本公开涉及一种托盘(pallet)。
背景技术
在搬运具有重量的制品时,进行下述操作,即:将所述制品搭载于木制的托盘,利用叉式起重机(fork lift)或手摇起重机(hand lift)与所述托盘一起搬运。
例如,日本专利特开2019-34780号公报中提出了一种使用纵梁桁的托盘,且提出了设法缓和托盘顶板的上下方向的冲击。
而且,日本专利特表平7-507029号公报中公开了一种纸制的托盘,其为具有上表面为宽幅且下表面为窄幅的截面形状的桁。
发明内容
近年来,为了提高积载效率或降低成本,要求将包装材料设为最小限度,使包装箱或托盘小型化。若使包装箱或托盘小型化,则支撑制品的脚轮等支撑部载置于支撑托盘顶板的垫脚(block)的正上方,可能无法吸收物流冲击而制品破损。而且,若为了小型化而减小垫脚,则垫脚的覆盖量变小,有可能产生散包而堆叠变困难。
本公开的目的在于提供一种与简单地小型化的情况相比改善了功能的托盘。
根据本公开的第一方案,提供一种托盘,包括:顶板,以长方形状扩展并搭载积载物;多个垫脚,配置于包含所述顶板的四个角落的多处,从下方支撑所述顶板;以及底板,以承载所述多个垫脚的方式配置,所述顶板包括长边和短边,所述多个垫脚中配置于所述顶板的角落的垫脚包括长边和短边,所述多个垫脚中配置于所述顶板的角落的垫脚的长边沿着所述顶板的短边配置。
根据本公开的第二方案,具有下述形状,即:以所述多个垫脚中配置于所述顶板的角落的垫脚的上表面的、沿着所述顶板的长边的方向的与所述顶板接触的宽度变窄的方式,将远离所述顶板的短边的一侧切缺。

根据本公开的第六方案,配置于所述顶板的短边方向两端的两个垫脚配置于下述位置,即:接近至无法在所述两个垫脚彼此之间***叉式起重机或手摇起重机的叉子的间隔。
(效果)
根据所述第一、第三、第四的各方案,例如与采用上下表面为正方形的垫脚的情况相比,物流冲击由顶板的弹性变形吸收。
根据所述第二方案,与采用不具有经切缺的形状的垫脚的情况相比,可使顶板更有效地弹性变形。
根据所述第五方案,与简单地小型化而无法***叉子的托盘相比,作为托盘的性能(performance)提高。
根据所述第六方案,与从短边侧也能***叉子的托盘相比,可维持从长边侧***叉子进行搬运等功能,并且构成小型的托盘。

图1的(A)及图1的(B)为以至达成本公开的一实施方式的、背景的说明图。
图1的(A)为与后述的实施方式比对的比较例。所述图1的(A)中,在木制的托盘1上放置有一点链线所示的制品2。在所述制品2的下部的四个角落安装有脚轮21(参照图2),在托盘1直接承载脚轮21。在所述制品2的周围配置有发泡苯乙烯等缓冲材料3,制品2和缓冲材料3由包装箱4覆盖。所述图1的(A)的情况下,配置有缓冲材料3,因而需要不仅可收容制品2而且还可收容缓冲材料3的、大的包装箱4。伴随于此,需要可承载所述大的包装箱4的尺寸的托盘1。所述图1的(A)所示的示例中,使用833mm×720mm的尺寸的托盘1。此托盘1包括沿托盘1的整个面扩展的矩形的顶板11、从下方支撑所述顶板11的垫脚12、及以承载所述垫脚12的方式配置的底板13。垫脚12配置于包含矩形的顶板11的四个角落的多处。
近年来,正研究包装材料的小型化。
图1的(B)为表示经小型化的图像的图。
所述图1的(B)中,示出尺寸较图1的(A)更小的包装箱4、及承载所述包装箱4的托盘1。与图1的(A)比对,所述图1的(B)所示的包装箱4为无需缓冲材料3而仅收容制品2的包装箱4。伴随于此,托盘1也小型化。所述图1的(B)所示的示例中,设为770mm×686mm的尺寸。
但是,托盘1并非简单地小型化便可,还产生伴随小型化的若干问题。
图2的(A)及图2的(B)为表示伴随小型化的一个问题的图。
图2的(A)表示使托盘简单地小型化的图像。若通过废弃缓冲材料3(参照图1的(A))等从而使包装箱4小型化或省略包装箱等,则伴随于此,承载所述经小型化的制品2的托盘1也可小型化。但是,即便使托盘1小型化,也并非使制品2小型化,而是安装于制品2的脚轮21载置于接近托盘1的角落的位置。因此,若使托盘1简单地小型化,则如图2的(A)所示,可能制品2的脚轮21载置于托盘1的与垫脚12重叠或接近的位置。
托盘1在顶板11的、不与垫脚12重叠的位置载置脚轮21,利用顶板11的挠曲来吸收物流冲击。因此,若如图2的(A)所示那样,脚轮21载置于与垫脚12重叠的位置,则物流冲击直接传至制品2,可能扰乱制品2的调整或引起破损。
