Abstract

Claims (8)
1. A method of operation for a self-service evidence-handling device, comprising:
acquiring voice information of a user;
comparing and analyzing the user voice with the voice of the preset keyword to obtain a similarity value;
judging whether the similarity value is larger than a first preset threshold value, if so, displaying the corresponding keywords;
acquiring voice judgment of a user side on keywords;
wherein: if the keywords are correct, the next step is carried out until the credentials are printed; if the keyword is wrong, returning to the previous step;
further comprises:
obtaining certificate information which needs to be transacted by a user according to preset keywords;
associating preset keywords with corresponding teaching videos;
judging whether the displayed keywords are confirmed to be correct, if so, playing the corresponding teaching video on a screen window end of the self-help certificate handling equipment;
further comprises:
acquiring relative temperature and humidity information in a self-help certificate handling area;
judging whether the relative temperature and humidity in the self-help evidence handling area is smaller than a fourth preset threshold value, and if not, triggering temperature and humidity warning;
and sending the temperature and humidity warning to a preset terminal for display.
2. The method of operation for a self-service evidence-handling device of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the front side illumination information of a user;
judging whether a user wears a mask or not in front, if not, triggering a warning, and if so, triggering a voice system;
sending the mask wearing warning to a screen window end of the self-help certificate handling equipment for display;
the voice system is used for receiving user voice and playing prompt voice of the self-service equipment.
3. The method of operation for a self-service evidence-handling device of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining required certificate handling material information according to certificate information handled by a user;
judging whether the certificate handling material contains a physical material or not, if so, triggering a disinfection prompt;
and placing the material in a preset disinfection area for disinfection treatment.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the sterilizing process is performed in a predetermined sterilizing area, further comprising:
acquiring time information of a material in a preset disinfection area;
judging whether the time of the physical material in a preset disinfection area is smaller than a second preset threshold value, if so, obtaining a short message of the disinfection time of the physical material;
and sending the short message of the sterilizing time of the material to a screen window end of the self-help certificate handling equipment for display.
5. The method of operation for a self-service evidence-handling device of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring historical voice information;
preprocessing the historical voice information to obtain a training sample;
inputting the training sample into a preset neural network model for training to obtain the accuracy of an output text;
judging whether the accuracy is greater than a third preset threshold, if so, stopping training to obtain the voice recognition neural network model.

An operating system for a self-service evidence handling device, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein an operating method program for the self-service evidence handling device is stored in the memory, and the operating method program for the self-service evidence handling device realizes the following steps when being executed by the processor:
acquiring voice information of a user;
comparing and analyzing the user voice with the voice of the preset keyword to obtain a similarity value;
judging whether the similarity value is larger than a first preset threshold value, if so, displaying the corresponding keywords;
acquiring voice judgment of a user side on keywords;
wherein: if the keywords are correct, the next step is carried out until the credentials are printed; if the keyword is wrong, returning to the previous step;
further comprises:
obtaining certificate information which needs to be transacted by a user according to preset keywords;
associating preset keywords with corresponding teaching videos;
judging whether the displayed keywords are confirmed to be correct, if so, playing the corresponding teaching video on a screen window end of the self-help certificate handling equipment;
further comprises:
acquiring relative temperature and humidity information in a self-help certificate handling area;
judging whether the relative temperature and humidity in the self-help evidence handling area is smaller than a fourth preset threshold value, and if not, triggering temperature and humidity warning;
and sending the temperature and humidity warning to a preset terminal for display.
7. The operating system for a self-service evidence-handling device of claim 6, further comprising:
acquiring the front side illumination information of a user;
judging whether a user wears a mask or not in front, if not, triggering a warning, and if so, triggering a voice system;
sending the mask wearing warning to a screen window end of the self-help certificate handling equipment for display;
the voice system is used for receiving user voice and playing prompt voice of the self-service equipment.
