Abstract
一种旋转接头,具有两个可围绕一轴彼此相对转动的连接件,一与轴同心装在壳体中的凸轮环,该环有一条有空间曲率的曲线轨道,一个装在轴上的弹簧导引件,围绕导引件与轴同心安装的弹簧,沿轴径向安装并有其外周边以力传递方式处在轨道上的轴承的栓。为使接头有保证功能的重量补偿,又能经济地生产,壳体由两个连接件形成,导引件刚性接在第一连接件上,环安装在导引件上能轴向移动,第二连接件被锁住不能轴向移动,栓固定在第二连接件上。
Description
本发明涉及一种旋转接头,该接头带有两个可围绕一个轴彼此作相对转动的连接件;一个装在一个与该轴同心的壳体中的凸轮环,该凸轮环有一条具有空间曲率的曲线轨道;一个同心安装在该轴上的弹簧导引件;和沿该弹簧导引件与该轴同心安装的弹簧;借此,使沿该轴的径向安装的拴具有这样的轴承,这些轴承的外周边以不确定的力传递方式处于该曲线轨道上。
一种上述类型的有重量补偿(配重)的可转动安装的支承臂可从德国专利DE 3014283C2中了解到。在该装置中,定心地安装的弹簧导引件可发生移动。固定这些栓的推力垫圈可移动地安装在其上。该凸轮环以固定方式安装在该壳体中。在因上述悬挂装置的调整运动而导致的弹簧导引件的移动过程中,来自该弹簧导引件的较大的作用力必须通过栓传递到凸轮环上。然而该栓的轴承在这些情况下只能吸收较小的作用力,因此该装置所谋求的配重只能限制在一个相当小的重量上。该装置的制造费用十分昂贵,并且由于上述原因不适合用来补偿例如在卫生器材中发生的较大的重量。
在上述现有技术水平的基础上,本发明目的在于提供一种具有能保证确定功能的重量补偿的旋转接头,同时该接头能以其简单而紧凑的结构而经济地加工制造。
根据本发明,本文开头提出的旋转接头的特征在于该壳体基本上是由两个连接件构成,该轴与第一连接件刚性地连接,该凸轮环沿轴向可以移动但被固定成不能转动,第二连接件被锁紧而不能沿该轴的方向移动,该栓被固定在该第二连接件上。这种类型的结构的制造非常简单。运动零件的数目可以限制到最少,并且栓稳定地安装着,使得可以传递较大的力。该旋转接头具有较大的转动范围。需要克服的摩擦力较小并且该装置可以进行精确调整。由于该栓在两侧被夹固住,因而该栓的安装特别稳固。
该弹簧导引件最好由该轴形成。然而也可以用可想像到从外部导引该弹簧,即可以通过壳体来导引弹簧。该凸轮环可以方便地安装在该轴上。或者也可以把该凸轮环安装在壳体上。
如果把弹簧导引件做成圆柱形是有利的。此外把第二连接件轴向固定在轴上是方便的,更具体地说,它通过一个轴向的推力轴承被固定在该轴上。这种配置可使结构简化并且确保较小的摩擦力。
此外,该轴具有用来轴向导引该凸轮环的装置是有利的,具体的说该轴向导引装置可以做成一个与该凸轮环内圆周上的凹槽相啮合的圆柱销。这样就可以以一个简单方式确保该凸轮环不能转动。该轴可以方便地固定在一块止动板上,该板刚性地固定在该第一连接件上并且安置成与该轴基本上相垂直。此外安装在该栓上的轴承做成滚针(滚子)轴承会更加有利。
把该两个栓互相对置地平放着使得该两个栓相互之间的径向距离大于该推力轴承的直径,会导致一种有利的旋转接头结构因为该推力轴承可以配置在两栓之间,因而用这种方式可以减小旋转接头的尺寸。在另一个有利的结构中,该凸轮环具有两个终止挡供两栓中的每个栓使用,以便限定旋转运动并避免损坏该旋转接头。
当结合附图一起阅读时将能更好地更解本发明的上述概述以及下面对较佳实施例的详述。为说明本发明起见,在这些附图中示出了目前宁愿选取的几个实施例。但是应当指出,本发明并局限于图中所示的准确的结构布置和手段。在附图中:

图4是该旋转接头的凸轮环的侧视简图。
轴2被安装在与其相垂直地安置的止动板1上,该轴上装有弹簧3并且在轴向上成为圆柱形的弹簧导引件。弹簧3可以制成一连串的盘形或碟形弹簧,或一个螺旋弹簧,或者也可以是一种其他形状的弹簧。止动板1与第一连接件4刚性地相连接。该连接件4把弹簧3封装在其内部。凸轮环5装在轴2上并且被安装在轴2的凹槽中的圆柱销6锁住而不能转动。该凸轮环5有两个斜面,两个栓7在斜面上各自借助一个滚针轴承8加以导引。
