The working principle is as follows: when the harmless solid-liquid separation device for kitchen waste is used, firstly, kitchen waste is poured into the device shell 1 from the waste feeding hole 3, the crushing motor 4 is started, the crushing motor 4 drives the crushing shaft 26 to rotate, the crushing cutter 25 crushes the kitchen waste, the kitchen waste is pretreated, and water in the kitchen waste is directly filtered through the primary screen 19 and enters the waste liquid treatment structure 10 through the liquid feeding pipe 8; secondly, the pretreated kitchen waste is discharged rightwards from the feeding plate 18 under the action of gravity and reaches the partition plate 901, the partition plate 901 is pressed to rotate rightwards under the action of gravity along with the increase of the quantity of the kitchen waste, at the moment, the piston head 904 on the telescopic rod 902 is pushed to slide in the sealing rod 903, so that the gas in the sealing rod 903 is pushed into the gas storage ball 906 through the gas pipe 905, the gas storage ball 906 expands outwards, the kitchen waste enters the upper part of the lower chain belt main body 20, the gas storage ball 906 contracts inwards along with the reduction of the quantity of the kitchen waste, the gas enters the sealing rod 903 and pushes the piston head 904 again to drive the sealing rod 903 to reset, and the quantitative feeding effect is achieved; then, the lower chain belt driving motor 16 and the upper chain belt driving motor 5 are simultaneously started to drive a group of transmission shafts 27 to rotate, so as to drive the outer chain wheel 11 to rotate, the chain belt engaged with the chain wheel 11 rotates, kitchen waste above the lower chain belt main body 20 moves rightwards, simultaneously, the transmission shaft 27 on the upper chain belt main body 12 close to the right side moves downwards under the driving of the adjusting cylinder 14, at the moment, the transmission ball 28 on the corresponding transmission shaft 27 rotates in the sliding groove 29, the distance between the lower chain belt main body 20 and the upper chain belt main body 12 is changed, so as to extrude the kitchen waste, in the process, teeth on the chain wheel 11 penetrate through the liquid seepage holes 13 on the chain belt, further grinding is carried out between the lower chain belt main body 20 and the upper chain belt main body 12, and the teeth can push out dregs clamped in the liquid seepage holes 13 upwards, so as to avoid the blockage of the liquid seepage holes 13, the air valves 7 communicated with the nozzles 23 on the front side and the rear side between the lower chain belt main body 20 and the upper chain belt main body 12 are synchronously started, and high-pressure air is synchronously sprayed to the kitchen waste on the upper surface of the lower chain belt main body 20, so that the surface air circulation speed of the kitchen waste can be increased, the kitchen waste can be air-dried, the water content of the kitchen waste is further reduced, and the extruded liquid can be discharged downwards through the liquid seepage holes 13 and enters the waste liquid treatment structure 10 through the intercepting screen 1007; then, the aeration disc 1002 is connected with electricity, the waste liquid is treated by the aeration disc 1002, so that the waste water is fully contacted with air, the peculiar smell in the waste liquid is removed, and the dehydrated kitchen garbage can move rightwards along with the rotation of the lower chain belt main body 20, slides rightwards on the discharging plate 17 under the action of gravity and falls into the garbage recycling bin 30; finally, after the kitchen waste is subjected to solid-liquid separation, the air valve 7 corresponding to the nozzle 23 above the upper chain belt main body 12 can be opened, high-pressure gas passes through the liquid seepage hole 13 through the nozzle 23 to clean the chain belt, bacteria are prevented from remaining on the surface of the chain belt, the water pump 1004 is simultaneously turned on, the water pump 1004 pumps waste liquid in the liquid storage tank 1001 into the water inlet pipe 1005, at the moment, the waste liquid needs to pass through the activated carbon adsorption plate 1003 for odor adsorption, the treated waste liquid flows out from the tail end of the water pipe 1005 and is in contact with the chain belt through the roller brush 1006, odor removal is performed on the whole chain belt, and the working principle of the harmless solid-liquid separation device for kitchen waste is the same.
