Abstract
一种密封垫的制造方法,包括以下工序:S1:准备好原料橡胶和第一部件;第一部件包括基体和涂胶层,涂胶层附着于基体的上表面;基体的材料包括润滑材料;S2:将第一部件置于成型模具的内腔;成型模具包括上模,上模的第一主体面呈弧形,第一主体面至少部分构成成型模具的内腔的至少部分上壁面;成型模具还包括下模,下模的第二主体面呈弧形,第二主体面至少部分构成成型模具的内腔的至少部分下壁面;第一部件的涂胶层朝向上模;S3:将原料橡胶置于成型模具的内腔;S4:使置于成型模具的内腔的原料橡胶硫化,使原料橡胶与第一部件形成为一体;本申请还提供了一种模具,能够作为成型出同时兼顾密封性和减少相对运动件的摩擦力的密封垫的载体。
Description
本申请要求:2021年03月24日提交中国专利局、申请号为202110314327.6、发明名称为“密封垫的制造方法和模具”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及密封件制造技术领域,具体涉及一种密封垫的制造方法和模具。
密封垫作为密封件被广泛使用;密封垫的材料包括橡胶,通常,密封垫的密封作用主要是利用橡胶的弹性,在有些应用场景下,会有运动件相对密封垫运动,这样密封垫与运动件接触的表面之间会产生摩擦,进而有可能对运动件的运动造成影响,因此如何制造出能够同时兼顾密封性和减少相对运动件摩擦力的密封件以及对应该密封件的模具是需要考虑的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种密封垫的制造方法,能够制造出同时兼顾密封性和减少相对运动件的摩擦力的密封垫。
本申请的目的还在于提供一种模具,用于作为制造上述所述密封件的载体。
为实现上述目的,本申请的一种实施方式采用如下技术方案:
一种密封垫的制造方法,包括以下工序:
S1:准备好原料橡胶和第一部件;所述第一部件包括基体和涂胶层,所述涂胶层附着于所述基体的上表面;所述基体的材料包括润滑材料;
S2:将所述第一部件置于成型模具的内腔;所述成型模具包括上模,所述上模具有第一主体面,所述第一主体面呈弧形,所述第一主体面至少部分构成所述成型模具的内腔的至少部分上壁面;所述成型模具还包括下模,所述下模具有第二主体面,所述第二主体面呈弧形,所述第二主体面 至少部分构成所述成型模具的内腔的至少部分下壁面;所述第一部件的涂胶层朝向所述成型模具的上模;
S3:将所述原料橡胶置于所述成型模具的内腔;
S4:使置于所述成型模具的内腔的所述原料橡胶硫化,使所述原料橡胶与所述第一部件形成为一体。
一种模具,用于作为制造上述所述密封件的载体,所述模具包括下模和上模,所述下模和所述上模合模形成至少一个内腔,所述内腔包括容纳腔,所述容纳腔用于容置成型所述密封垫所需要的原材料;所述上模具有第一主体面,所述第一主体面呈弧形,所述第一主体面至少部分构成所述模具的内腔的至少部分上壁面;所述模具还包括下模,所述下模具有第二主体面,所述第二主体面呈弧形,所述第二主体面至少部分构成所述模具的内腔的至少部分下壁面。
在本申请所公开的密封垫的制造方法中,通过上述方式,一方面,硫化后的原料橡胶具有弹性,这样使得密封垫能够实现密封作用;另一方面,由于第一部件中的基体的材料包括润滑材料,这样有利于减小相对运动件的摩擦力;因此,通过上述密封垫的制造方法,能够制造出同时兼顾密封性和减少相对运动件的摩擦力的密封垫。
在本申请所公开的模具中,模具的上模具有第一主体面,第一主体面呈弧形,第一主体面至少部分构成模具的内腔的至少部分上壁面;模具还包括下模,下模具有第二主体面,第二主体面呈弧形,第二主体面至少部分构成模具的内腔的至少部分下壁面;这样一方面该模具能够作为制造上述密封垫的载体,另一方面通过该模具制造出的密封垫的主体呈弧形,从而能够提高制造出的密封件与实际使用状态的密封件的匹配度。
