是相对于轮辋的轴向最外端轴向地缩进,所述的这种类型的轮胎具有的特定特征在轮胎在城镇中行使时不能保护轮辋的轴向最外的金属元件免受路缘的袭击。所述问题通过改进胎圈的胎趾的轴向外部形状来解决,这种改进在目前情况下导致用合适质量的或大或小橡胶块或突出部覆盖轮辋的外部突出凸缘,胎圈的胎趾的外部轮廓的最大轴向宽度大于安装轮辋所占用的空间或最大轴向宽度。
尽管胎圈的所述轴向外突出部优选地保护轮辋的相应突起部,但另一方面,当轮胎在路缘上摩擦时它非常易于磨损,而且紧随着切伤和/或裂开的开始与扩展而撕裂,它也非常易于成为碎片。
本发明的目的在于使路缘对所述突出部的破坏的后果最小化。
为此,根据本发明,胎圈的轴向外突出部设置有细缝花纹,所述细缝花纹的宽度不为零、深度最大为5mm并且沿着周向相互平行地布置。
优选地,细缝花纹的宽度在0.5mm和5mm之间,并且它们相对于与它们相对应并且通过轮胎旋转轴线的径向平面倾斜。细缝花纹也优选地以1mm到5mm的间距沿周向地间隔开。
同时由于存在多个薄的橡胶件而使得突出部的外壁之间的滑动减小,显然,橡胶块的损坏扩展将由于所述橡胶件的存在而最小化,这又导致所引起的损坏的视觉效果非常明显地减弱。

如图1所示并且由申请人的法国专利2,699,121和2,716,645所述的胎圈包括一个通过绕着胎圈钢丝2卷绕而锚定在每个胎圈B中的胎体加强件1,胎体加强件轴向地从内侧到外侧形成一个翻转部分10。在图示情况下由织物缆索单一帘布层组成的所述胎体加强件中心部分的子午面轮廓线(以虚线表示)与胎圈钢丝2相切,并且切线TT’与平行于旋转轴线的直线成85°角度φ。胎体加强件1绕着带有涂层的胎圈钢丝2卷绕形成翻转部分10,翻转部分10完整地包围着布置在胎体加强件的锚定胎圈钢丝2轴向外侧的成形元件3的轮廓,所述成形元件3大体上成圆形的扇形体形式,它具有一个径向地位于胎圈钢丝2下方的顶点或中心A、起始于顶点A的两个侧边或半径31和32以及与顶点A相对的第三侧边30,径向外侧边或半径31与平行旋转轴线的直线成45°角度φ1,而径向内侧边或半径32与平行于旋转轴线的直线成15°角度φ2,并且轴向外侧地由大体上为圆形的侧边30完成的所述成形元件3是由在硫化状态邵尔硬度为94的橡胶混合物制成的。翻转部分10随后首先形成成形元件3的径向内侧边32,接着形成所述成形元件的轴向外侧边30和最后形成同一成形元件的径向外侧边31,接着再绕着胎圈钢丝2卷绕,所述翻转部分的端部径向地位于胎圈钢丝2上方。
涂有橡胶层20的胎圈钢丝2在径向外侧由邵尔硬度为37的橡胶混合物成形元件7覆盖。在成形元件3的径向外侧和所述成形元件7的轴向外侧布置着橡胶混合物第三成形元件6,成形元件6的橡胶混合物的邵尔硬度与成形元件7的邵尔硬度相同并且因此显著地小于成形元件3的橡胶混合物的硬度。
由于轮辋J的突出部41和胎圈B的侧壁450位于轴向外侧,不能提供防止由路缘导致的刮伤和冲击的保护作用。
图2显示了一个胎圈的轴向外部形状450,它已经被一定程度地修改和改进,使得所述胎圈具有一个突出部4,突出部轴向地延伸超过安装轮辋J的轴向外端。优选地为圆形外形的所述突出部4通过起一个阻尼缓冲器的作用来保护轮辋J。所述突出部4在其圆周上设置有宽度不为零而等于1.5mm的细缝花纹46(图3),细缝花纹46相对于通过细缝花纹46下端的径向平面P的轨迹成一个25°的角度δ倾斜。它们沿着周向大体上相互平行地以间距p布置,间距是在一个圆C上测定的两个相邻细缝花纹之间的周向距离,圆C是所有细缝花纹径向内端的迹线,间距p为4mm。

Claims (4)

1、一种具有径向胎体加强件(1)的小H/S比的轮胎,该轮胎用于安装到一个轮辋J上,轮辋J的至少一个轮辋座向着外侧倾斜并通过一个较小高度的突起部(41)轴向向着外侧延伸,并且该轮胎包括具有轴向内胎跟和轴向外胎趾的至少一个胎圈,所述胎圈具有一个轴向外突出部(4),其特征在于,所述突出部(4)具有比轮辋J所占据的空间大的最大轴向宽度,并且设置有细缝花纹(46),所述细缝花纹(46)的宽度不为零、深度最大为5mm并且沿着周向相互平行地布置。
2、如权利要求1所述轮胎,其特征在于,细缝花纹的宽度在0.5mm和5mm之间。
3、如权利要求1或2所述轮胎,其特征在于,细缝花纹相对于与它们相对应并且通过细缝花纹(46)下端的径向平面P倾斜。
4、如权利要求1或2所述轮胎,其特征在于,细缝花纹(46)沿周向相互平行地以3mm到5mm的间距布置。
