Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,包括:发射器;传感器结构,传感器结构包括传感器基座和具有第一参数的传感器;底座,传感器结构设置于底座上,发射器安装至底座上;设置于底座、传感器基座或者发射器上的物理部件,物理部件具有第二参数,第二参数与第一参数相对应;和用于检测第二参数的检测电路,检测电路将第二参数传输至发射器,使发射器自动识别传感器的第一参数,提高了检测装置的智能化程度,增强用户体验。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及医疗器械领域,特别涉及一种具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置。
背景技术
正常人身体中的胰腺可自动监测人体血液中的葡萄糖含量,并自动分泌所需的胰岛素/胰高血糖素。而糖尿病患者胰腺的功能出现异常状况,无法正常分泌人体所需胰岛素。因此糖尿病是人体胰腺功能出现异常而导致的代谢类疾病,糖尿病为终身疾病。目前医疗技术尚无法根治糖尿病,只能通过稳定血糖来控制糖尿病及其并发症的发生和发展。
糖尿病患者在向体内注射胰岛素之前需要检测血糖。目前多数的检测手段可以对血糖连续检测,并将血糖数据实时发送至远程设备,便于用户查看,这种检测方法称为连续葡萄糖检测(Continuous Glucose Monitoring,CGM)法。该方法需要检测装置贴在皮肤表面,将其携带的探头刺入皮下的组织液完成检测。
目前,免校准的CGM已经逐渐取代手动校准的检测设备,即CGM能够根据算法自动减小检测值与血糖真实值之间的误差,使检测值接近正常血糖值。但是,每个传感器对应的免校准码还需要用户手动输入,或者使用远程设备扫描识别,无疑增加了用户的操作步骤。
因此,现有技术亟需一种能够自动识别传感器参数的分析物检测装置。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开了一种具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,其包含的物理部件具有第二参数,并与传感器的第一参数相对应,检测电路检测到第二参数,使发射器自动识别传感器的第一参数,提高的检测装置的智能化程度,增强用户体验。
本发明公开了一种具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,包括:发射器;传感器结构,传感器结构包括传感器基座和具有第一参数的传感器,传感器的一端刺入皮下,传感器的另一端设置于传感器基座中;底座,传感器结构设置于底座上,发射器安装至底座上;设置于底座、传感器基座或者发射器上的物理部件,物理部件具有第二参数,第二参数与第一参数相对应;和用于检测第二参数的检测电路,检测电路将第二参数传输至发射器,使发射器自动识别对应的第一参数。
根据本发明的一个方面,第一参数包括免校准码、型号、电极信息、膜层信息、灵敏度、校正系数、使用寿命、使用条件中的一种或多种。
根据本发明的一个方面,检测电路包括至少一个检测端,检测端设置于发射器上,物理部件设置于底座或者传感器基座上,检测端与物理部件相互电接触或者相互作用以检测第二参数。
根据本发明的一个方面,检测电路检测物理部件的电阻、电容、电感中的一种或多种物理参数,第二参数包括物理参数的数值、数值组合、数值范围或者数值范围组合。
根据本发明的一个方面,检测端包括至少一个电触点。
根据本发明的一个方面,物理部件包括电阻器件,检测端包括至少两个电触点,电触点分别与电阻器件电接触以检测任意两个电触点之间的电阻参数。
根据本发明的一个方面,电阻器件为导电胶条,检测端包括三个电触点,三个电触点分别与导电胶条电接触。
根据本发明的一个方面,物理部件包括电容器的下极板,检测端包括与下极板对应的上极板和与下极板电接触的电触点,检测电路检测电容器的电容参数。
根据本发明的一个方面,物理部件包括电感线圈,检测端包括至少两个电触点,两个电触点分别与电感线圈两端电接触,以检测电感线圈的电感参数。
根据本发明的一个方面,物理部件包括磁性件,检测端包括磁感元件,磁感元件与磁性件相互作用以检测物理部件的磁场信息,第二参数包括磁场的大小与方向。
根据本发明的一个方面,物理部件为设置于发射器上的压变电阻导电胶条,底座或者传感器基座上设置有能够挤压压变电阻导电胶条的凸起,检测电路检测压变电阻导电胶条的电阻,第二参数包括压变电阻导电胶条被凸起挤压前后的电阻变化,凸起的数量或者位置分布信息的不同对应不同的电阻变化,凸起的数量或者位置分布信息分别与第一参数和第二参数相对应。
