Abstract
本发明提供一种复合环保防火墙板,其组份按重量份计包括镁铝复合胶凝材料50~80份,空心漂珠0~20份,膨胀蛭石2~20份,农作物秸秆、锯木粉及稻麦糠壳粉中的至少一种8~32份,粉煤灰5~20份,耐火剂2~8份,复合改性剂1~10份。该墙板具有优良的的耐火、隔声性能,强度高、不返卤、不泛霜、耐水、可锯、可钉,综合利用工农业废料,生产无三废产生,主要用于非承重隔墙。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑用墙板,特别是涉及一种复合环保防火墙板。
背景技术
目前,各种墙板已广泛用作建筑隔墙,中国专利CN1173475公开了一种轻质隔墙板,其组分由粉煤灰、氧化镁、氯化镁卤液、普通水泥和膨化发泡液组成,常温下需4~24小时才能固化,固化时间长,隔墙中间需预埋两层中碱玻璃网格布或钢丝网布,才能满足强度要求,固化脱模后还需整修飞毛,墙板采用PVC塑料管或钢管增强,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点,提供一种具有优良的的耐火、隔声性能,强度高、不返卤、不泛霜、耐水、可锯、可钉的复合环保防火墙板。
本发明复合环保防火墙板组份按重量份计包括镁铝复合胶凝材料50~80份,空心漂珠0~20份,膨胀蛭石2~20份,农作物秸杆、锯木粉及稻麦糠壳粉中的至少一种8~32份,粉煤灰5~20份,耐火剂2~8份,复合改性剂1~10份。其中,镁铝复合胶凝材料的组分按重量份计由轻烧氧化镁38~55份,卤液25~50份,铝酸盐水泥1~10份,滑石粉1~10份组成。耐火剂是氧化铝、硅灰、水玻璃中的一种或一种以上。复合改性剂是硼酸及其盐、磷酸及其盐、硫酸及其盐、不饱和树脂中的一种或一种以上、不饱和树脂为聚烯烃树脂,如8291不饱和聚脂树脂等。卤液由工业氯化镁与水按1∶1的比例配制而成,卤液中氯化镁含量大于43%。农作物秸杆、锯木粉、稻麦糠壳粉的细度为8~120目。
本发明复合环保防火墙板的优点在于无需加入中碱玻璃网格布或钢丝网布、以及增强管,由于加入复合改性剂和耐火剂常温下0.5~1.0小时即可脱模,生产效率高,成本低,强度及耐火性能好,耐火极限达3小时,抗弯破坏荷载达5000N以上,不返卤、不泛霜、耐水。主要用于建筑非承重墙。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
组分配比
镁铝复合胶凝材料 78kg
空心漂珠 10kg
膨胀蛭石 5kg
水稻秸杆(60目) 10kg
粉煤灰 5kg
硅灰 1kg
磷酸二氢钠 1kg
硼酸 1kg
其中,镁铝复合胶凝材料由轻烧氧化镁(Mgo>80%)40kg、卤液30kg、铝酸盐水泥3kg、滑石粉5kg搅拌混合均匀后制成。
将镁铝复合胶凝材料与空心漂珠、膨胀蛭石、水稻秸杆、粉煤灰、硅灰混合均匀后,加入磷酸二氢钠和硼酸搅拌混合,加水调节至可成型物料,浇注成型,养护7天,得本发明。其性能指标如表1所示。
实施例2:

镁铝复合胶凝材料 80kg
膨胀蛭石 5kg
小麦秸杆(60目) 15kg
粉煤灰 10kg
水玻璃 2kg
磷酸 1kg
硼酸 1kg
其中,镁铝复合胶凝材料由轻烧氧化镁(MgO>80%)45kg、卤液32kg、铝酸盐水泥2kg、滑石粉1kg搅拌混合均匀后制得。
将镁铝复合胶凝材料与膨胀蛭石、小麦秸杆、粉煤灰、水玻璃混合均匀后,加入磷酸和硼酸搅拌混合,加水调节至可成型物料,浇注成型,养护10天得本发明。其性能指标如表1所示。
实施例3:

镁铝复合胶凝材料 79kg
空心漂珠 5kg
膨胀蛭石 10kg
水稻秸杆(60目) 12kg
粉煤灰 5kg
氧化铝 1.5kg
磷酸铝 1kg
8291不饱和聚酯树脂 2kg
其中,镁铝复合胶凝材料由轻烧氧化镁(MgO>80%)42kg、卤液30kg、铝酸盐水泥5kg、滑石粉2kg搅拌混合均匀后制得。
将镁铝复合胶凝材料与空心漂珠、膨胀蛭石、水稻秸杆、粉煤灰、氧化铝混合均匀后,加入磷酸铝和8291不饱和聚酯树脂混合,加水调节至可成型物料,浇注成型,养护8天得本发明。其性能指标如表1所示。

Claims (4)
1、一种复合环保防火墙板,其特征在于组份按重量份计包括镁铝复合胶凝材料50~80份,空心漂珠0~20份,膨胀蛭石2~20份,农作物秸杆、锯木粉及稻麦糠壳粉中的至少一种8~32份,粉煤灰5~20份,耐火剂2~8份,复合改性剂1~10份,其中,耐火剂是氧化铝、硅灰、水玻璃中的一种或一种以上,复合改性剂是硼酸及其盐、磷酸及其盐、硫酸及其盐、不饱和树脂中的一种或一种以上。
2、如权利要求1所述的复合环保防火墙板,其特征在于镁铝复合胶凝材料的组分按重量份计由轻烧氧化镁38~55份,卤液25~50份,铝酸盐水泥1~10份,滑石粉1~10份组成。
3、如权利要求2所述的复合环保防火墙板,其特征在于卤液由工业氯化镁与水按1∶1的比例配制而成,卤液中氯化镁含量大于43%。
4、如权利要求1所述的复合环保防火墙板,其特征在于农作物秸杆、锯木粉、稻麦糠壳粉的细度为8~120目。
