Abstract

一种物镜驱动装置,包括:底座;安装在底座上以形成磁路的永久磁铁和磁轭;固定于底座上并在其一侧设有电气端子的固定件;安装物镜并设有聚焦和跟踪线圈的可动支架;设置于可动支架侧部并且分别缠绕跟踪线圈和聚焦线圈导线的第一和第二突起;及支承可动支架的多个悬架。悬架电气连接聚焦线圈和跟踪线圈与相应的控制信号源,其一端固定于固定件上并与相应的电气端子电气连接而另一端与缠绕于第一和第二突起的导线的相应端电气连接。

Description

光学头单元的 物镜驱动装置
本发明涉及一种用于光学头单元的物镜驱动装置,特别是具有改进结构的用于光学头单元的物镜驱动装置,以便于安装控制信号源与聚焦和跟踪线圈之间的电连接。
通常,在使用诸如LD、CD或类似盘的光盘的光记录/复制装置中,光学头单元安装用于向盘面发射光束并检测从盘面反射的光束。光学头单元以二进制信号的形式检测从盘面反射的光束。为成功地复制记录的信息,聚焦于光盘上的光束应是准确的,并且聚焦的光束应准确地跟踪形成于光盘上的光道。通常,驱动物镜以沿光轴方向调整光束的聚焦位置称为聚焦,驱动物镜以沿径向调整光束的聚焦位置以使光束正确地跟踪光道称为跟踪。因此,光学头单元采用驱动物镜的装置以完成这样的聚焦和跟踪。
参照图1,示出了传统的物镜驱动装置,一支承物镜2的可动支架1由弹性悬架5支承,弹性悬架5从固定于底座4的固定件3延伸。一聚焦线圈6和一跟踪线圈7安装在可动支架1上。当控制电流通入聚焦线圈6或跟踪线圈7时,由聚焦线圈6或跟踪线圈7产生磁场。因此,该磁场与固定于底座4上的永久磁铁8a和磁轭8b的磁场相互作用,并且相应地,可动支架1垂直或水平移动。控制电流经由电路板9通入聚焦线圈6和跟踪线圈7。
但是,为装配具有上述结构的物镜驱动装置,由于电路板9装配在可动支架1上并且从聚焦线圈6和跟踪线圈7引出的导线5a和6a必须分别焊接到电路板9的接线部,因此其问题在于装配困难并难于实现装配工序自动化。
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种具有改进结构的物镜驱动装置,以便于装配控制信号源和聚焦与跟踪线圈之间的电连接。
因此,为实现上述目的,提供了一种物镜驱动装置,包括:一底座;一永久磁铁和一磁轭,安装于底座上以形成磁物;一固定件,固定于底座上并在一侧设有电气端子;一可动支架,其上安装一物镜并设有聚焦和跟踪线圈;第一和第二突起,形成于可动支架上并且其上分别环绕跟踪线圈和聚焦线圈的导线;及多个悬架,用于支承可动支架并分别电气连接聚焦线圈及跟踪线圈与控制信号源,各悬架的一端固定于固定件上并与相应的电气端子电连接,另一端与环绕于第一和第二突起的导线的相应端电连接。
此外,可动支架包括一第一可动支架,其上安装物镜和跟踪线圈并设有第一突起以缠绕跟踪线圈的导线;及一第二可动支架,其上安装聚焦线圈并装配到第一可动支架上,且设有第二突起以缠绕聚焦线圈的导线。
通过参考附图对本发明一优选实施例的详细描述,将会更清楚本发明的上述目的和优点,其中:
图1为示出光学头单元的传统物镜驱动装置的部分分解透视图;
图2为示出本发明光学头单元的物镜驱动装置的一实施例的部分分解透视图;
图3为示于图2的第一和第二可动支架的分解透视图。
参照图2,在本发明物镜驱动装置的优选实施例中,用于形成磁路的永久磁铁102和磁轭101固定于底座100上。在其一侧设有电气端子10a至10d的固定件10固定于底座100上,一第一可动支架12和一第二可动支架13由弹性悬架16支承,各弹性悬架的一端固定于固定件10上。
如图3所示,第一可动支架12和第二可动支架13可分离,并在装配时可由粘合剂粘接在一起。一物镜11安装在第一可动支架12上并且一跟踪线圈14也安装于第一可动支架12上。一聚焦线圈15安装在第二可动支架13上。
一对其上缠绕跟踪线圈14的导线14a的突起12a形成于第一可动支架12的两侧而一对其上缠绕聚焦线圈15的导线15a的突起13a形成于第二可动支架13的两侧。固定于固定件10的各悬架16的一端与相应的电气端子10a至10d电连接,而另一端焊接到导线14a和15a的相应端上,导线14a和15a分别缠绕第一和第二突起12a和13a。
标号20表示连接电气端子10a至10d与控制信号源(未示出)的线。
当装配具有上述结构的物镜驱动装置时,跟踪线圈14由传统的线圈缠绕机缠绕于安装物镜11的第一可动支架12的一部分,然后跟踪线圈14的导线14a缠绕于第一突起12a上。采用相似的方式,聚焦线圈15缠绕于第二可动支架13的一部分上而聚焦线圈15的导线缠绕于第二突起13a上。然后把第一和第二可动支架12和13粘接在一起。
接着在把各悬架16的一端固定到固定于底座100上的固定件10上后,另一端分别焊接到缠绕第一和第二突起12a和13a的导线14a和15a的相应端上。因此,通入电气端子10a至10d的电流可经由悬架16通入跟踪线圈14和聚焦线圈15。此外,第一和第二可动支架12和13由悬架16弹性支承,并相对固定件10水平和垂直移动。
在本发明物镜驱动装置的装配过程中,控制信号源与跟踪和聚焦线圈之间的电气连接可简便地完成。也就是说,不必如传统驱动装置一样把跟踪和聚焦线圈的导线焊接到电路板9的接线部上(参照图1),而只要把缠绕于第一和第二突起12a和13a的导线14a和15a分别焊接到悬架16的相邻部分就可以了。这一装配过程可由自动***代替手工人员完成。
此外,不必安装单独准备的用于电连接跟踪线圈和聚焦线圈与控制信号源的电路板9(参照图1)。

Claims (2)

1.一种物镜驱动装置,包括:一底座;一永久磁铁和一磁轭,安装在底座上以形成磁场;一固定件,固定在底座上;及一可动支架,其上安装物镜并设有聚焦和跟踪线圈;
其特征在于:
物镜驱动装置包括:
电气端子,设置于固定件一侧;
第一和第二突起,形成于可动支架上,其上分别缠绕跟踪线圈和聚焦线圈的导线;及
多个悬架,用于支承可动支架,并用于电气连接聚焦线圈和跟踪线圈与相应的控制信号源,各悬架的一端固定于固定件上并与相应的电气端子电气连接,而另一端与缠绕于第一和第二突起的导线的相应端电气连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的物镜驱动装置,其中可动支架包括:
一第一可动支架,其上安装物镜和跟踪线圈,并设有用于缠绕跟踪线圈的导线的第一突起;及
一第二可动支架,其上安装聚焦线圈,并与第一可动支架装配到一起,且设有用于缠绕聚焦线圈的导线的第二突起。
