A propolis ethanol extract production apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the grinding assembly (40) comprises a second reciprocating member (44) connected with the second bevel gear (25), the end of the second reciprocating member (44) is connected with a mounting frame (43) extending from the top to the surface of the rolling plate (42), and the mounting frame (43) is connected with the rolling roller (41).

The propolis ethanol extract production device according to claim 6, wherein the second reciprocating member (44) comprises a first fixed shaft (442) connected above the second bevel gear (25), the first fixed shaft (442) is externally provided with a first gear (441), one side of the first gear (441) is engaged with a second gear (443), the second fixed shaft (444) is arranged at the axis of the second gear (443) in a penetrating manner, the top end of the first fixed shaft (442) is hinged with the top end of the second fixed shaft (444) through a second connecting rod (446), and the top end of the second fixed shaft (444) is hinged with the mounting frame (43) through the first connecting rod (445).
8. The propolis ethanol extract production apparatus according to claim 7, wherein a fan plate (45) is connected to the bottom end of the second fixed shaft (444).
9. The method for producing the propolis ethanol extract as claimed in claims 1 to 9, which comprises the steps of, step S10, drying the propolis ethanol mixture which has been extracted to remove foreign substances therefrom;
step S20, adding the dried materials into the outer shell (11) from the feed inlet (12) and concentrating the materials on the surface of the stripper plate (31); the inclined discharging plate (31) intermittently discharges the mixed materials into the surface of the rolling plate (42); s30, the rolling roller (41) rolls the falling material particles back and forth along the surface of the rolling plate (42) and pushes the material to the lower part of the rolling plate (42); s40, the fan plate (45) generates air flow, and powder staying on the surface of the rolling plate (42) is sucked below the rolling plate (42) and mixed uniformly.