图1是本申请中密封垫的制造方法的第一种实施方式的流程示意图;

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本申请作进一步说明:
以下结合附图对本申请的具体实施方式进行详细说明。首先,需要说明的是,在本说明书中提到或可能提到的上、下、左、右、前、后、内侧、外侧、顶部、底部等方位用语是相对于对应附图中所示的构造进行定义的,它们是相对的概念,因此有可能会根据其所处不同位置、不同使用状态而进行相应地变化。所以,也不应当将这些或者其他的方位用语解释为限制性用语。
参见图1,图1为密封垫的制造方法的第一种实施方式;以下介绍密封垫制造方法的第一种实施方式。
参见图1,密封垫的制造方法,包括以下工序:
S1:准备原料橡胶和第一部件;第一部件包括基体和涂胶层,涂胶层附着于基体的上表面;基体的材料包括润滑材料;本实施例中,基体可以为塑料层,润滑材料可以主要为聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),当然,作为其他实施例,润滑材料也可以主要为少量全氟丙基全氟乙烯基醚与聚四氟乙烯的共聚物(PFA);
S2:将第一部件置于成型模具的内腔,成型模具包括上模,上模具有第一主体面,第一主体面呈弧形,第一主体面至少部分构成成型模具的内腔的上壁面;成型模具还包括下模,下模具有第二主体面,第二主体面呈弧形,第二主体面至少部分构成成型模具的内腔的下壁面;第一部件的基体的下表面与第二主体面接触,第一部件的涂胶层朝向成型模具的上模,也就是说,第一部件的涂胶层的上表面作为粘接面;本实施例中,第一部件的基体的下表面用于与外部运动件接触;
S3:将预设规格的原料橡胶置于成型模具的内腔,放置于成型模具的内腔的原料橡胶与第一部件的涂胶层接触;
S4:使置于所述成型模具的内腔的所述原料橡胶发生硫化,发生硫化的所述原料橡胶与所述第二主体面接触,发生硫化的所述原料橡胶与所述第一部件的涂胶层粘接为一体。
通过上述方式,一方面,发生硫化的所述原料橡胶具有弹性,这样使得密封垫能够实现密封作用;另一方面,由于第一部件中的基体的材料包括润滑材料,这样有利于减小相对运动件的摩擦力;因此,通过上述密封垫的制造方法,能够制造出同时兼顾密封性和减少相对运动件的摩擦力的密封垫。
以下将对上述各个工序进行进一步详细介绍。
参见图1,本实施例中,第一部件具有柔性,第一部件的厚度大于等于0.2mm小于等于0.6mm,譬如,第一部件的厚度可以为0.4mm或0.5mm等,本实施例中,若第一部件的厚度太厚可能影响密封,若第一部件的厚度太薄,在工序S4中,可能会容易褶皱变形;另外,这里需要说明的是本申请中所提及的数值可以是一个准确无误的数值,也可以是一个四舍五入的数值;另外,原料橡胶在第一部件所对应的覆盖面积小于等于第一部件的涂胶层的表面积。
参见图1,本实施例中,在工序S1中,基体的材料包括聚四氟乙烯,第一部件呈平直状。
在工序S1中,在对第一部件的基体进行涂胶之前,对第一部件的基体中用于涂胶的表面进行表面处理,具体地,可以是萘钠处理或者打磨等方式,这样有利于提高涂胶层与第一部件的基体之间的粘接力;涂胶层可以包括底胶层和面胶层,在基体的上表面先涂覆底胶层,待底胶层干燥后,再在底胶层表面涂覆面胶层并干燥面胶层,这里所说的“干燥”可以是自然空气干燥,也可以是辅助干燥,譬如烘干、风干等;本实施例中,通过涂覆底胶层使得粘接剂可以和第一部件的基体可靠粘接,通过涂覆面胶层使得干燥后的底胶层和硫化橡胶可靠粘接;本实施例中,底胶层和面胶层分别为不同型号的粘接剂,当然,作为其他实施方式,也可以只在基体的上表面涂覆一层胶,此时只对应一种型号的粘接剂。
