Abstract
本发明涉及纺织助剂技术领域,具体关于一种高效织物除油剂的制备方法;本发明的一种高效织物除油剂的制备方法,该除油剂消泡剂由含3‑巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷及乙二醇二烯丙基醚,以及丙烯酸六氟丁酯两步骤制备而成,特别适合在持续保持消泡、抑泡。具备较好的耐高温性、耐酸碱性、不漂浮、不漂油;可在很宽的温度范围内广泛用于各种恶劣体系的泡沫消去和抑泡。本发明具有除油效果极佳,对环境友好、环保的优点。

本发明涉及纺织助剂技术领域,尤其是一种高效织物除油剂的制备方法。
背景技术
早期使用的除油剂主要是去除化学纤维(涤纶、维纶、腈纶、锦纶和粘胶等纤维)上的纺丝过程中添加的油剂(即纺丝油剂)和织造过程中添加的油剂(助剂)。化学纤维上的纺丝油剂和织造加工过程中添加的助剂都是必须使用的助剂,因为化学纤维回潮率较低,介电常数较小,而摩擦系数较高,在纺丝和织造过程中连续不断的摩擦,会产生很大的静电,必须防止和消除静电的积累,同时赋予纤维以平滑和柔软的特性,使加工顺利进行,因此必须使用油剂(助剂)。
CN200910112365.2公开了一种织物同浴除油剂,涉及一种不仅适用于涤纶、锦纶、棉等织物的单独除油处理,而且特别适用于涤纶、锦纶等化纤织物的除油染色一浴法处理的织物同浴除油剂。提供一种在酸性条件下也具有良好除油效果的织物同浴除油剂及其应用。一种织物同浴除油剂,按质量百分比,其组成为:脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚10%~60%,烷基磺酸盐5%~40%,硫酸盐表面活性剂或/和磷酸酯盐表面活性剂10%~50%,余为水。所述的一种织物同浴除油剂可用于对涤纶、锦纶、棉等织物进行除油染色一浴法处理。
CN201611151986.8公开了一种织物表面矿物油污环保型清洗剂及其制备方法。其特征在于:该环保型清洗剂由重量分数为20-30份阴离子表面活性剂、30-50份非离子表面活性剂、5-10份助洗剂、0.1-0.5份防腐剂、0.05-0.08份香精、0.01-0.03份色素及重量分数为30-60份水组成;所述的阴离子表面活性剂为α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯、椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠中的一种;所述的非离子表面活性剂为RQ-225、异构醇与环氧乙烷缩合物、烷基糖苷中的两种;所述的助洗剂为氯化钠、碳酸氢钠;所述的防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。本发明采用环保型、无毒无害、易降解的表面活性剂为原料,产品完全达到环保要求;而且清洗过程操作简单,速度快,对矿物油污的清洗效果好。
CN201711115722.1公开了一种织物除油剂,具体涉及一种织物除油剂,所述织物除油剂包括如下重量份的原料:混合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-14%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-6%、脂肪醇嵌段聚醚4-7%、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2%、增溶剂8-10%、分散剂8-13%,水余量。本发明通过采用混合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇嵌段聚醚和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂,并结合增溶剂和分散剂,制得的织物除油剂用于前处理除油,精练等工序中,解决织物(尤其是氨纶)的除油问题,确保油滴不回沾织物及机器上。
以上发明以及现有专利所使用的除油剂的缺点是在前处理搅拌等作用下,容易产生大量的泡沫,起泡会影响其润滑、冷却效果。起泡增加气液接触,促进氧化,产生浮选作用,使成分混合不均匀因而使产品劣化,变质起泡会影响机器正常运转,油槽被泡沫充满并溢出,导致油面下降,使部件损坏,破坏均匀供应,影响操作的平稳。
发明内容
本发明针对现有工艺在前处理搅拌等作用下产生的大量泡沫,从而影响工序的处理进度,影响除油去污的效果,产生斑点等缺陷提出一种高效织物除油剂的制备方法。
一种高效织物除油剂的制备方法,其操作步骤为:
一种织物除油剂,包括以下质量百分比的各组份:脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚7%~30%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10%~20%;十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3%~8%;仲烷基磺酸钠5%~10%;乙二醇单丁醚1.5%;尿素1.5%;消泡剂0.2%;以去离子水补足剩余量。
进一步的,所述脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚选自棕榈酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚,椰油酸聚氧乙烯醚,硬脂酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚中的一种。
进一步的,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚选自12-14碳伯醇聚氧乙烯醚、12-14碳仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、支链化13碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚,AEO聚氧乙烯醚中的一种。

