背景
传统的自行车座设计有凸形轮廓,使自行车座适合地位于具有一个在双腿交叉部分轻微缩拢的凸起的身体的坐骨粗隆(“坐骨”)之间。
现有的车座会使男性和女性骑车者产生与车座有关的麻木。这种麻木源自对***部的压力,该压力在骑车者进一步沉入到传统车座中时实际上会增加。
对于女性骑车者来说,耻骨联合部位较浅。坐在传统的自行车座上会将柔软的生殖器组织压在车座上而刺激生殖器。
对于男性骑车者来说,在身体的交叉区域包含有通往***的神经和***动脉。这些动脉携带着促使***的血流。坐在传统的自行车座上能增加***动脉中的压力、使血流降低。这种血流的降低可能会导致麻木,从而引起潜在的一些男性骑车者的阳痿。因此,希望设计一种具有消除了上述问题的结构的座。
发明的概述
本发明与一种自行车座有关,该自行车座具有基部;所述基部的前部向着具有槽口的后部变宽。该基部包括一刚性的框架和与所述框架连接的一第一层。用于将车座连接到自行车上的一个连接件连接在基部上。
根据本发明的另一方面,本发明包括一个弹性材料的第二层。此弹性材料的第二层位于前述框架和第一层之间,所述第二层比第一层材料致密以防止骑车者在框架上接触到底。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本发明包括一个凹槽。该凹槽的尺寸近似等于人体坐骨粗隆的尺寸,这样在内***动脉上的压力被降低了。

详细说明
已经描述了带有切口的一个自行车座。设计本自行车座的目的是降低由于作用在骑车者的两腿分叉区上的乘坐压力而产生的侧效应(sideeffects)。该车座减小了内***动脉上的压力,并防止血液流动减少而导致麻木和一些男性骑车者的阳痿。
图1表示一个自行车座的实施例的顶部透视图,该自行车座具有一个三角形槽口或凹槽。所述凹槽15由自行车座10的后部切出。所述车座有一个在框架20上的弹性材料层30。凹槽15的结构这样设计,使之与骨盆坐骨粗隆的解剖构造以自动矫正的方式配合,从而释放作用在***动脉上的压力。在自行车座的一个实施例中,凹槽15的内部开槽并被斜削。一个槽口被限定成一个V形的切口,该切口起始于车座的后部,并且向着车座10的前部延伸而变窄。通过斜削部分,一个由车座的顶部表面和凹槽的内部表面形成的角度被限定在小于90°的范围内。例如,凹槽15在后部的宽度大约为21/4英寸,向车座10内侧延伸到10英寸,并被斜削一个约60°的角度。这些尺寸可以被改变以适应不同尺寸的骨盆结构和所期望的使用。在另一个实施例中,槽口15被桥接,一刚性材料跨越并连接槽口15的一侧与另一侧。
在另一个实施例中,槽口15的开口可以具有各种不同的形状,例如矩形、椭圆形或双曲线形状。
图2表示自行车座10的一个实施例的剖视图。框架20由塑料或其它刚性材料如钛或铝制成。一个连接杆50连接在框架20的下侧、以便将车座10连接于一个车座支柱(未图示)。弹性层30在框架20的顶部。如本领域的技术人员所知,弹性层30可以由多种弹性材料例如聚氨酯泡沫或凝胶构成。
在另一个实施例中,在框架20和层30之间是另一弹性层40。层40粘结在层30上。层40由一种高弹性聚氨酯泡沫构成。所述泡沫的硬度计读数的范围是40-50个计示硬度单位。在其它实施例中,层30和40可以由另外的弹性材料构成,这些弹性材料对本领域的技术人员来说是众所周知的。
在另一个实施例中,层40由一种比层30致密的材料构成,其目的是为了防止骑车者在框架20上接触到底。所述接触到底是一种在重力下所述两层完全被压缩时发生的状态。这种状态导致骑车者不是被所述层支持着、而是实际上坐在框架上。
根据车座10的另一个实施例,其在框架20上只包含一层30。而在另一个实施例中,车座10在框架20上只包含一层40。
典型地,层30和40的厚度从近似1/16英寸变化到约1英寸。一外层35用于覆盖层30和40并且连接于框架20。外层35是一种合成材料。对于其它实施例,外层35可以由其它材料例如毛皮或织物构成。
图3表示车座10的另一个实施例,其具有一个从层30切割出的三角形空穴。在另一个实施例中,所述空穴可以是不同的形状,例如矩形、椭圆形、或双曲线形。所述空穴也可从或者层30、40或者两者和框架20切出。在其它实施例中,在车座10的后部也切割出一个空穴、形成一个如上所述的槽口。
切口的结构这样设计,使之以一种自动矫正的方式与骨盆的坐骨粗隆的解剖构造配合,其目的是释放***动脉的压力。一个成人的坐骨粗隆之间的距离在约2英寸到41/2英寸之间变化。切口足够大,从而在坐骨粗隆之间沿着***动脉的长度、在骨盆下方具有一个空间。在另一个实施例中,车座10的顶部表面几乎平坦。图4表示了一个切口的实施例中坐骨粗隆的顶视图。图5表示切口的一个实施例的后视图中坐骨粗隆的横截面图。
图6表示车座10的另一个实施例,其中在层30和40中的凹槽比框架20中的凹槽更向前延伸。在每一层中开出的槽口被斜削到一个比下层中更大的程度,这样层40比框架20更向前延伸,层30比层40更向前延伸。这种结构提供了阴囊空间,并能在整个泡沫层的压缩范围内均匀地支持使用者。当斜削层30和40压缩时,使用者的身体与车座更多的表面接触,从而增加了对使用者的支持。

Claims (18)
1.一种座,包括:

一个连接到所说基部的连接件。

一个刚性框架,以及
一个与所说框架连接的第一层。

所说第二层由一种弹性材料构成,其比所说第一层的弹性材料致密。

一个连接件;

10.一种座,包括:
