Abstract
The invention provides an orange disperse dye mixture with high washing fastness, which belongs to the technical field of disperse dyes and comprises a dye A, a dye B and an auxiliary agent, wherein the dye A is a compound shown in a formula (I), and the dye B is a compound shown in a formula (II). Aiming at the problem of low washing fastness of orange dyes in the prior art, the invention provides an orange disperse dye mixture with simple preparation process and higher washing fastness, and can better improve the dyeing and printing quality of polyester fabrics.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disperse dyes, and particularly relates to an orange disperse dye mixture with high washing fastness.
Background
Most of the dyes used at present have the problem of poor color fastness, particularly the washing fastness is as high as less than 4 grades. The reason for the low washing fastness mainly includes two aspects, on one hand, during the dyeing process of the dye, part of the dye can not enter the interior of the fabric and can only be adsorbed on the surface, the dye on the surface is called as floating color, the floating color treatment is not clean, other fabrics are easy to be stained in the subsequent washing process, and on the other hand, even if a small amount of dye enters the interior of the dye, the dye can be pulled out and adsorbed on the surface of the fabric under the action of detergent and temperature.
The fastness of the dye can be judged by a solubility parameter sigma, and for polyester fabrics, the closer the solubility parameter of the dye is to that of the polyester, the better the fastness is. The orange dye in the market is formed by blending Br-19 and Y-246, wherein the Br-19 and the Y-246 are respectively compounds shown in the following formulas (III) and (IV).
Although the Br-19 structure has ester groups and the Y-246 structure has hydroxyl groups, the ester groups are easy to form-CH in the alkali washing treatment process after dyeing2CH2COONa and hydroxyl are easy to form sodium phenolate and easy to wash out, but the fixation fastness is not good, because the solubility parameter sigma of terylene is 10.8, the dye has good fastness when the solubility parameter sigma of the dye is within 10.8 +/-0.5, the solubility parameters of Br-19 and Y-246 are respectively 10.09 and 12.78, the difference with the solubility parameter sigma of terylene is large, and the hydroxyl is easy to be extracted by a detergent in the washing process to reduce the washing fastness.
Therefore, an orange disperse dye mixture capable of solving the high washing fastness of the existing problems is urgently needed.

The invention aims to provide an orange disperse dye mixture with simple preparation process and high washing fastness aiming at the problem of poor dyeing fastness of dyes in the prior art.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the orange disperse dye mixture has high washing fastness, because the solubility parameters of the dye A and the dye B are closer to the solubility parameters of terylene than Br-19 and Y-246, the binding force with the fabric is larger, the dye A and the dye B are not easy to be extracted from the fabric by detergent in washing, in addition, the structures of the dye A and the dye B contain ester groups and benzene rings contain-Cl, and during the flooding alkali treatment after dyeing, the dye A and the dye B are easy to form-CH2CH2COONa and sodium phenolate cause the color on the fabric to be easy to wash away, thus both contribute to improving the washing fastness of the dye.
Detailed Description
Example 1
10g of dye A, 20g of dye B and 70g of auxiliary agent (MF 30g, sodium lignosulfonate 40g) are weighed according to the weight ratio, and are sanded together with 100g of water and are spray-dried to prepare an orange disperse dye mixture.

As can be seen from Table 2, the orange disperse dye mixtures prepared according to the invention have a much improved wash fastness compared to the comparative examples.
