Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an acid dye dyeing auxiliary and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of textile materials.
Background
The dyeing process is a process of dyeing a fibrous material with a color by means of physicochemical or chemical bonding of the dye to the fiber or by chemically forming the dye on the fiber to render the entire textile as a colored object. The acid dye is a dye with an acid group on the structure, is used for dyeing in an acid medium, and is mainly used for dyeing wool, silk, chinlon and the like. The acid red GR has high affinity to fabrics, can be dyed on silk in weak acid medium, has deep color and high color fastness, but has poor color uniformity, and needs to be added with a surfactant to slow down the dyeing rate so as to achieve the effect of leveling. Meanwhile, certain hydrophobic impurities exist on the surfaces of silk and other protein fabrics, so that the dye cannot be uniformly distributed on the fabrics.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an acid dye dyeing auxiliary and a preparation method thereof, wherein the acid dye dyeing auxiliary can improve the dye uptake and the dyeing fastness of dyes and improve the dyeing quality.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: an acid dye dyeing auxiliary agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of rhamnolipid, 10-30 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 2-8 parts of triethanolamine, 2-8 parts of acetic acid and 10-30 parts of caprolactam.
Rhamnolipids consist of one or two rhamnose molecules covalently with one or two beta-hydroxy fatty acids. The murine Li Tangyuan group and ionized carboxyl groups make the molecule have stronger hydrophilicity, while the beta-hydroxydecanoyl-beta-hydroxydecanoyl ester is a nonpolar group, so that the rhamnolipid molecule has lipophilicity. The carboxyl groups with negative electricity in rhamnolipid can be combined with positively charged dyeing bases on silk fabrics in an electrostatic manner, the dyeing bases on fibers are preempted, the combination of the dye and the fibers is hindered, and the dyeing of the dye is delayed. In the dyeing process, rhamnolipid is combined with the fiber quickly, but the binding force is not strong by dye molecules, and along with the rise of the dyeing bath temperature, the dye gradually replaces the rhamnolipid from the fiber, so that the dye occupies a dyeing seat finally, and the dyeing purpose is achieved.
The fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether forms a surface film on the surface of the fiber, and the film can control the adsorption of the dye on the surface of the fiber, promote the transfer dyeing effect of the dye on the surface of the fiber and promote uniform adsorption. The rhamnolipid and the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether are compounded, and the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether can enhance the interaction with anionic acid dye, so as to play a role in preventing the dye from rapidly dyeing the fiber.
The triethanolamine contains more hydroxyl and amino groups, can be combined with the dye to break the intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds of the dye, and is favorable for dissolving the dye. The triethanolamine and acetic acid are compounded into a buffer solution, so that the pH value of the acid dye can be well regulated, and the acid dye is more uniformly colored.
Caprolactam is used as one of the auxiliaries, on the one hand, to better dissolve the dye, to better bind the dye to the fibers, and on the other hand to allow stable mixing of the triethanolamine in this formulation.
As a preferred embodiment of the acid dye dyeing auxiliary of the present invention, the acid dye dyeing auxiliary comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of rhamnolipid, 15-25 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 3-6 parts of triethanolamine, 3-6 parts of acetic acid and 15-35 parts of caprolactam. Under the above proportion, the acid dye dyeing auxiliary has better effect of improving dye uptake and dyeing fastness.
As a preferred embodiment of the acid dye dyeing auxiliary of the present invention, the acid dye dyeing auxiliary comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of rhamnolipid, 20 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 5 parts of triethanolamine, 5 parts of acetic acid and 20 parts of caprolactam. With the above proportion, the acid dye dyeing auxiliary has the best effect of improving the dye uptake and the dyeing fastness of the dye.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a method for preparing an acid dye dyeing auxiliary, comprising the following steps:
(1) Adding triethanolamine and acetic acid into a solvent, stirring uniformly, adding fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, stirring until the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is completely dissolved, and defoaming to obtain a mixed solution 1;
(2) Adding caprolactam into a solvent, uniformly stirring, adding rhamnolipid, uniformly stirring until the rhamnolipid is completely dissolved, and defoaming to obtain a mixed solution 2;
(3) And (3) adding the mixed solution 1 obtained in the step (1) into the mixed solution 2 obtained in the step (2) under the stirring state, and uniformly stirring to obtain the acid dye dyeing auxiliary.
Preferably, the stirring speed in the step (1) is 1200-1500rpm/min.
Preferably, the stirring speed in the step (2) is 900-1200rpm/min.
Preferably, the stirring speed in the step (2) is 500-800rpm/min.
Preferably, the solvent is water.
The stirring speed in the preparation process has a certain influence on the performance of the acid dye dyeing auxiliary, the synthesis speed of the mixed solution 1 is highest, the synthesis speed of the mixed solution 2 is centered, and the synthesis speed of the acid dye dyeing auxiliary is smallest. The rotating speed is reduced step by step in the preparation process, the synthetic rotating speed is too high, the stability of the acid dye dyeing auxiliary agent is poor, and the acid dye is not colored; the synthetic rotating speed is too small, the dispersing effect is not achieved, the components in the auxiliary agent are not uniformly dispersed, and the dye uptake and the dyeing fastness of the acid dye are affected.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the acid dye dyeing auxiliary agent disclosed by the invention contains various components, is added into acid dye, improves dyeing rate and color fastness, has excellent color reproducibility, has universality of dye, has more complete color spectrum, and has no damage to fiber quality.