按质量份数,将20-28份3-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和17-22份乙二醇二烯丙基醚,150-200份白油,2.3-5.5份有机碱加入到反应釜中,通入氮气,然后在搅拌条件下,控制温度为60~78℃,保温0.5~1.5h;再加入2.2-4.5份丙烯酸六氟丁酯,1.2-3.5份引发剂,控制温度为80~95℃,保温1~4h;减压蒸去白油,即得所述消泡剂。

反应机理为:
本发明制得的消泡剂采用3-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和乙二醇二烯丙基醚,进行迈克尔加成反应,然后与丙烯酸六氟丁酯进行聚合,得到消泡剂。
技术效果为:
本发明得到的除油剂广泛应用于织物,除油效果极佳,对环境友好、环保。
除油剂消泡剂由含3-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷及乙二醇二烯丙基醚,以及丙烯酸六氟丁酯两步骤制备而成,特别适合在持续保持消泡、抑泡。具有较好的耐高温性、耐酸碱性、不漂浮、不漂油;可在很宽的温度范围内广泛用于各种恶劣体系的泡沫消去和抑泡。
织物除油剂对油污的可以明显提升去污力、除油剂毛效优良,适用于任何织物,在弱酸,中性及碱性介质中异样也能够发挥作用。同时也适用于人造毛纤维及其混纺,高效除油剂都能够将它们去除而并不需要提高无机溶剂的使用量。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对该发明作进一步说明:
一、除油剂去污力的测定方法
1 试剂和试样
1.1 除油剂试样;
1.2污布制作
称取炭黑(粒度在20μm左右)1.4克、液体石蜡6.0克、羊毛脂(油溶性)1.5克,置于研钵中研磨至完全溶解(均匀无细小颗粒),再用少量四氯化碳将研钵中炭黑等物全部冲洗至1000ml磨口玻璃瓶中,加适量四氯化碳至溶液净重800克(根据实际同比例缩放),摇匀即得污液,备用。
取适量污液置于轧车的工作槽中,将涤棉白布(经前处理的漂白布,经纬密32X32工业漂白布,涤︰棉=85︰15)在轧车上浸轧(一浸一轧,轧余率50%~70%)让其自然干燥,裁成6cmX6cm的正方形试片,即成污布,置干燥器中备用。

3 检测步骤
3.1 称样定容
准确称取除油剂试样0.5000g,移入1000ml容量瓶中,用去离子水稀释定容1000ml,摇匀。
3.2 污布洗涤
取100ml稀释液加入染杯中,将测好白度的污布做好记号放入染杯中(每杯一条),拧紧盖子。在染样机上以2.5℃/min的速度升温至100℃,保温洗涤30分钟,以3.0℃/min的速度降温至60℃。
3.3 烘干定型
取出布样,清洗,脱水,置定型机中100℃~105℃烘干定型6分钟,取出遮光冷却20min。
3.4 结果计算
用全自动白度仪测白度,计算除油剂的去污力。
试样的去污力,数值以%表示,按公式(1)计算

二、除油剂毛效测定方法
1 试剂和试样
1.1 除油剂试样;
1.2 布样,取经向30cm、纬向5cm的布条,在离布条一端1cm处沿纬向用铅笔作一水平线,并在此处末端沿纬向穿一根约重2 g的短玻璃棒作重荷。
2 仪器设备
2.1 实验室红外线小样机;
2.2 实验室小型定型机;
2.3 毛细管效应测定装置;
2.4 电子天平,感量0.0001g。
3 检测步骤
3.1 样布洗涤
称取除油剂试样4.00g,移入1000ml容量瓶中,用去离子水稀释定容1000ml,摇匀。
取100ml稀释液加入染杯中,再加入1g10%氢氧化钠溶液,摇匀。将做好记号布样放入染杯中(每杯一条),拧紧盖子,每个样品做两个平衡样。在染样机上以2.5℃/min的速度升温至100℃,保温洗涤30分钟,以3.0℃/min的速度降温至60℃。
取出布样,清洗,脱水,置定型机中100℃~105℃烘干定型6分钟,自然冷却至室温。
3.2 毛效测定
将毛细管效应测定装置安装好并调整水平。在座盘上放上盛液槽,槽内加入蒸馏水,调节液面与标尺读数零点对齐,然后升高横架,把试样布条固定上,使其下端的铅笔线正好与标尺的读数零点对齐。就横架连同标尺及试样一起下降,直到标尺读数零点与水平面接触为止。记录经5min和30 min时液体沿经向上升的高度(cm)。如果液体上升高度参差不齐,应读取最低值,并取两条试样读数的平均值。

由表1,表2可以看出,本申请的优选实施例1~5中加入一种高效织物除油剂的制备方法可以明显提升去污力、除油剂毛效,是一种高效环保的织物除油剂。
