Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种真空吸尘器,它具有一个壳体,壳体内设有电路,电风扇组件和灰尘容器腔,该腔设有一个开口,通过该开口可从腔内卸下灰尘容器,所述开口通常由一个盖封闭。
上述类型的真空吸尘器的电路通常包括不同类型的发热功率元件如启动电阻器或控制电机转速的三端双向可控硅开关元件。这些大量发热的功率元件通常紧靠电机风扇组件,在流向上看在设置在电机风扇组件之后。有时使用集成电路板,各元件一起装在集成电路板上以利于组装,例如可参阅EP365797。
上述布置意味着电气元件不能以有效的方式冷却,这是由于气流也用于冷却电机风扇组件的电机,因而在其到达电气元件前已被加热。由于真空吸尘器的电机功率已逐渐增大,因而必须加大功率元件冷却表面的面积,以便实现有效的冷却,以及使用高规格的元件,这就增加了成本。
为了有效地冷却真空吸尘器的功率元件,DE-A-4212643也提出将功率元件放置在风扇进气侧的冷气流中并借助导电件使元件与在气流方向看去设在风扇后的集成电路板相连接。SE 349 742中也描述了一种类似的布置,其中,热敏元件设置在靠近灰尘容器附近的传热板上。然而,上述布置的缺点在于元件的组装以及它们与其它电气设备的连接复杂。
JP 63-28671也提出真空吸尘器使用光传感器以便在真空吸尘器中正在使用的灰尘袋的类型,从而借此控制真空吸尘器的电机,使其在最佳状态下工作。传感器设置在属于放置灰尘袋的腔的盖中。然而这种布置与功率元件无关,而只是与一个放置在真空吸尘器中适当位置上的电气元件有关,只是为了阅读正在使用的灰尘袋类型。
本发明的目的是指出一种能够有效冷却发热元件,从而可以使用廉价元件的布置,另外这种布置也利用组装,这是由于在将盖安装在真空吸尘器上之前可以将电气元件作为一个单独的组件装在盖上的缘故。盖容易够到,在真空吸尘器中的位置使其可借助最小量的导线连接于其它电气元件。由于盖放置得靠近或包括真空吸尘器的软管所连接的套筒,因而也便于在设置于真空吸尘器的管柄上的遥控装置和真空吸尘器的电机之间形成电气连接。这种布置的优点在于相同的盖可以设置不同类型的真空吸尘器的不同电气元件。通过本发明的布置,通常本来由电气设备占据的电机风扇组件之后的空间可以用于过滤和降低噪音。上述优点可以借助具有在权利要求书中描述的特征的装置来实现。
现在对照以下附图描述本发明的实施例。
图1是设有本发明装置的真空吸尘器的垂直剖视图;
图2是穿过真空吸尘器的一部分的放大垂直剖视图。
真空吸尘器包括一个壳体10,其内有灰尘容器12的腔11,灰尘容器最好是可透气的纸袋。腔11通过过滤器13与设置在真空吸尘器后部15中的电机风扇组件14的进气侧连通。室11具有一个通常由盖17闭合的开口16,这个盖设有一个弯曲套筒18,软管20的端部19可连接于套筒18。靠近套筒18有一个套圈22的座21,套圈22是灰尘容器的一部分。座可摆动地支承在23处,并具有一个开口24。当盖处于其闭合位置时,套筒18的端部穿过开口24。盖17由铰链25支承,并借助密封件26与开口16的边缘密封。盖可以借助锁紧机构(未画出)固定在图1所示的闭合位置上。
最好是用塑料制成的盖17具有中空结构并具有外壁部27和内壁部28。在壁部27和28之间有一集成电路板29,放在从内壁部28向上延伸的支承件30上。集成电路板29是真空吸尘器电路的一部分,且设有不同的电气元件如用于操纵和控制真空吸尘器的压力检测装置、开关、指示装置和功率元件。集成电路板29的电路或上述元件连接于接触装置31和32。
接触装置31的设置使得,当软管20的端部19固定在套筒18上时,接触装置31与插头33接触,插头33通过导线(未画出)电气连接于管柄上布置的遥控装置,软管则固定在管柄上。
接触装置32穿过盖的后侧壁34,当盖闭合时,与接触板32接触,接触板32通过导线36连接于电机风扇组件14的电机,以及用于向真空吸尘器供电的导线(未画出)。当盖打开时,接触装置与接触板脱离接触,这就是说,不再向放置在盖中的电路部分供电。
内壁部28具有由格栅39盖住的开口37,格栅38可防止人员与格栅上方的电气部分接触。在开口37和集成电路板29之间有一个通过密封件40与集成电路板分开的管状壁39。一导热金属板41伸入壁39包围的区域,板41热连接于一个或多个发热功率元件,使热量易于传至金属板41。功率元件是三端双向可控硅开关元件、启动电阻器或其它类型的发热装置。
冷却布置以下述方式工作。由电机风扇组件14通过软管20吸入腔11中的空气进入灰尘容器12,在其中灰尘与空气分离。然后,空气流过容器壁及过滤器13进入电机风扇组件,空气再从那里通过真空吸尘器后端的通道逸入大气中。流过腔11的一部分空气在离开腔11之前也流过格栅38,这就是说,空气当经过金属板41时吸取从功率元件42传至金属板41的热量,从而有效地冷却了所述元件。试验表明,借助上述布置可实现显著降温。
Claims (6)
1.真空吸尘器,它包括一个设有电路,电机风扇组件(14)和灰尘容器(12)的腔(11)的壳体(10),所述腔设有一个开口(16),灰尘容器通过该开口可从所述腔取出,所述开口通常由一个盖(17)封闭,其特征在于:盖(17)设有一个传热表面(41),其连接于所述盖中的至少一个发热功率元件(42)。
2.如权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述功率元件是三端双向可控硅开关元件和/或启动电阻器。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述盖(17)设有相互离开一个距离设置的外壁部和内壁部(27,28),一个带有所述功率元件(42)的集成电路板放置在所述两壁部之间。
4.如前述任一项权利要求所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述盖设有可连接软管(20)的套筒(18)或类似装置。
5.如权利要求3所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述内壁部(28)设有一个与一室连通的进气开口(37),所述室至少部分是由传热表面(41)限定的。
6.如权利要求5所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:进气开口(37)由一个格栅(38)覆盖。