图2的(B)为表示使托盘1小型化,且为了避免脚轮21载置于与垫脚12重叠的位置而使垫脚12的尺寸进一步小型化的图像。此时,在仅考虑上下方向的振动的情况下,通过顶板11的挠曲来吸收振动。但是,若垫脚12为小型,对顶板11施加水平方向的力时垫脚12倾倒而顶板11相对于底板13横向偏移,托盘1则有可能破损。若进行如图5的(A)所示那样的、将制品2与托盘1一起纵向堆积的堆叠,则有可能上段的制品2掉落,堆叠也变困难。

图3的(B-1)所示的托盘1是使图3的(A-1)的托盘1以与图3的(C-1)所示的实施方式的托盘的尺寸一致的方式小型化而成。所述图3的(B-1)所示的托盘1中,顶板11的长边111侧的两端的垫脚12彼此的间隙为560mm,顶板11的短边112侧的两端的垫脚12彼此的间隙为546mm。所述图3的(B-1)及图3的(B-2)所示的托盘1的情况下,无法从短边112侧***手摇起重机的宽度尺寸W=555mm的叉子。而且,从长边111侧虽为计算上可***的尺寸,但富余宽度过少,实质上***困难。因此,简单地小型化的图3的(B-1)及图3的(B-2)所示的托盘1的情况下,难以将承载于托盘1上的制品与托盘1一起搬送。
而且,图3的(B-1)所示的托盘1的情况下,如图3的(B-2)所示,脚轮21放置于紧邻垫脚12的位置。若忽视制品2的振动吸收的观点,则脚轮21优选与垫脚12重叠,但此时无法利用顶板11的挠曲来吸收所搭载的制品的上下方向的振动。而且,即便脚轮21离开垫脚12,也是若配置于紧邻垫脚12的位置,则有可能顶板11在垫脚12的边缘受到剪切。
图3的(C-1)所示的本实施方式的托盘1中,顶板11的尺寸与图3的(B-1)的托盘1相同,长边111为770mm,短边112为686mm。但是,所述图3的(C-1)及图3的(C-2)所示的托盘1的情况下,垫脚12配置成其长边121沿着顶板11的短边112的朝向。而且,以顶板11的长边111侧的两端的垫脚12彼此的间隙成为670mm的方式,使垫脚12的短边122的尺寸变窄。而且,将垫脚12的长边121的尺寸以必要程度扩宽,针对短边的方向,消除参照图2的(B)所说明的垫脚12倾倒的可能性或堆叠的困难性。而且,所述图3的(C-1)所示的本实施方式的托盘1的情况下,如图3的(C-2)所示,脚轮21放置于适当远离垫脚12的位置。
但是,所述图3的(C-1)及图3的(C-2)所示的托盘1无法从顶板11的短边112侧***叉子。通过设为可从顶板11的长边111侧***叉子,从而同时实现托盘1的小型化与货物整理。
图4的(A)至图4的(C)为表示本实施方式的托盘的图。
图4的(A)中,示出与图3的(C-1)同样的平面图。此平面图中,与图3的(C-1)同样地,以实线表示托盘1的顶板11,以虚线表示垫脚12。所述图4的(A)中,也示出安装于制品2(参照图1的(A))的下部的脚轮21。放置于本实施方式的托盘1上的制品相当中本公开所述的积载物的一例,安装于所述制品的下部的四个角落的脚轮21相当于本公开所述的支撑部的一例。
而且,图4的(B)为图4的(A)所示的圆R4的部分的放大图,图4的(C)为与图4的(B)相同的部分的侧面图。在图4的(B)、图4的(C)中,也示出托盘1的顶板11和垫脚12。进而,在图4的(B)中,也示出安装于制品下部的脚轮21。
此处,搭载于顶板11的制品为包括脚轮21的制品,所述脚轮21在所述制品的下部的四个角落支撑所述制品。另外,所述托盘1的、配置于顶板11的角落的垫脚12配置于下述位置,即:相较于最接近所述角落的脚轮21,更靠向顶板11的短边112而偏离。即,所述垫脚12位于较脚轮21更向短边112远离距离d1的位置。这样,所述托盘1将脚轮21承载于顶板11的、不与垫脚12重叠的位置,利用顶板11的挠曲来吸收所搭载的制品的上下方向的振动。
而且,所述托盘1的、配置于顶板11的角落的垫脚12具有下述形状,即:相较于搭载于所述顶板11的制品、最接近所述角落的脚轮21,延伸至沿顶板11的短边112方向更远离所述角落的位置。即,所述垫脚12在顶板11的短边112的延伸方向,具有下述形状,即:从顶板11的角落113延伸至较脚轮21更远离距离d2的位置。本实施方式中,通过将垫脚12设为沿短边方向延伸至满足所述情况的程度的形状,从而同时实现叉子的***、与垫脚12倾倒的可能性或堆叠的困难性的消除。