根据本发明的一个方面,三个凸起设置于传感器基座上,且分别挤压压变电阻导电胶条的不同位置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具备以下优点:
本发明公开的具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置中,物理部件具有第二参数,第二参数与第一参数相对应;和设置有用于检测第二参数的检测电路,检测电路将第二参数传输至发射器,使发射器自动识别对应的第一参数。发射器自动识别传感器的第一参数,在使用时,用户不用再手动输入或者使用移动终端扫描传感器的相关参数,减少了用户的操作步骤,增强了用户体验。其次,物理部件设置于底座、传感器基座或者发射器上。物理部件的位置可以根据检测装置的形状与内部结构灵活设计,优化结构的布局,提高检测装置内部空间的利用率。
进一步的,检测电路检测物理部件的电阻、电容、电感中的一种或多种物理参数,第二参数包括物理参数的数值、数值组合、数值范围或者数值范围组合。第二参数包括的数据类型较多,提高了与第一参数相对应的匹配度。
进一步的,电阻器件为导电胶条,检测端包括三个电触点,三个电触点分别与导电胶条电接触。导电胶条具有弹性,与电触点电接触后,两者连接的可靠性将提高。
进一步的,物理部件为设置于发射器上的压变电阻导电胶条,底座或者传感器基座上设置有能够挤压压变电阻导电胶条的凸起。压变电阻导电胶条对压力敏感,微小的压力即可引起电阻变化,便于检测电路进行检测。同时,传感器基座上设置凸起相对容易,降低了检测装置的制备难度。

具体实施方式
如前所述,现有技术的检测装置中,每个传感器对应的参数需要用户手动输入,或者使用远程设备扫描识别。
经研究发现,造成上述问题的原因为发射器不能够自动识别传感器参数。
为了解决该问题,本发明提供了一种具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,其包含的物理部件具有第二参数,并与传感器的第一参数相对应,检测电路检测到第二参数,使发射器自动识别传感器的第一参数。
现在将参照附图来详细描述本发明的各种示例性实施例。应理解,除非另外具体说明,否则在这些实施例中阐述的部件和步骤的相对布置、数字表达式和数值不应被理解为对本发明范围的限制。

图1a为本发明实施例具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置的装配示意图。图1b为发射器12背面的结构示意图。
具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置包括底座10、传感器结构11与发射器12。
底座10用于承载传感器结构11与发射器12。传感器结构11设置于底座10上,且发射器12安装在底座10上。常规的,底座10底面还包括医用胶布(未示出),用于将检测装置粘贴在皮肤表面。
传感器结构11包括传感器113与传感器基座111。传感器113的一端刺入皮下,并产生与特定分析物参数(如血糖浓度、药物浓度等)相对应的电信号。传感器113的另一端设置于传感器基座111中,用于将电信号传输至发射器12。
在本发明的实施例中,传感器113具有第一参数信息。第一参数代表着传感器113的特定信息,用于表征传感器113的特定性能。本发明实施例的第一参数包括传感器113的免校准码、型号、电极信息、膜层信息、灵敏度、校正系数、使用寿命、使用条件中的一种或多种。其中,膜层信息包括材料的成分以及各成分的比例等。
常规的,不同的传感器或者不同批次的传感器在结构上可能存在差异,使得检测到的数据与分析物参数的准确值之间存在***误差。因此,通过调整算法,每个传感器或者每一批次的传感器在出厂时被设定特定的第一参数,以确保输出准确数据。具体的,在本发明实施例中,第一参数为免校准码,且不同的传感器113具有不同的免校准码,或者不同批次的传感器113具有不同的免校准码。
本发明实施例并不限制传感器113或者传感器基座111安装到工作位置的方式。具体的,在本发明实施例中,出厂时,传感器结构11整***于安装机构(未示出)内,在安装机构的作用下,传感器结构11被整体安装在底座10上,如,嵌入底座10的底板。而在本发明的另一个实施例中,传感器基座111在出厂时就已经设置在底座10上,而传感器113位于安装机构内,在安装机构的作用下,传感器113的一端刺入皮下,另一端被安装在传感器基座111中,进而使传感器113与传感器基座111共同组成传感器结构11,并设置于底座10上进行工作。
发射器12通过卡合结构103安装在底座10上。发射器12用于接收来自传感器113的电信号,并将电信号或者转换后的分析物参数信号无线传输至远程设备,如PDM(PersonalDiabetes Manager),移动终端等。因此,发射器12包括信号接收端123,并通过过渡连接件115接收来自传感器113的信号。
