An illuminating lamp 114 is also fixed on the electric push rod 113. The device can work at night and can more clearly position the position of the submarine rubbish.
As shown in fig. 1, the floating platform 1 is provided with an electricity storage mechanism, the electricity storage mechanism comprises a solar power generation device 13, a wind power device 14 and an energy storage battery, the solar power generation device 13 and the wind power device 14 are respectively arranged on the floating platform 1, the solar power generation device 13 and the wind power device 14 are respectively connected with the energy storage battery, and the energy storage battery supplies power for the remote control mechanism 9, the feeding mechanism 6, the fishing mechanism 7 and the garbage disposal mechanism 8. The power is supplied to the whole device by adopting the modes of solar power generation, wind power generation and waste incineration power generation, so that the harmless treatment of marine waste is realized, and the comprehensive utilization and self-sufficiency of energy are realized. Through setting up energy storage battery, can guarantee that the device can travel on the sea by long distance, and long-time ground operation on the sea.

As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the floating arm mechanism 2 is an arc-shaped floating arm mechanism 2 formed by connecting a plurality of floating arm units, each floating arm unit comprises a floating arm support 21, an upper baffle 22, a lower balance block 23, a horizontal flange 24, a connecting plate 25 and a plurality of through holes 26, the horizontal flange 24 is arranged on each of the left side and the right side of the floating arm support 21, the upper baffle 22 and the lower balance block 23 are arranged on each of the upper side and the lower side of the floating arm support 21, the upper baffle 22 is provided with the plurality of through holes 26, the connecting plate 25 is provided with bolt holes, and the adjacent floating arm units are connected through bolts. Through the overhead gage 22 is provided with a plurality of through-holes 26, sea water and sea wind can pass through the through-holes 26 on the overhead gage 22, reduce the impact that the overhead gage 22 bore, reduce the risk of overturning. As shown in fig. 1, 8 and 9, the floating arm driving mechanism 12 includes a mounting plate 121, a servo motor 122, a first gear 123, a second gear 124 and a swing arm 125, the mounting plate 121 is disposed on the side of the floating platform 1, the servo motor 122 is disposed on the mounting plate 121, the first gear 123 is disposed on the output shaft of the servo motor 122, the first gear 123 is engaged with the second gear 124, the second gear 124 is movably connected to the mounting plate 121, the second gear 124 is disposed with the swing arm 125, and the swing arm 125 is connected to the floating arm mechanism 2. The servo motor 122 provides power, and the reciprocating motion of the floating arm mechanism 2 sweeping the sea surface is realized through the first gear 123, the second gear 124 and the rocker arm 125, so that garbage floating on the sea surface is gathered and is easy to salvage, and the device can realize garbage salvage operation in a small water area. The floating arm control mechanism can be arranged in a containing box, and the containing box is fixed on the floating platform 1 and plays a role in protecting the floating arm control mechanism.
As shown in fig. 1 and 10, the moment arm structure 72 includes a moment arm base 721, a first moment arm 722, a second moment arm 723, a first cylinder 724, a second cylinder 725, a third cylinder 726, a connecting rod 727 and a rocker 728, the moment arm base 721 is disposed on the electric rotating platform 73, the end of the moment arm 722 is connected to the moment arm base 721, the other end of the moment arm 722 is movably connected to the fishing claw 71 through the second moment arm 723, the middle of the moment arm 722 is movably connected to the moment arm base 721 through the first cylinder 724, the end of the moment arm 723 is movably connected to the first moment arm 722 through the second cylinder 725, the end of the moment arm 723 is further connected to the end of the third cylinder 726, and the other end of the third cylinder 726 is respectively movably connected to the fishing claw 71 through the connecting rod 727 and to the other end of the moment arm 723 through the rocker 728. The first force arm 722, the second force arm 723 and the connecting rod 727 are respectively moved by the extension and retraction of the first oil cylinder 724, the second oil cylinder 725 and the third oil cylinder 726, so that various actions of the fishing claw 71 at the end part of the connecting rod 727 in the fishing process are realized. Not only can collect floating garbage, but also can salvage and collect the heavier garbage, rod-shaped garbage and the like which are stored in a close range below the water surface.