栓7被紧密地放在第二连接件9的凹槽中,并且只要第二连接件9运动它就会围绕该轴运动。第二连接件9与第一连接件4相啮合。在第二连接件9的纵向轴线上有一个孔腔,轴2的末端由该孔导引。推力轴承10装在该末端上并且由装在该具有螺纹的轴2末端上的螺母11所锁紧。该推力轴承10安装在该第二连接件9的一个凹槽中。通过螺母11即可改变该弹簧的张力大小,因此该旋转接头只需作简单调整即可适应各种质量。
铰接的托架(附图中未示出)固定在两个连接件4、9上。这些铰接的托架可以例如做成一个灯(例如治疗灯)的支架和支臂架。
当第二连接件9相对于第一连接件4转动时,栓7就在凸轮环5的斜面上被导引。因此弹簧3就根据该转动方向的不同而拉紧或放松。
图1示出了该旋转接头的分解图,图2示出了通过该旋转接头的纵向剖面图。
图3示出了本发明的旋转接头的另一个实施例。该实施例与第一个实施例的主要区别在于栓7在第二连接件9中是两侧安装着的。该连接件9构造成一个壳体零件,该件在其开口一侧有一个环形空腔13,栓7借助滚针轴承8装在该空腔中。栓7在空腔13的两侧都被固定住。该环形空腔13包围着一个内腔14,在该内腔中,推力轴承10装在轴2的末端并且由螺母11锁紧。这样推力轴承10被设置在栓7之间。
第一连接件4和第二连接件9的末端相互面对形成了一个缆道12,当使用该旋转接头(例如当灯用)时,该缆道可用来穿过电缆。该第二实施例的优点在于一方面工作稳定,另一方面结构紧凑。除了别的原因之外,该稳定性的主要原因在于栓的两侧安装,而该紧凑的主要原因在于可在栓7之间放置推力轴承10的可能性。
图4中示意地示出了凸轮环5的侧视图。终点挡块16、17设置在该斜面15的两侧,以便限定转动的路程,避免损坏该旋转接头。
在本领域技术熟练的人可以理解,在不违背本发明的主要原理的情况下,他们完全可以对上述实施例作出修改。应当指出,本发明并不局限于上述已公开的具体实施例,本发明复盖在本发明权利要求书中所规定的精神和范围内对上述实施例所作出的各种变更。
Claims (13)
1.一种旋转接头,它包括可围绕轴(2)彼此作相对转动的第一和第二连接件(4,9);一个装在与该轴同心的壳体中的凸轮环(5),该凸轮环有一条具有空间曲率的曲线轨道;一个同心地安装在该轴上的弹簧导引件;沿着该弹簧导引件与该轴同心安装的弹簧(3);沿该轴的径向安装并且具有其外周边以力传递方式处在该曲线轨道上的轴承(8)的栓(7),其中,该壳体基本上由该第一和第二连接件(4,9)形成,该轴(2)刚性连接在该第一连接件(4)上,该凸轮环(5)可沿轴向移动但被固定成不能转动,该第二连接件(9)被锁紧不能沿该轴的方向运动,该栓(7)固定在该第二连接件(9)内。
2.如权利要求1中所述的旋转接头,其特征在于:该弹簧导引件是由轴(2)形成的。
3.如权利要求1中所述的旋转接头,其特征在于:该凸轮环(5)被安装在该轴(2)上。
4.如权利要求1中所述的旋转接头,其特征在于:该栓(7)在两侧上被安装。
5.如权利要求1中所述的旋转接头,其特征在于:该弹簧导引件具有圆柱形。
6.如权利要求1中所述的旋转接头,其特征在于:该第二连接件(9)被轴向锁紧在该轴(2)上。
7.如权利要求1中所述的旋转接头,其特征在于:该第二连接件(9)借助一个推力轴承(10)固定在该轴(2)上。
8.如权利要求3中所述的旋转接头,其特征在于:该轴(2)有用来轴向导引该凸轮环(5)的装置。
9.如权利要求8中所述的旋转接头,其特征在于:该轴向导引装置可以做成圆柱销(6),该圆柱销在该凸轮环(5)的一个内圆周上的凹槽中啮合。
10.如权利要求1中所述的旋转接头,其特征在于:该轴(2)固定在一个止动板(1)上,该板刚性地安装在该第一连接件(4)上并且被设置成基本上与该轴(2)垂直。
11.如权利要求1中所述的旋转接头,其特征在于:该轴承(8)可以作成滚针轴承。
12.如权利要求7中所述的旋转接头,其特征在于:两个栓(7)被互相对置的平放着,因此两个栓(7)相互之间的径向距离大于该推力轴承(10)的直径。
13.如权利要求12中所述的旋转接头,其特征在于:该凸轮环(5)具有两个用于挡住两个相应的栓(7)的终点挡块(16,17)。