底座10、传感器基座111或者发射器12上还设置有物理部件114。物理部件114具有与传感器113第一参数相对应的第二参数。如前所述,第一参数与传感器113的特定信息相对应,因此,第二参数也将与传感器113的特定信息相对应。检测到物理部件114的第二参数即可自动获取传感器113的特定信息,下文将详细叙述。
图2为本发明实施例检测电路100的示意图。
本发明的实施例还包括用于检测第二参数的检测电路100。检测电路100由发射器12供电,并将检测到的第二参数传输至发射器12。通过对第二参数的处理,发射器12能够自动识别传感器113的第一参数。
在本发明的一些实施例中,检测电路100还包括至少一个设置于发射器12上的检测端122。物理部件114设置于传感器基座111或者底座10上。当发射器12被安装在底座10上后,检测端122与物理部件114相互接触或者相互作用,使检测电路100检测物理部件114的第二参数。通过嵌入相应的算法,发射器12可自动识别出传感器113的第一参数,如免校准码。
本发明实施例的检测电路100可检测物理部件114的电阻或者电阻变化、电感或者电感变化、电容或者电容变化等物理参数。因此,第二参数包括上述物理参数的数值、数值组合、数值范围或者数值范围组合等。下文将分别详细叙述。
需要说明的是,检测电路100可以包括多条支路,每条支路包括至少一个检测端122以检测不同物理部件114的参数。在本发明的一些实施例中,受程序控制,检测电路的多条支路还可以按顺序依次完成对不同物理部件114参数的检测,以消除不同物理部件114之间的物理干扰。
图3a-图3b为本发明实施例物理部件包括电阻器件114的结构示意图。
检测端122为凸出于发射器外壳121的3个电触点122a、122b、122c,物理部件为一个电阻器件114。3个电触点分别与电阻器件114的不同位置电接触,检测电路100检测任意两个电触点之间部分的电阻值R,如电阻器件114的Ⅰ段、Ⅱ段、Ⅲ段的电阻值R1、R2、R3。检测同一个电阻器件114的不同部分,能够减少电触点、物理部件114的数量,节省检测装置的内部空间。
优选的,在本发明实施例中,图3a中的物理部件为导电胶条。导电胶条具有弹性,与电触点电接触后,两者之间的连接可靠性将提高。
单独的电阻值R1或R2或R3、或者任意两个电阻值、或者R1、R2、R3相结合均能够作为第二参数与传感器113的第一参数相对应。具体的,在本发明的实施例中,R1、R2、R3三个数值相结合作为第二参数,并与传感器113的免校准码相对应。即当检测电路100检测到任意两个电触点122之间的阻值分别是R1、R2、R3时,发射器12即可自动识别出传感器113的第一参数(如免校准码),提高了分析物检测装置的智能化程度,优化了用户的操作过程。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,第二参数为数值范围组合,即第一参数与一个或者多个数值范围相对应。如Ⅰ段的电阻Z1的范围为1Ω-5Ω(范围包括端点数值,即1Ω≤Z1≤5Ω,下文的范围表述于此处的意义相同),Ⅱ段电阻Z2的范围为4Ω-15Ω,Ⅲ段电阻Z3的范围为10Ω-25Ω。当电阻器件114每一段的电阻的检测值落在上述对应的范围内,其组合成第二参数均可与传感器113的第一参数相对应。
如图3b所示,检测端122可以只有两个电触点122a与122b。检测电路100只检测一个电阻值即可。第二参数为具体电阻值或者一个电阻值的范围,并与第一参数相对应。
图4为本发明另一个实施例物理部件214包括电容器和电阻器件的结构示意图。
物理部件214包括一个电容器的下极板214a,检测端222包括与下极板214a对应的上极板222a和能够与下极板214a电接触的电触点222b。检测电路100检测电容器的电容参数C。
这里需要说明的是,“上”与“下”只是起到区分极板的作用,不受具***置的限制。
当发射器12安装至底座10上,电触点222b与下极板214a电连接,使下极板214a带负电,上极板222a带正电,进而使检测电路100得到电容值C。
本发明实施例并不限制电容器的类型、极板的形状或位置。如在本发明的一个实施例中,上极板222a暴露于发射器壳体221的表面,或者设置于发射器12内部(未暴露)。
明显的,第二参数包含的数值、数值范围或者数值类型越多,越能够精确匹配第一参数。具体的,在本发明实施例中,为了准确对应传感器113的第一参数,物理部件214还包括电阻器件214b。如前文所述,电触点222c与222d用于与电阻器件214b电接触,检测其电阻值R。电容C与电阻R两个参数相结合组成第二参数,与传感器113的第一参数相对应,提高第二参数与第一参数相对应的匹配度。