在工序S3中,实现将预设规格的原料橡胶放置于成型模具的内腔的方法包括以下两种方式:第一种方式:将预设规格的原料橡胶放入成型模具 的料槽内,硫化机的压柱将料槽内的原料橡胶挤压入成型模具的内腔的进料口,进而通过成型模具的进料口使得原料橡胶挤压入成型模具的内腔。本实施方式中,将预设规格的原料橡胶放入成型模具的料槽前,成型模具的料槽具有一定的温度,该料槽的温度小于等于工序S4中的第一预设温度;这里用于将原料橡胶挤压入成型模具的内腔所对应的压力大于等于8MPa小于等于10Mpa。
第二种方式:将原料橡胶放入注塑机的机筒内,原料橡胶在注塑机的机筒内预加热至第二预设温度,第二预设温度小于等于第一预设温度,然后注塑机的螺杆将注塑机的机筒内的原料橡胶注入成型模具的浇口,进而通过成型模具的浇口使得原料橡胶注入至成型模具的内腔;待注入至成型模具的内腔的原料橡胶达到预设重量时,停止注入。当然,实现将预设规格的原料橡胶放置于成型模具的内腔的方法也可以是其他方式。
另外,在上述两种方式中,预设规格的原料橡胶是指预设重量的原料橡胶,当然,作为其他实施例,预设规格的原料橡胶也可以是指预设体积或预设容积或者预设大小的原料橡胶。
在工序S4中,定义所对应的硫化时间为第一预设时间,定义所对应的预设温度为第一预设温度,第一预设时间大于等于3min小于等于5min,第一预设温度大于等于170℃小于等于200℃。
在工序S4中,使置于成型模具的内腔的原料橡胶和第一部件的硫化温度保持在第一预设温度包括以下三种方式:第一种方式时,对成型模具的内腔的原料橡胶和第一部件进行加热,使之达到第一预设温度;第二种方式是:在原料橡胶和第一部件置于成型模具之前,成型模具的模腔已经达到第一预设温度;第三种方式是:在原料橡胶和第一部件置于成型模具之前,成型模具的模腔已经具有一定的温度,该温度小于第一预设温度,待原料橡胶和第一部件置于成型模具的模腔,再对成型模具的内腔的原料橡胶和第一部件进行加热,使之达到第一预设温度。
在工序S4中,还包括:至少一次排出成型模具的内腔中的气体;这样有利于防止在最终制造出的密封垫出现气孔。具体的操作可以包括以下几种方式:第一种方式:通过打开成型模具的上模和/或下模,使得成型模具的上模和下模之间具有缝隙,成型模具的内腔中的气体可以从上模和下模 之间的缝隙排出,待预设时间后再将成型模具的上模和下模闭合,这里打开成型模具的上模和/或下模用于排气的次数可以是一次或者一次以上,若打开成型模具的上模和/或下模用于排气的的次数为一次以上,可以根据时间或者注胶量对应设定次数;第二种方式:通过在外部加装排气阀,在成形模具上设置排气孔,排气孔与排气阀连通,通过排气阀对成形模具的内腔进行排气,这样就不需要打开成型模具的上模和/或下模,有利于节省制造时间;第三种方式:通过对成型模具的内腔进行抽真空。
参见图2,图2为密封垫的制造方法的第二种实施方式;以下将对密封垫制造方法的第二种实施方式进行详细介绍。
参见图2,本实施方式中,密封垫的制造方法,包括工序S1-工序S5,其中,工序S1-工序S4可参考第一种实施方式,在此就不一一赘述了。
参见图2,本实施方式中,密封垫的制造方法还包括以下工序:
S5:定义粘接为一体的发生硫化的所述原料橡胶与所述第一部件为中间体,将冷却后的中间体置于容器内,对置于容器的中间体进行加热;在第二预设时间内,使得置于容器内的中间体保持在第三预设温度下,从而使得中间体被二次硫化;第三预设温度小于第一预设温度;这里通过对中间体进行冷却有利于使得橡胶的分子运动变得相对稳定;这里的冷却方式可以是自然空气冷却,也可以是风冷或者水冷等其他方式。
在上述工序S5中,第二预设时间大于等于2h小于等于4h,第三预设温度大于等于140℃小于等于160℃;通过二次硫化有利于进一步改善橡胶的机械性能;当然,作为其他实施例,也可以不进行二次硫化,此时可以对应调整一次硫化的硫化时间、硫化温度等参数。参见图3,图3为密封垫的制造方法的第三种实施方式;以下将对密封垫制造方法的第三种实施方式进行详细介绍。
