Abstract
The invention discloses a disperse blue-black dye mixture, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the color of the disperse blue-black dye mixture is blue-deep blue, navy blue and black, and the disperse blue-black dye mixture comprises a component A, a component B, a component C, a component D and an auxiliary agent thereof, wherein the mass percentages of the colors in the mixture are different according to the different colors, and the disperse blue-black dye mixture mainly comprises 10-90% of the component A, 1-20% of the component B, 1-50% of the component C, 0-30% of the component D and the auxiliary agent. The dye mixture related by the invention is mainly used for dyeing and printing polyester fibers and fabrics thereof and blended fabrics, and has higher wet processing fastness in dyeing and printing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disperse dyes, relates to a dye mixture and a preparation method thereof, and more particularly relates to a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the increase of environmental protection requirements, the sewage treatment pressure of a printing and dyeing plant is further increased, and a manager of the printing and dyeing plant hopes to reduce the washing color depth of dyed fabrics as much as possible so as to achieve smaller sewage treatment pressure, and the simply treated reclaimed water can be recycled into the dyeing process. The reclaimed water recycling reduces the waste of water resources on one hand, improves the running efficiency of water, and directly reduces the cost pressure of a printing and dyeing mill on the other hand.
With the great challenges of dye suppliers in the process of product marketing, customers not only require products to have certain environmental protection, but also require products to have higher economy in the process of use. In recent two years, dye requirements with high washing effect are put forward in domestic and foreign markets, the dyed fabrics after soaping or washing are required to have consistent or similar color difference grades, and the soaping or washing base water is required to have certain color requirements, namely the residual dye amount in the soaping or washing liquid is required to be as small as possible, and the level of clarity and transparency is required to be achieved. Especially in medium and dark color products, the market is increasingly favoured with dye varieties having high washing fastness and low washing liquor concentration.
When the disperse dye is dark, the textile with larger dye consumption can obtain darker color, and after the dark dye is dyed, the surface of the textile can carry more floating color due to the larger dye consumption, thereby bringing a certain influence to the cleaning and using processes. The washing fastness of the common dark textile is poor in the use process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a disperse blue-to-black dye mixture, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the color of the dye mixture covers the middle and deep color systems such as blue, deep blue, navy blue, black and the like, is suitable for dyeing and printing polyester knitted fabrics, woven fabrics and blended fabrics thereof, can ensure that the textiles obtain better washing fastness on the premise of not reducing other fastness indexes, and can be blended into new dyes with good application performance, and the dyes have good sublimation fastness.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the dye mixture is blue, navy or black in color.

2) The dye mixture can be spliced into a new dye with good application performance, and the dye has good sublimation fastness;
3) After the dye mixture is used for dyeing, the textile has higher dry and wet friction fastness, excellent perspiration fastness and good washing fastness, and is suitable for dip dyeing, hot melt dyeing and printing of terylene and blended fabrics thereof;
4) Benzyl or benzoyl chloride groups are introduced into the dye structure, so that the affinity of the dye and fibers is improved, the washing fastness of the dye is improved, the production cost of the dye is reduced, and the price is lower than that of commercial dye with high washing fastness.