如前文所述,第二参数中的电容和电阻同样可以是一定数值范围。且在本发明其他实施例中,物理部件214可以包括两个或者两个以上的电容或者电阻器件,进而用两个或者两个以上的电容、电阻数值或数值范围组合作为第二参数与传感器113的第一参数相对应。
图5为本发明又一个实施例物理部件314包括电感线圈314a与电阻器件314b的结构示意图。
物理部件314包括电感线圈314a。检测端322包括至少两个电触点322a与322b。具体的,在本发明实施例中,物理部件314还包括电阻器件314b。当发射器12安装至底座10上,两个电触点322a与322b分别与电感线圈314a的两端电接触,进而检测电感线圈314a的电感值L。另两个电触点322c、322d分别与电阻器件314b电接触,以检测电阻器件314b的电阻值R。电感值L与电阻值R相结合作为第二参数,并与传感器113的第一参数相对应。
如前文所述,明显的,在本发明的其他实施例中,物理部件314还可以包括更多个电感线圈或者更多个电阻器件,更多个电感值L与电阻值R相结合作为第二参数。
图6为本发明再一个实施例物理部件包括磁性件414的结构示意图。
在本发明实施例中,物理部件为一个磁性件414,其磁场具有一定的方向与大小,此时,检测端为磁感元件422。磁感元件422通过检测电路100检测磁性件414磁场的方向与大小,将其作为第二参数与传感器113的第一参数相对应。
明显的,此时磁感元件422与磁性件414不需要接触,仅仅通过相互作用即可实现检测。
类似上文所述,在本发明的其他实施例中,磁性件414还可以与电阻器件、电容器或者电感线圈相结合,进而得到多种相结合的第二参数。
再次参考图3a-图6,本发明的实施例对物理部件的位置也不作具体限制。如在本发明的一个实施例中,物理部件包括电感线圈与电阻器件,其中,电感线圈设置于底座10上,而电阻器件设置于传感器基座上。在本发明的又一个实施例中,物理部件包括电容器与磁性件,其中,电容器与磁性件均设置于底座10上。在本发明的再一个实施例中,物理部件包括两个电容器,两个电容器分别设置于传感器基座和底座上,在这里并不作具体限制,只要能够满足将检测数值组成特定的第二参数,并与传感器113第一参数相对应的条件即可。物理部件的位置可以根据检测装置的形状与内部结构灵活设计,优化结构的布局,提高检测装置内部空间的利用率。
图7为本发明再一个实施例物理部件设置于发射器上的结构示意图。
物理部件设置于发射器壳体512上,并暴露在发射器壳体512外。底座10或者传感器基座11上设置有凸起514。传感器基座111或者底座10上设置凸起514相对容易,降低了检测装置的制备难度。
当发射器12安装至底座10上,凸起514通过挤压物理部件,检测电路检测到物理部件的物理参数发生变化,这种物理参数的变化作为第二参数,并与传感器113的第一参数相对应。
具体的,在本发明实施例中,物理部件为压变电阻导电胶条522。压变电阻导电胶条522对压力敏感,微小的压力即可引起电阻变化,便于检测电路100进行检测。
三个设置于传感器基座上的凸起514分别挤压压变电阻导电胶条522的不同位置,致使压变电阻导电胶条522的电阻值发生变化,检测电路100用于检测这种电阻变化。如,发射器12安装至底座10之前,压变电阻导电胶条522的Ⅰ段、Ⅱ段、Ⅲ段、Ⅳ段的电阻值分别为M1、M2、M3、M4。当发射器12安装至底座10上,三个凸起514a、514b、514c分别接触并挤压压变电阻导电胶条522。此时,压变电阻导电胶条522的Ⅰ段、Ⅱ段、Ⅲ段、Ⅳ段的电阻值分别变为M1’、M2’、M3’、M4’。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,压变电阻导电胶条522电阻变化的大小与凸起514的数量和位置分布具有对应关系,即不同凸起514数量或者不同凸起514的位置分布对应一种上述电阻的变化量。同时,凸起514的数量和位置分布信息与第一参数相对应。因此,上述电阻变化作为第二参数后,凸起514的数量和位置分布信息分别与第一参数和第二参数相对应。因此,检测电路100通过检测电阻变化,即可使发射器12自动识别传感器113的第一参数。
同样的,图7中的结构或方法还可以与图3a-图6中的结构或方法相结合,使第二参数包含更多的参数种类,以与第一参数相对应。
以识别免校准码为例,目前,现有的分析物检测装置也具有免校准功能,且传感器也对应有免校准码。但在使用前,用户需自行手动输入免校准码,或者使用远程设备扫描与传感器对应的条形码或者二维码,以获取免校准码,给用户带来诸多不便,用户体验较差。
而本发明实施例的分析物检测装置在当发射器12安装至底座10上时,通过检测电路100,无需用户任何操作,发射器12能够自动识别传感器113的免校准码,较少用户的操作步骤,增强用户体验。