参见图3,本实施方式中,密封垫的制造方法,包括工序S1-工序S4、工序S6和工序S7,其中工序S1-工序S4可参考第一种实施方式,在此就不一一赘述了。
参见图3,本实施方式中,密封垫的制造方法还包括以下工序:
S6:去除密封垫多余的边料;
S7:在密封垫的预设位置上进行冲孔;本实施例中,密封垫包括多个 通孔,沿着密封垫的厚度方向,通孔贯穿设置,通过在密封垫的预设位置上进行冲孔,从而形成通孔。
本实施例中,是先进行工序S6,再进行工序S7;当然,作为其他实施方式,也可以是先进行工序S7,再进行工序S6。另外,本实施例中,密封垫的制造方法包括S6和S7两个工序,当然,作为其他实施方式,也可以只包括工序S6和工序S7的其中一个。
另外,在进行上述工序S6之前,也可以对经二次硫化的中间体进行冷却,这样有利于使得橡胶的分子运动变得相对稳定;这里的冷却方式可以是自然空气冷却,也可以是风冷或者水冷等其他方式。当然,作为其他实施方式,也可以在工序S6或工序S7之后进行冷却。
参见图4,图4为密封垫的制造方法的第四种实施方式;以下将对密封垫制造方法的第四种实施方式进行详细介绍。
参见图4,本实施方式中,密封垫的制造方法包括工序S1-工序S7,工序S1-工序S5可参考第二种实施方式,在此就不一一赘述了。
参见图4,本实施方式中,密封垫的制造方法还包括以下工序:
S6:去除密封垫多余的边料;
S7:在密封垫的预设位置上进行冲孔;本实施例中,密封垫包括多个通孔,沿着密封垫的厚度方向,通孔贯穿设置,通过在密封垫的预设位置上进行冲孔,从而形成通孔。
具体地,在工序S6中,将密封垫置于冲压装置,其中密封垫的橡胶层支撑于冲压下模并与冲压下模接触,第一部件面向冲压上模,通过冲压上模朝向冲压下模的冲压作用从而在所述密封垫的预设位置上形成通孔;形成通孔的密封垫在通孔的四周呈封闭状。
本实施例中,是先进行工序S6,再进行工序S7;当然,作为其他实施方式,也可以是先进行工序S7,再进行工序S6。另外,本实施例中,密封垫的制造方法包括S6和S7两个工序,当然,作为其他实施方式,也可以只包括工序S6和工序S7的其中一个。
另外,在进行上述工序S6之前,也可以对经二次硫化的中间体进行冷却,这样有利于使得橡胶的分子运动变得相对稳定;这里的冷却方式可以是自然空气冷却,也可以是风冷或者水冷等其他方式。当然,作为其他实 施方式,也可以在工序S6或工序S7之后进行冷却。
参见图5,图5示出了密封垫的制造方法的第四种实施方式所对应的实物示意图。
参见图5,经工序S1-工序S5后的第一产物1包括和原料橡胶粘接在一起的第一部件11和硫化成型后的原料橡胶12;当然,在第一种实施方式和第三种实施方式中的密封垫的制造方法,第一产物1也可以是经工序S1-工序S4产出的;第一产物1经上述工序S6后的产出为第二产物2;第二产物2经上述工序S7后的产出为最终的密封垫3。
参见图6,第一部件11的下表面包括主体面111和连接面112,连接面112连接通孔30在第一部件处所对应的侧壁,连接面112呈倾斜状,沿着密封垫3的厚度方向,通孔112在第一部件11处所对应的侧壁低于主体面111;这样有利于防止运动件运动时在通孔30的周壁发生刮擦进而影响运动件的运动;本实施例中,连接面112的成型是在工序S4中通过成形模具来形成。
本申请还公开了一种模具,用于作为工序S2、工序G1、工序S3、工序G1’、工序S4的载体,参见图7和图8,模具包括下模4和上模5,下模4和上模5合模形成至少一个内腔,内腔包括容纳腔,容纳腔用于容置成型密封垫所需要的原材料;上模5具有第一主体面51,第一主体面51呈弧形,第一主体面51至少部分构成模具的内腔的至少部分上壁面,模具还包括下模5,下模4具有第二主体面41,第二主体面41呈弧形,第二主体面41至少部分构成模具的内腔的至少部分下壁面;这里所述的“弧形”是指大致呈弧形;通过上述方式一方面该模具能够作为制造上述密封垫的载体,另一方面通过该模具制造出的密封垫的主体呈弧形,从而能够提高制造出的密封件与实际使用状态的密封件的匹配度。
