本发明公开了一种机制灰渣、陶粒砼轻质隔墙板的生产方法,其生产过程如下:原料采用水泥、焦渣、陶粒、水和添加剂,按下述重量配比:水泥1份;焦渣1-1.5;陶粒0.8-1.2份 ; 水0.3-0.6份;添加料0.008-0.012份;计量后放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,经运料车运入挤压成型机内挤压成型后进行养护,养护时苫盖塑料布自然养护7天以上;养护好的隔墙板起板、检测、编号后入库。用本发明的生产的隔墙板,板材轻且薄,可降低建筑物自重,提高抗震能力,防水、防火、抗折、抗冲击性好,施工速度快,劳动强度低,减少工程投资,降低工程造价;本发明利用三废,既能达到废物利用的目的,又有利于保护环境,具有极高的经济效益和社会效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,具体说涉及一种利用机制陶粒、工业废渣做原料生产机制工业灰渣、陶粒砼轻质隔墙板的生产方法。
背景技术
目前市场上普遍应用的隔墙板材均采用焦渣和珍珠岩为原材料,以空心砌块组砌为主,其成本较高,重量约为每平方米80-120Kg,此类隔墙板施工成本较高,施工的劳动强度较大,整体性及使用功能较差,受季节性施工限制,不利于抗震设防,并且此类隔墙板材强度低,安装后板缝易开裂,可加工性差,墙板上不能钉,因而无法安装暖卫洁具等设备;。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种材质轻,抗震性能强,防水防火性能好,可加工性能强,成本低廉的机制灰渣、陶粒砼轻质隔墙板的生产方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
一种机制灰渣、陶粒砼轻质隔墙板的生产方法,其生产过程如下:
(1)、原料采用水泥、焦渣、陶粒、水和添加剂,按下述重量配比:
水泥1份  焦渣1-1.5  陶粒0.8-1.2份  水0.3-0.6份  添加料0.008-0.012份
所说的添加料为炉渣、粉煤灰;
(2)、将原料按重量百分比计量后放入搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌5分钟后使均匀,经运料车运入挤压成型机内挤压成型;
(3)、挤压成型后进行养护,养护时苫盖塑料布自然养护7天以上;
(4)、养护好的隔墙板起板、检测、编号后入库。
本发明原料的最佳重量配比为:水泥1份  焦渣1.3份  陶粒0.93份  水0.45份  添加料0.01份;
通过本方法生产的隔墙板,其物力力学性能如下:

本发明的优点为:
1、用本发明的生产方法生产的隔墙板,单位面积密度为65Kg/m2为同厚砖墙的1/4左右,所以墙体较轻;
2、本发明生产的隔墙板面平整,尺寸精确,2米靠尺检测平整度不超±1mm;
3、板材轻且薄,可降低建筑物自重,提高抗震能力,板表面可直接做各种装饰面,如直接刮大白刷涂料,刮腻子贴壁纸、瓷砖、弹涂等,保温隔音效果90mm板与红砖240mm厚等同,双面装饰厚度仅约5mm(不含瓷砖),可增大使用面积;
4、本发明生产的隔墙板为不燃板,有利于防火;
5、本发明生产的隔墙板防水性能好,遇水不降低强度;
6、该板的抗折、抗冲击性好;
7、该板的可加工性好,可锯、可钻、可钉,可安装暖卫洁具等设备,使用方便,适应性强,可做多种用途的墙体;
8、施工简便、可干法作业,施工速度快,劳动强度低,减少工程投资,降低工程造价,节水、节能、节省人力和起重设备;
9、板立面两侧分别为梯形榫头、榫槽接缝,便于施工;
10、与块材隔墙比较能有效的提高生产劳动效率,降低综合成本,不受季节限制,易于保证工程质量,增大使用面积;
11、本发明利用三废,既能达到废物利用的目的,又有利于保护环境,具有极高的经济效益和社会效益,是目前较理想的替代产品。
具体实施方式
一种机制灰渣、陶粒砼轻质隔墙板的生产方法,其生产过程如下:
(1)在每份水泥中按重量比加1.3份焦渣、0.93份陶粒、0.45份水、0.01份添加料,所说的添加料为炉渣、粉煤灰;每立方用量为:水泥300、焦渣、陶粒、水、添加料适量;
(2)、将原料按重量百分比计量后放入搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌5分钟后使其均匀,经运料车运入挤压成型机内挤压成型;
(3)、挤压成型后进行养护,养护时苫盖塑料布自然养护7天以上;
(4)、养护好的隔墙板起板、检测、编号后入库。

1、一种机制灰渣、陶粒砼轻质隔墙板的生产方法,其特征在于:其生产过程如下:
(1)、原料采用水泥、焦渣、陶粒、水和添加剂,按下述重量配比:
水泥1份  焦渣1-1.5  陶粒0.8-1.2份  水0.3-0.6份  添加料0.008-0.012份
所说的添加料为炉渣、粉煤灰;
(2)、将原料按重量百分比计量后放入搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌5分钟后使均匀,经运料车运入挤压成型机内挤压成型;
(3)、挤压成型后进行养护,养护时苫盖塑料布自然养护7天以上;
(4)、养护好的隔墙板起板、检测、编号后入库。