综上所述,本发明公开了一种具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,其包含的物理部件具有第二参数,并与传感器的第一参数相对应,检测电路检测到第二参数,使发射器自动识别传感器的第一参数,提高的检测装置的智能化程度,增强用户体验。
虽然已经通过示例对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上示例仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。
Claims (12)
1.一种具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,其特征在于,包括:
发射器;
传感器结构,所述传感器结构包括传感器基座和具有第一参数的传感器,所述传感器的一端刺入皮下,所述传感器的另一端设置于所述传感器基座中;
底座,所述传感器结构设置于所述底座上,所述发射器安装至所述底座上;
设置于所述底座、所述传感器基座或者所述发射器上的物理部件,所述物理部件具有第二参数,所述第二参数与所述第一参数相对应;和
用于检测所述第二参数的检测电路,所述检测电路将所述第二参数传输至所述发射器,使所述发射器自动识别对应的所述第一参数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,其特征在于,所述第一参数包括免校准码、型号、电极信息、膜层信息、灵敏度、校正系数、使用寿命、使用条件中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,其特征在于,所述检测电路包括至少一个检测端,所述检测端设置于所述发射器上,所述物理部件设置于所述底座或者所述传感器基座上,所述检测端与所述物理部件相互电接触或者相互作用以检测所述第二参数。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,其特征在于,所述检测电路检测所述物理部件的电阻、电容、电感中的一种或多种物理参数,所述第二参数包括所述物理参数的数值、数值组合、数值范围或者数值范围组合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,其特征在于,所述检测端包括至少一个电触点。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,其特征在于,所述物理部件包括电阻器件,所述检测端包括至少两个电触点,所述电触点分别与所述电阻器件电接触以检测任意两个所述电触点之间的电阻参数。
7.根据权利要求6所述的具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,其特征在于,所述电阻器件为导电胶条,所述检测端包括三个电触点,三个所述电触点分别与导电胶条电接触。
8.根据权利要求5所述的具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,其特征在于,所述物理部件包括电容器的下极板,所述检测端包括与所述下极板对应的上极板和与所述下极板电接触的电触点,所述检测电路检测所述电容器的电容参数。
9.根据权利要求5所述的具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,其特征在于,所述物理部件包括电感线圈,所述检测端包括至少两个电触点,两个所述电触点分别与所述电感线圈两端电接触,以检测所述电感线圈的电感参数。
10.根据权利要求3所述的具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,其特征在于,所述物理部件包括磁性件,所述检测端包括磁感元件,所述磁感元件与所述磁性件相互作用以检测所述物理部件的磁场信息,所述第二参数包括所述磁场的大小与方向。
11.根据权利要求2所述的具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,其特征在于,所述物理部件为设置于所述发射器上的压变电阻导电胶条,所述底座或者所述传感器基座上设置有能够挤压所述压变电阻导电胶条的凸起,所述检测电路检测所述压变电阻导电胶条的电阻,所述第二参数包括所述压变电阻导电胶条被所述凸起挤压前后的电阻变化,所述凸起的数量或者位置分布信息的不同对应不同的所述电阻变化,所述凸起的数量或者位置分布信息分别与所述第一参数和所述第二参数相对应。
12.根据权利要求11所述的具有智能识别功能的分析物检测装置,其特征在于,三个所述凸起设置于所述传感器基座上,且分别挤压所述压变电阻导电胶条的不同位置。