参见图7,上模5还包括多个第一凸起部52和凹槽50,当然,作为其他实施方式,也可以只有一个或两个以上其他数量的第二凸起部和凹槽50;第一凸起部51自第一主体面51凸起设置,凹槽50自第一主体面51凹陷设置,凹槽50位于第一凸起部51的外侧;第一凸起部52具有第一斜面521,第一斜面521位于第一凸起部51的周侧,第一斜面521连接第一凸起部52的顶面和第一凸起部52的根部;将第一凸起部52的顶面向第一 凸起部52的根部正投影,第一凸起部52的顶面投影位于第一凸起部52的根部内;本实施例中,凹槽50包括第一凹槽501和第二凹槽502,第一凹槽501沿着上模5的长度方向设置,第二凹槽502沿着上模5的宽度方向设置,第一凹槽501和第二凹槽502纵横交错设置,本实施例中,第一凸起部52的四周设有第一凹槽501的部分和第二凹槽502的部分,第一凹槽501和第二凹槽502将第一凸起部52围绕设置。
参见图8,下模4还包括多个第二凸起部42,当然,作为其他实施方式,也可以只有一个或两个以上其他数量的第二凸起部;第二凸起部42自第二主体面41凸起设置,第二凸起部42具有第二斜面421,第二斜面421位于第二凸起部42的周侧,第二斜面421连接第二凸起部42的顶面和第二凸起部42的根部;将第二凸起部42的顶面向第二凸起部42的根部正投影,第二凸起部42的顶面投影位于第二凸起部42的根部内;这样使得在成型时能够在密封垫上形成图6所示的连接面112。
需要说明的是:以上实施例仅用于说明本申请而并非限制本申请所描述的技术方案,尽管本说明书参照上述的实施例对本申请已进行了详细的说明,但是,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,所属技术领域的技术人员仍然可以对本申请进行修改或者等同替换,而一切不脱离本申请的精神和范围的技术方案及其改进,均应涵盖在本申请的权利要求范围内。

- 一种密封垫的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下工序:S1:准备好原料橡胶和第一部件;所述第一部件包括基体和涂胶层,所述涂胶层附着于所述基体的上表面;所述基体的材料包括润滑材料;S2:将所述第一部件置于成型模具的内腔;所述成型模具包括上模,所述上模具有第一主体面,所述第一主体面呈弧形,所述第一主体面至少部分构成所述成型模具的内腔的至少部分上壁面;所述成型模具还包括下模,所述下模具有第二主体面,所述第二主体面呈弧形,所述第二主体面至少部分构成所述成型模具的内腔的至少部分下壁面;所述第一部件的涂胶层朝向所述成型模具的上模;S3:将所述原料橡胶置于所述成型模具的内腔;S4:使置于所述成型模具的内腔的所述原料橡胶硫化,使所述原料橡胶与所述第一部件形成为一体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的密封垫的制造方法,其特征在于:所述第一部件具有柔性,所述基体的材料包括聚四氟乙烯;所述第一部件的厚度大于等于0.2mm小于等于0.6mm。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的密封垫的制造方法,其特征在于:在工序S1中,在对所述基体进行涂胶之前,对所述基体中用于涂胶的表面进行表面处理;所述涂胶层包括底胶层和面胶层,在所述基体的上表面先涂覆所述底胶层,待所述底胶层干燥后,再在所述底胶层表面涂覆所述面胶层并干燥所述面胶层。