进而,此处所示的实施方式的托盘1的情况下,至少配置于顶板11的角落的垫脚12如图4的(C)所示,具有下述形状,即:以垫脚12的上表面123的、沿着顶板11的长边111的方向的与顶板11接触的宽度S较垫脚12的全宽T更窄的方式,将远离顶板11的短边112的一侧切缺。所述图4的(C)所示的示例中,在垫脚12形成有经切缺成锥状的形状的缺口部124。
由此,与未形成缺口部124的情况相比,脚轮21从垫脚12的与顶板11的接触部更适当地远离,更有效地运用顶板11的挠曲来吸收物流冲击。然而,若脚轮21过于远离垫脚12的与顶板11的接触部,则有可能顶板11过于挠曲而顶板11破裂,优选以下述方式规定顶板11或垫脚12的尺寸,即:脚轮21放置于从垫脚12的与顶板11的接触部适当远离的位置,也就是使倾倒或堆叠变良好并且防止顶板11的剪切或挠曲所致的、顶板11的破损的位置。
图5的(A)及图5的(B)为表示将承载有制品的状态的托盘堆叠两段的状态的、从顶板的长边111侧观看的正面图(A)及其局部放大图(B)。图5的(B)为图5的(A)所示的圆R5的部分的放大图。关于所述图5的(A)及图5的(B)所示的垫脚12,具有下述形状,即:以垫脚12的上表面123的、沿着顶板11的长边111的方向的与顶板11接触的宽度S较垫脚12的全宽T更窄的方式,将远离顶板11的短边112的一侧切缺。所述图5的(A)及图5的(B)所示的示例中,在垫脚12形成有阶梯状地低一阶的形状的缺口部124。这样,缺口部124的形状只要为与顶板11接触的宽度S较全宽T更窄的形状即可,其具体的切缺形状不限。
这样,通过在面向顶板11的一侧形成缺口部124,从而吸收上下的振动,另一方面,通过以垫脚12的全宽T接触底板13,从而消除垫脚12倾倒的可能性或堆叠的困难性。
图6的(A)及图6的(B)为表示垫脚的缺口部的区域的图。此处,图6的(A)为相当于所述实施方式的图4的(B)的局部放大图,图6的(B)为所述变形例的局部放大图。
图6的(A)所示的缺口部124遍及垫脚12的长度方向(顶板11的短边112的方向)的全长而形成。相对于此,图6的(B)所示的缺口部124形成于下述一部分,此一部分包含在垫脚12的长度方向(顶板11的短边112的方向)与脚轮21重叠的区域。缺口部124可如图6的(A)所示,遍及全长而形成,但即便如图6的(B)所示,缺口部124仅形成于与脚轮21重叠的区域等而形成于一部分区域,也有效地使脚轮21从垫脚12与顶板11的接触部适当远离。
Claims (6)
1.一种托盘,包括:
顶板,以长方形状扩展且搭载积载物;
多个垫脚,配置于包含所述顶板的四个角落的多处,从下方支撑所述顶板;以及
底板,以承载所述多个垫脚的方式配置,
所述顶板包括长边和短边,
所述多个垫脚中配置于所述顶板的角落的所述垫脚包括长边和短边,
所述多个垫脚中配置于所述顶板的角落的所述垫脚的所述长边沿着所述顶板的所述短边配置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其中,
具有下述形状:以所述多个垫脚中配置于所述顶板的角落的所述垫脚的上表面的、沿着所述顶板的所述长边的方向的与所述顶板接触的宽度变窄的方式,将远离所述顶板的所述短边的一侧切缺。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的托盘,其中,
搭载于所述顶板的所述积载物包括:支撑部,在所述积载物的下部的四个角落支撑所述积载物,且
配置于所述顶板的角落的所述垫脚配置于下述位置:相较于搭载于所述顶板的所述积载物的、最接近所述角落的所述支撑部,更靠向所述顶板的所述短边而偏离。
4.根据权利要求3所述的托盘,其中,
配置于所述顶板的角落的所述垫脚具有下述形状:相较于搭载于所述顶板的所述积载物的、最接近所述角落的所述支撑部,延伸至沿所述顶板的短边方向更远离所述角落的位置。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的托盘,其中,
配置于所述顶板的长边方向两端的两个所述垫脚空开能够在所述两个垫脚彼此之间***叉式起重机或手摇起重机的叉子的间隔而配置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的托盘,其中,
配置于所述顶板的短边方向两端的所述两个垫脚配置于下述位置:接近至无法在所述两个垫脚彼此之间***叉式起重机或手摇起重机的叉子的间隔。