- 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的密封垫的制造方法,其特征在于:在工序S3中,实现将预设规格的所述原料橡胶置于所述成型模具的内腔的方法包括以下工序:将预设规格的所述原料橡胶块放入所述成型模具的料槽内,所述料槽与所述成型模具位于模具分隔壁不同侧,所述料槽与所述成型模具的内腔通过进料口连通,通过挤压工艺将所述原料橡胶通过所述进料口挤压入所述成型模具的内腔。
- 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的密封垫的制造方法,其特征在于:在工序S3中,实现将预设规格的所述原料橡胶放置于所述成型模具的内腔的方法包括以下工序:将所述原料橡胶放入注塑机的机筒内,所述原料橡 胶在所述注塑机的机筒内预加热至第二预设温度,所述第二预设温度小于等于所述第一预设温度,所述注塑机的螺杆将所述注塑机的机筒内的所述原料橡胶注入所述成型模具的内腔至预设规格。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的密封垫的制造方法,其特征在于:在工序S4中,定义所对应的硫化时间为第一预设时间,定义所对应的预设温度为第一预设温度,所述第一预设时间大于等于3min小于等于5min,所述第一预设温度大于等于170℃小于等于200℃。
- 根据权利要求6所述的密封垫的制造方法,其特征在于:所述密封垫的制造方法还包括以下工序:S5:定义粘接为一体的发生硫化的所述原料橡胶与所述第一部件为中间体,将冷却后的所述中间体置于容器,对置于容器的所述中间体进行加热;在第二预设时间内,使得置于容器内的所述中间体保持在第三预设温度下,从而使得所述中间体被二次硫化;所述第三预设温度小于所述第一预设温度。
- 根据权利要求7所述的密封垫的制造方法,其特征在于:在工序S6中,所述第二预设时间大于等于2h小于等于4h,所述第三预设温度大于等于140℃小于等于160℃。
- 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的密封垫的制造方法,其特征在于:在工序S4中,还包括:至少一次排出所述成型模具的内腔中的气体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的密封垫的制造方法,其特征在于:所述密封垫的制造方法还包括以下工序中的至少一个:S6:去除所述密封垫多余的边料;S7:在所述密封垫的预设位置上进行冲孔。
- 根据权利要求10所述的密封垫的制造方法,其特征在于:在工序S6中,将所述密封垫置于冲压装置,其中所述密封垫的橡胶层支撑于冲压下模并与所述冲压下模接触,所述第一部件面向冲压上模,通过所述冲压上模朝向所述冲压下模的冲压作用从而在所述密封垫的预设位置上形成通孔。
- 一种模具,用于作为权利要求1中工序S2、工序S3和工序S4的载体,所述模具包括下模和上模,所述下模和所述上模合模形成至少一个 内腔,所述内腔包括容纳腔,所述容纳腔用于容置成型所述密封垫所需要的原材料;所述上模具有第一主体面,所述第一主体面呈弧形,所述第一主体面至少部分构成所述模具的内腔的至少部分上壁面;所述模具还包括下模,所述下模具有第二主体面,所述第二主体面呈弧形,所述第二主体面至少部分构成所述模具的内腔的至少部分下壁面。

- 根据权利要求12或13所述的模具,其特征在于:所述下模还包括至少一个第二凸起部,所述第二凸起部自所述第二主体面凸起设置,所述第二凸起部具有第二斜面,所述第二斜面位于所述第二凸起部的周侧,所述第二斜面连接所述第二凸起部的顶面和所述第二凸起部的根部;将所述第二凸起部的顶面向所述第二凸起部的根部正投影,所述第二凸起部的顶面投影位于所述第二凸起部的根部内。
